House Reps Massie and Ro Khanna Announce Inherent Contempt Against Pam Bondi

I expect a majority will vote for this without compliance.

Inherent Contempt

Question of the Day

“Do you think this is brilliant 5D chess or can you see something rotten is going on? Where is your red line?”

Redactions Added to Previously Releases

Expanded View

MAD Logic

I have a friend who thinks Trump is not in the files or Democrats would have released it already.

But if that’s the case, what the flying F is Trump hiding now?

The only thing that makes any logical sense is MAD, mutually assured destruction. Both parties suppressed the files to protect their own (and accidentally the other side too).

Brainwashed

Exposed

Protect Politicians, Not Victims

How Will We Know?

Massie: “I’m sorry if one of your billionaire donors is going to get embarrassed because he went to rape island. That is what they have coming. In fact, they need to be on the other side of bars. How will we know if this bill has been successful? We will know when there there are rich men, handcuffed and perp walked to the jail.”

Fine Pam Bondi Every Day

Please note Bipartisan lawmakers want to ‘fine Pam Bondi every day’ until all Epstein files released

Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., and Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., want to hold Attorney General Pam Bondi in inherent contempt of Congress over the Justice Department’s failure to release all of the Jeffrey Epstein files by the Dec. 19 deadline.

We only need the House for inherent contempt, and we’re building a bipartisan coalition, and it would fine Pam Bondi for every day that she’s not releasing these documents,” Rep. Khanna said on CBS News’ “Face The Nation” on Sunday.

“I’ve talked to the survivors, [about] why this is such a slap in the face. One of the survivors said they released her name accidentally, but they still have not released the FBI file about the people who abused her at her request,” Khanna explained “And the problem here is that there are rich and powerful people. We all know this. There are 1,200 victims.”

Holding an official in inherent contempt allows Congress to force compliance with fines or detention without relying on the courts and the executive branch.

Impeach Bondi? Trump Administration Fails to Release Epstein Documents

Yesterday, I commented Impeach Bondi? Trump Administration Fails to Release Epstein Documents

Impeach Pam Bondi

I 100% support the impeachment of Pam Bondi. And I think it will happen.

The House of Representatives can bring articles of impeachment (charges) against a federal official with a simple majority vote. It would only take a handful of Republicans to switch.

If Bondi survives this now, and she might, it will come up again after the midterms if Democrats take the House.

However, Bondi is unlikely to be convicted which would take a 2/3 vote in the Senate. But the whole process would be a major distraction.

I suspect Bondi would resign if the House pursues an impeachment investigation. Regarding criminal charges, if any, Trump would pardon her.

How Long Will Bondi Last?

My statement “I 100% support the impeachment of Pam Bondi. And I think it will happen,” presumes Bondi hangs on.

But that is not my base case. I also stated “I suspect Bondi would resign if the House pursues an impeachment investigation.

Inherent contempt bypasses the Senate. If there are 118 votes, I suspect Pam Bondi will resign or be forced out.

But that will not solve Trump’s problem. This issue just won’t go away.

Trump needs to fire Bondi. The law stated to release everything within 30 days. That wasn’t done. If there was going to be a problem releasing everything within 30 days she should’ve requested an extension BUT she should’ve started releasing documents every day from the 3rd day on to show she was acting in good faith.

Forget the sex, pedophilia, age-of-consent, exploitation bla-bla-bla.
Yes it’s piquant and in deserves indignation.

BUT

This is about blackmail and the power of the secret government.
The complete corruption of the institutions beyond reach.

For those of you just joining “the President being on record admitting he likes to suck young girls’ nipples and then having it redacted post hoc” is a “Jewish distraction”.

You know when our society started declining? Was it the evil transgender boogeymen? The gays? Maybe it’s just me but I think it’s more when defending molestation island stopped being something you’d get beaten up for by anyone of any party because they’re reasonable adults.

The AI response to Did Trump admit to liking to suck young girls’ nipples?:
There is no credible evidence or verified statement from Donald Trump admitting to such behavior. Claims about inappropriate comments or actions have been made, but they should be approached with caution and verified through reliable sources.

Let’s not forget that for over 50 years, J.Edgar Hoover was not only a blackmailer and a cross-dressing homosexual, but was rumored to keep the company of young males as well. And Congress, the FBI, and DOJ did NOTHING.

At the end, when Nixon was in power (and had certain friends in common with Hoover), Hoover conveniently died at his desk.

