French President Views Unvaxxed as Not French, Vows to ‘Piss Them Off’

Macron No Longer Views Unvaxxed as French

Please consider Macron No Longer Views Unvaxxed as French, Vows to ‘Piss Them Off’ and ‘Reduce’ Them

French President Emmanuel Macron told one of the nation’s leading newspapers that he no longer considers the unvaccinated to be French citizens, and that his primary COVID-19 strategy is to continue to “piss them off” until they submit to his COVID-19 mandates.

The remark from Macron, delivered during an interview with French newspaper Le Parisien, has divided French politicians, and even has the country’s Communist Party candidate questioning Macron’s motives.

“I am not about pissing off the French people,” Macron told the readers of Le Parisien on Tuesday. “But as for the non-vaccinated, I really want to piss them off. And we will continue to do this, to the end. This is the strategy.”

He declared that “worst enemies” of “democracy” are “lies and stupidity,” then declared that his government is “putting pressure on the unvaccinated by limiting, as much as possible, their access to activities in social life.”

Macron’s government claims that 90% of its citizens are vaccinated. He promised to “reduce” this minority with further restrictions.

Le Parisien is a French daily newspaper covering both international and national news, and local news of Paris and its suburbs. It is owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, better known as LVMH.

Here is a link to the Original Article on Le Parisien, translated, but unfortunately it’s Paywalled.

Parliament Suspended After Macron’s Comments

In an article not paywalled, Le Parisien reports “Pissing off the unvaccinated”: the debates on the vaccine pass suspended after the words of Emmanuel Macron

After a first surprise suspension on the night of Monday to Tuesday, the examination of the bill strengthening the tools for managing the health crisis was again stopped this night after our interview with the president.

Decidedly, it is now written that nothing will go as planned with the examination of the bill supposed to introduce the vaccine pass. Rarely has the atmosphere been so electric at the Palais Bourbon. This is the direct consequence of the interview granted by the President of the Republic to our readers, published Tuesday evening on our website.

The elected representatives of the opposition did not support the words of Emmanuel Macron, addressed to the French who have to date still not received a single dose of vaccine. “The unvaccinated, I really want to piss them off,” Emmanuel Macron said in our columns.

“A president cannot keep the remarks which were made”, launched Christian Jacob, president of the Republicans. “I cannot support a text which aims to piss off the French”. For his part, the communist Fabien Roussel, candidate for the presidential election, questioned “the real intentions of the government”. The bill on the health pass “is it a text to piss off more? or less piss off? The French, he asked.

A little before 2 am, the debates were finally able to resume in the Assembly but anger was still strong in the ranks of the opposition. The deputy Damien Abad immediately denounced the remarks “premeditated, of a childish cynicism” of the President of the Republic … Before calling once again for the coming of the Prime Minister and asking for a new suspension. Request legitimately granted by the chairman of the session. Finally, the deputy Marc Le Fur, who chaired the debates, announced at 2 am the adjournment of the meeting. It must resume this Wednesday at 3 p.m. In an atmosphere which promises to be already very tense.

Wow

This could easily cost Macron the 2022 Presidential election in April-May.

Vowing to “Piss Off” a full 10% of the population hardly seems like the right thing to do.

Hello President Macron

Hello Mr. president, I suggest you doublecheck your math. Our World in Data and Worldometers seems to disagree.

The Leading Candidate in the April 2022 French Election Only Polls 20%

Please note The Leading Candidate in the April 2022 French Election Only Polls 20%

That chart is from December 22.

Right now, Wikipedia has Macron at 20%, 26%, and 23% in the three latest polls with 23% being the most recent.

For discussion of how the election process works, please see my above post.

