Explore the Trump Family Empire, 268 Pieces, and a New Deal Today

Trump announced a new vaporware deal announced today. It ties fusion to Trump media.

$6 Billion Vaporware Deal

Please note Trump Media to Merge With Nuclear Fusion Firm in $6 Billion Deal

Trump Media & Technology DJT agreed to merge with an Alphabet-backed fusion energy company in a merger valued at $6 billion, seeking to capitalize on the artificial-intelligence boom’s growing power requirements.

The all-stock transaction for TAE Technologies values each share of TAE stock at $53.89, but TAE is a privately held company, making the total value of its portion of the deal unclear. Trump Media, which has a market capitalization of around $2.9 billion, would provide $200 million in cash to TAE at the deal’s closing, expected in mid-2026, the company said.

The deal combines Trump Media’s “access to significant capital” and TAE’s “leading fusion technology” to supply power for AI technology, the companies said in a statement Thursday.

The combined Trump-TAE company says it will begin construction next year on a 50-megawatt utility-scale fusion power plant and hopes to build additional fusion plants that could generate 350 to 500 megawatts each. The company aims to generate its first power in 2031.

But fusion, a process that uses controlled fusion reactions to generate energy, isn’t considered commercially viable yet. It has long been a clean-energy dream that would harness the process that powers the sun to deliver almost limitless energy. The technology faces daunting science and engineering hurdles, and some experts consider it a mirage that will remain out of reach. Scientists around the world are trying to figure out how to sustain fusion reactions and convert that energy into net power.

Trump Media Chief Executive Devin Nunes said the deal would allow the company to take “a big step forward toward a revolutionary technology that will cement America’s global energy dominance for generations.”

Details about the deal are sparse. Nunes and Binderbauer will serve as co-CEOs of the combined company.

Trump Family Business Empire Is Growing

Also note The Trump Family Business Empire Is Growing. We Mapped Out 268 Pieces of It.

When President Trump ran for re-election in 2024, he and his family already had vast business interests stretching from Manhattan office towers to a golf course in Ireland to hotel deals as far away as Vietnam.

The president’s second term has brought a major expansion of that empire, with forays into cryptocurrency, communications, financial products and now, a fusion-power deal. Ventures launched since Trump’s re-election generated at least $4 billion in proceeds and paper wealth for the family as of December, according to company statements and securities filings.

It’s unprecedented for a president to have such far-reaching business interests while in office, including in areas his administration regulates.

Trump Mobile

Hey, let’s check in on more vaporware.

NBC News reports The Trump Mobile phone is nowhere to be found after months of delay

In June, President Donald Trump’s two older sons held an event at Trump Tower where they touted a new made-in-the-USA mobile phone with an American flag on its back, plus a new wireless service called Trump Mobile.

The phone was announced on the 10th anniversary of Trump’s presidential campaign launch and was the Trump brand’s first foray into mobile products and services. According to the initial announcement, the phone was supposed to be released in August.

NBC News placed an order for a T1 phone in August, paying the $100 deposit for the purposes of tracking the $499 phone’s development.

After confirming with the credit card company that the transaction was not fraudulent, NBC News received a confirmation email verifying the order.

But the company provided no proactive updates after the order. NBC News made five separate phone calls to the Trump Mobile customer support line between September and November. At one point in October, the call operator promised a specific ship date: Nov. 13.

That date passed without an update, and when NBC News followed up with the call center, an operator said the delivery would now be in the “beginning of December,” with no specific date.

The operator cited the government shutdown as a reason for the delay, without further explanation.

The Verge reported that the phone appeared to be a render of a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. When phone case company Spigen noticed that the photo appeared to be a doctored image of a Samsung in one of its cases, the company suggested it would sue.

Todd Weaver, the founder and CEO of Purism, a Carlsbad, California-based company that manufactures the only U.S.-made smartphone on the market, said that when his company started, there was “no skilled labor” in the U.S. capable of manufacturing a phone, and “nobody [had] done it before.”He said that creating a chain of production that would allow for a made-in-the-USA label was time and labor-intensive.

“We actually had to go over to China with our designs, to learn the process, the manufacturing process, to see what are all the steps,” Weaver said.

While Trump Mobile customers wait for the T1, the company is offering other phones for sale, including refurbished iPhones (which are primarily produced in China) and devices from Samsung, a Korean company. Trump Mobile says that both devices are “brought to life right here in the USA.”

Trump Mobile is offering phones for $500 —they are just refurbished, and three years old

On December 6, The Independent reported Trump Mobile is offering phones for $500 —they are just refurbished, and three years old

True Donald Trump devotees who put down their $100 deposits are still awaiting the chance to receive one of his family’s $499 golden smartphones for “real Americans”.

But in the meantime, perhaps you’d like to buy a refurbished Apple or Samsung phone from several years ago, for up to $225 more than you could get on Amazon?

That’s the astonishing deal now on offer from Trump Mobile, the patriotic phone vendor launched this June by the President’s family business, the Trump Organization (currently run by his eldest sons Don Jr and Eric Trump).

There’s still no update on the company’s forthcoming T1, a “proudly American” Android handset retailing for $499 that was forced to remove its “MADE IN THE USA” branding after experts argued that the facilities to manufacture such devices wholly within the States simply do not exist.

No Conflicts

In case you are struggling with rent, food, homeowners’ insurance, or medical care bills, please make a note:

“Neither the President nor his family have ever engaged, or will ever engage, in conflicts of interest,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement, adding that Trump is committed to making the U.S. the “crypto capital of the world.”

Are you saying some in the Cult are finally recognising the Cult Leader for who and what he is? Next, they’ll make a Netflix documentary about how the Cult came to be and how it came to an end. How the offended members discovered the Cult Leader had not only embezzled their money but also stolen their wives/husbands and daughters/sons for the consumption of a certain select elite. It will win wild acclaim as the greatest, biggest, bestest documentary ever produced, and thousands will try to emulate the Cult Leader. Welcome to 2028!

PS: Textbook corruption spiral that Democracy was/is trying to palliate. Maybe Democracy has value after all. But it will only work if the law is applied equally to all, independently of gender, origin, or legal status. The law is the law! And also that we recast corporations as pure business entities with money as their goal, and forget social values. There is nothing moral or human about them. As we say, it’s business.

The Maduro regime never stole any assets from the United States. If they had, Trump would name at least one. The Maduro regime is not involved in terrorism, drug smuggling, or human trafficking. If they had been, he would have named an identifiable instance. The Maduro regime never sent any illegal aliens or criminals to the United States. If they had, he would have named at least one. Just because Trump and the MSM keep saying it doesn’t make it true. Listen to them. They keep repeating it, but never give a single detail. BECAUSE THEY DON’T EXIST. Trump just wants to own and control the vast oil reserves in Venezuela, and he is willing to murder anyone who gets in his way. Including sending your children to their deaths to get it. Votes have consequences.

I thought that was he nuttiest thing Trump said yesterday.
Is he suggesting he’ll grab back those Exxon assets that were nationalized by Vz?

Taco is now officially the most corrupt president in the history of the US. Wonder why he doesn’t tout this fact? I guess because it is true and he seldom lets an ounce of truth pass through his lips.

A shameless, greedy and very corrupt man was given a lot of power. It’s quite simple.