My point, Congress has great potential for corruption (Lord Acton mentioned the impact of great power and wealth on corruption). How you expose it is key. Instead of a true investigation, we have ‘Release the Kraken.’

It seems Congress now supports, “Guilty until proven innocent.”

“I’m sorry if one of your billionaire donors is going to get embarrassed because he went to rape island. That is what they have coming. In fact, they need to be on the other side of bars.” Massie.

In the rush to judgement, Massie demonstrates zero respect, or understanding of the US Constitution. Guilt by association has taken over. Due Process? No. Release ‘everything.’

Let’s impeach Bondi

What if she has INTEGRITY and is actually doing the right thing, protecting victims and innocent parties?

So demand that all files be released by day X but also demand that all images and identifying information on the victims be redacted ensuring that every page has to be inspected.

Those requirements are mutually exclusive given the volume of pages. Nice trap.

Who, exactly is a victim?

a) A 25-year-old hooker who was paid handsomely to prostitute herself?
b) A 25-year-old singer who got herself invited to a party, with hopes of meeting Mick Jagger?
etc etc
c) A 15-year-old girl who was drugged and raped?
d) All of the above.

Its leadership is caught in wave of lies after wave of lies and self serving corruption.

There is little doubt that Trumps swamp of sycophants is failing to deliver on controlling spending or providing any transparency in the Epstein/Trump collusion in the trafficking of minor girls.

Trump himself stated that he threw Epstein out because Epstein “stole” one of his girls.

The conspiracy to obstruct justice is real, obvious and “in camera”. RICO Act TIME!

Think about that…
Try proving, “I did not have sex with a child.”

Trump is covering for the fact that Mossad was Epstein’s boss in his use of statutory rape of 15 year old girls to control powerful men. People who don’t align well with Mossad’s wishes often do not live long.

There is a lot of evidence from different sources pointing to this likelihood. Everyone is too afraid of being stigmatized ‘antisemitic’ to raise the question, much less cite the evidence.

I’ve thought that same thing for years. But the problem is it does not satisfactorily answer the question about why the FBI would also be covering this up. Comey and his Daughter have been complicit in the cover up. Maybe because the FBI got the files and also hold the cards now as well?

Those who are afraid of the Mossad…
Those who are in power…
Those who take AIPAC money…
Those who know how much influence they really have…
Those who took the Lolita express…
I think the overlaps are not 100% but it just has to be over 50% to be very problematic.

On September 11, 2001, Jeffrey Epstein was ‘reportedly’ in New York City. If he worked for Mossad, and was that high up, wouldn’t he be elsewhere? His house in Palm Beach, perhaps.

Trump may or may not have been a participant in the Epstein abuse of minors. I do believe he kicked him out of Mar A Lago at some point.

The reason he is hiding things now despite all the promises by Bondi, Kash, Bongino et al is that Bibi pulled him aside back in January and told him he would be ruined if the files were released. That’s my theory at least. I’m sure Mossad and MI5 have plenty of financial dirt on DJT if not sexual blackmail, and on many of his pals and donors.

Tom Woods had Robert Barnes on his podcast the other day discussing all this and how MAGA has become Israel First in the Trump administration. Barnes says he’s never seen a scandal handled as atrociously and ineptly as Trump’s handling of the Epstein files

FYI, MI5, is the UK’s domestic counter-intelligence, counter terrorism, and security agency. I am not sure why they would be involved in this. Perhaps his hotels and golf courses are prime venues for security issues. The logic is rather convoluted to include them with Mossad. Perhaps you mean MI6?

Bondi is now an accomplice in the obstruction of justice.

This entire saga needs to be brought into a RICO Act prosecution of Trumps entire criminal enterprise.

The FBI has 1,000 agents protecting pedophiles instead of protecting the victims.

“…accomplice in the obstruction of justice…”

Actually, it is more like suppressing a witch hunt, but to see it, you need to think critically. Is EpsteinGate another great distraction, like RussiaGate? PizzaGate? HunterGate?

When this goes to the US Supreme Court, which I think is likely, the rush to judgement will come back to haunt the politicians who voted for it.

The issue, btw, is Due Process. Innocent until proven guilty. A trial etc etc. Bondi is simply doing her job, but you are too blinded by mass hysteria to see it.

What’s the point of releasing the files if everyone is going to be pardoned? Might as well not release them at all then.

The point is to punish those guilty of sex with minors. Not everyone is going to do jail time, most will just be embarrassed and fined like Johns with hookers. The only serious jail time will be for the pimps (Epstein/Maxwell etc).