It’s hard to fathom why the G7 + Australia & New Zealand are taking these bizarre steps backward into the 20th Century – C19 obviously is only an excuse for some other agenda? As predicted all the steps taking in response to the C19 crisis has been abysmal failure – “Has Covid vaccine efficacy turned negative? Data from highly vaccinated countries suggests strongly that the answer is yes; vaccinated people are at higher risk of infection from Omicron”  Alex Berenson

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau basically did the exact same thing a couple of days ago.  Speaking to a french language media outlet in Quebec he said that along with being anti-science, anti-vaxers were a group of mysoginistic racists.
These guys just can’t handle the idea that some people will always think differently than they do.  Plus, its kinda funny that a guy caught several times painting his face black and brown (and wearing a banana in his pants to boot), and who had several sexual misconduct charges tosssed his way has the gall to call others woman-hating racists. But no matter….
He’ll get elected again if he wants.

First was the Scottish all-cause mortality data (collected for the past 42 years) that spiked starting in May 2021.

Now we have Mid-American insurance actuarial record keepers suddenly alarmed by the extreme rate of increase of life insurance death benefit payouts since mid-year 2021 (third and fourth quarters of 2021).

Scottish mortality record keepers and Indiana life insurance actuarial record keepers are, if nothing else, “disinterested” in the politics of COVID.

What say you?

Masks do work. As a collective response to a few comments below pointing to flawed studies or metastudies about masks not working. I can point also to metastudies that show that mask can reduce the risk of infection by more than 50%. But before doing that, all of you who think masks do not work, please do some arithmetic with the official numbers below.
At the end of 2020, CDC reported 327 000 Covid infections among HCP (healthcare personnel) from 14.1 mil tested. The ratio is 23 from 1000.
Official numbers for the general population were 20 000 000 infections from 332.4 mil US population. The ratio 60 from 1000.
Thus, we can conclude that although the HCP had a 10-fold higher risk of infection (due to crowded indoor spaces of sick people, some studies claim), they actually got infected almost 3 times less than the US general population. Why? MASKS, that is why. Hygiene protocols. While the initial infection rate in Apr-May was very large among HCP, that could be due to lack of protective equipment, with time , the HCP was much better protected by the FFP2 and FFP3 masks.
Remember, there was no vaccine yet in 2020 and since HCP vaccinated more than the general population in 2021, the statistics are biased in 2021.

I am  seeing a number of internet ads for KN95 masks. I presume those are better than the masks the public has commonly been wearing. It was Fauci that said people should double mask, which indicated that masks weren’t working. Now, Dr. Wen says cloth masks are just face decoration. Since then, people are being told, don’t wear a cloth mask.
There was a study of Covid-19 patients at 11 academic clinics in July, 2020. Seventy % said they always wore a mask.
On Rogan, Dr. McCullough quoted a mask expert as saying that 18% of the air leaks around the edges of a mask. I have heard comment that an N95 has to be “properly fitted.”

I equate the standard cloth masks, which are deemed approved as acceptable preventative measures for stopping COVID transmission by our government workers, to trying to block the air with a window screen. Sure you can block leaves and most insects because that’s what they’re designed for but you won’t stop air, dust, and tiny insects from passing right through.
You need proper filtration to block a virus from passing through. You won’t see medical researchers wearing cloth masks while working with ANY virus inside a lab environment because they are useless.

Agreed with the fitting comment. That is indeed the main issue with surgical masks. Being so paper-thin, they cannot really be fit on the face unless they are actually touching your mouth. FFP2 and FFP3 are much better.
Here is an interesting meta-study. They screened over 30 000 papers.
A double mask will make 6 layers but rather loosely fit (KN95s have 5 layers and I like better the European stratification: FFP2 and FFP3 as these will  be different in terms of sealing and leakage, FFP3 have an inner latex strip and much better fit on the face) . Read here how they are tested: link to cdc.gov

Don’t generalize…. there are very few models out or thousands or models which use an illegal material:
“The health warning last week referred to a single model of mask, referred to as #SNN200642, imported by one supplier, Metallifer. But a second mask is also under review because it uses the same material, called nanoform graphene, as a coating”

While case rates are parabolic, especially in the “vaccinated”, yesterday’s case fatality rate was ~.38% (Our World in Data) people should be wondering if a mask is even necessary in a non-HVAC or Emergency room/healthcare environment i.e. outside or uncrowded setting? – As far as I know I have never had C19, apparently in the minority when it comes to having received the mRNA vaccine, and have never worn a mask outside since the initial lockdowns. And yet I still see people running, riding their bikes, driving there cars with a mask on – that’s never been necessary and just ridiculous imo and many medical professionals were saying so back in 2020, back when the Great Barrington Declaration was signed and all the people in support were being vilified for being correct in their position as is now being verified. If they would allow for the use of Ivermectin things would drastically change as the Indian Health Care worker study showed early on “Conclusion: Two-dose ivermectin prophylaxis at a dose of 300 μg/kg with a gap of 72 hours was associated with a 73% reduction of SARS-CoV-2 infection among healthcare workers for the following month. Chemoprophylaxis has relevance in the containment of pandemic” Why the G7 + Australia & New Zealand are in freakout mode is a serious question – many actions take have no relevance to healthcare.

Clear evidence continues to mount regarding mRNA causing an autoimmune response in vaccinated individuals. Autopsies have shown the tissue damage to various organs as a result of mRNA vaccine triggering the creation of spike proteins and the body attempting to target and neutralize them but healthy tissue is being destroyed as well. The issue is compounded with every jab.
There has been an explosion in heart attacks, strokes and various cancers. Doctors all over the world are reporting this and the data supports this.
From day one my position has been not that of an anti-vaxxer but one of science. Medical research science REQUIRES time to find side effect in a complex organism like the human body, especially in experimental stages. But we decided to skip this and experiment on the masses. No long-term studies equals reckless science, not good science.
You get a few months of lowered risk of COVID complications at the cost non-reversible organ damage.

The vaxxed are under a mass formation psychosis. They failed the Milgram experiment.
Local government is now telling people not to wear cloth masks. What took them so long? I have known pretty much all along, that the common masks that people have been wearing, did little to nothing to stop Covid-19. It is why EVENTUALLY, many months later, Fauci said to wear two masks. He let people think a mask kept them safe, while obstructing early treatment that could have kept them out of the hospital or saved their life, if they got sick, when their mask failed to protect them.
The vaxxed, blinded by mass formation psychosis, fail to see the corruption in the public health agencies and take an experimental shot that is still not proven safe. They fail to see that the obstructed anti-viral therapies have efficacy against Covid-19 and the corrupt public health agencies have endangered peoples lives by obstructing them all this time.

47 studies confirm ineffectiveness of masks for COVID and 32 more confirm their negative health effects
Young children being forced to wear masks is of particular concern.
LifeSiteNews
Fri Jul 23, 2021 – 9:25 pm EDT
July 23, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – Prior to facemask mandates as an alleged preventive for Covid infection and transmission, such masks were infrequently worn in hospitals and other medical facilities. They were only used in operating theatres or for visiting seriously ill patients in order to prevent infection from spit or droplets into open wounds or to partially protect visitors from acquiring and transmitting pathogens more dangerous than Covid. Many doctors and nurses have told LifeSite that for decades, if not longer, staff wearing medical masks were an uncommon sight in health care facilities other than as mentioned.
No studies were needed to justify this practice since most understood viruses were far too small to be stopped by the wearing of most masks, other than sophisticated ones designed for that task and which were too costly and complicated for the general public to properly wear and keep changing or cleaning. It was also understood that long mask wearing was unhealthy for wearers for common sense and basic science reasons.
There has been an international flood of lies about mask wearing in order to justify the bizarre and disturbing situation we have today of almost everyone wearing masks in many regions, inside and outside healthcare facilities, in schools with children of all ages, during sports events, in churches, in grocery stores and all commercial facilities, while driving and walking, and long after peak infection has passed.

In France Prof. Raoult in Marseille claims that he had a much lower mortality in his hospital than elsewhere in France using chloroquine. But the official “specialists” do not agree.
Another way to know that would be to consider countries that had almost no treatments and decided to use medicines like ivermectine. This is the case of India. One should compare the mortality before and after the decision to use ivermectine.

Since I
live in France perhaps I can tell you what many French, the vaxed and the
unvaxed think of what Macron said. Generally they are shocked at the tone and
the content. The first reaction was WTF? The second one was anger. Macron has a
problem that can’t be fixed. He is a convinced Globalist and an Elitist and he
is incapable of hiding his contempt for those who do not adhere to his religion.
Normally that is not a problem if you are in private industry or academia but
for a politician it is mortal. Most people here believe the vaccines do help prevent
death in certain populations and support them but most know that it does not
prevent infection nor the spread. Two doses Ok, a third why not but now it’s becoming
a new shot every few months and if you resist the government will make your
life Hell and they reserve the right to do that forever and all that for a virus
that is becoming less and less dangerous. That is a no go and is seen to be no
longer a public health measure but more a political measure to force compliance
to a policy that makes less and less sense. Macron is pissed because he wanted
the vaccination passport voted by the Assembly and it is not going through. He
is pissed that that the French are no longer jumping when he says jump and expressed his
frustration in a public juvenile rage.

He will be
in the second tour of the elections but he will not be running against Le Pen
which would have been an easy win. He will be against Zemmour and that will not
be good for him.

For the New Year a few days ago Macron hung the EU flag from the Arc de
Triumphe the EU Flag alone. Normally you hang the EU flag along with the French
flag for the New Year. The last time that the French flag was excluded from the
Arc de Triumphe and another hung in its place was between 1940 and 1945 where a
certain German Party flag was hung as a symbol of conquest. It shocked just
about everybody here.

I am fluent in French and the words that Macron used, well if someone had
said that to you yourself the only way you could interpret it is a literal declaration
of war.

Jab Chief Says “We Can’t Vaccinate the Planet Every 6 Months”
“At some point, society has to open up.”
4 January, 2022
Professor Sir Andrew Pollard, who helped develop the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine, warns that endless rounds of booster shots are not the answer and that “we can’t vaccinate the planet every four to six months.”
The comments were made by Pollard, chairman of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), during an interview with the London Telegraph.
Pollard asserted that pursuing a ‘zero COVID’ policy of no infections was foolish and that “at some point, society has to open up.”

Are we not opening up already?  Around here, they are still opening and running in-person classes/school along with extra-curricular activities.  I can’t think of any businesses or gatherings that have been cancelled in a long time, either.  I know there are still restrictions in place regarding masking and requests to vaccinate and follow local guidelines (which usually are modelled on the CDC ones), but I don’t see anyone still arguing that we are going to drive Covid infections to zero.  I think every hope is in the weakening of the virulence of the variants as we move forward in time until this is not much different than other common virus-caused sicknesses.
As to vaccinating every 4-6 months — we already vaccinate for the flu on a similar to slightly longer cadence; what is the big deal here?

Will ‘Forever Boosting’ Beat the Coronavirus?
Everyone should get a booster shot. In the long run, though, doses every few months aren’t a viable public health strategy, scientists say.
By Apoorva Mandavilli
Jan. 6, 2022, 4:54 p.m. ET
A year ago, just two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine — or even one, in the case of Johnson & Johnson’s formulation — were thought to offer sufficient protection against the coronavirus.
Now, faced with the extraordinarily contagious Omicron variant, Israel has begun offering fourth doses to some high-risk groups. On Wednesday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention expanded eligibility for boosters to adolescents and backed away from describing anyone as “fully vaccinated” because two shots no longer seem adequate.
Instead, one’s vaccination status will now be “up to date” — or not. It’s no surprise that many Americans are wondering: Where does this end? Are we to roll up our sleeves for booster shots every few months?
Humbled repeatedly by a virus that has defied expectations, scientists are reluctant to predict the future. But in interviews this week, nearly a dozen said that whatever happens, trying to boost the entire population every few months is not realistic. Nor does it make much scientific sense.
“It’s not unheard-of to give vaccines periodically, but I think there are better ways than doing boosters every six months,” said Akiko Iwasaki, an immunologist at Yale University. Other strategies, she said, could “get us out of this forever-boosting kind of a situation.”
