Amazon Description
In this revelatory, authoritative portrait of Donald J. Trump and the toxic family that made him, Mary L. Trump, a trained clinical psychologist and Donald’s only niece, shines a bright light on the dark history of their family in order to explain how her uncle became the man who now threatens the world’s health, economic security, and social fabric.
The President claims the book violates a nondisclosure agreement but he lost that case in court today.
Judge Tosses Lawsuit
BREAKING: A New York judge has tossed an application by Trump’s brother to try and halt the publication of his niece’s tell-all book, “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man”https://t.co/R6B5uAtkgd

Trump Files Claim in Wrong Court
The Surrogate Court strictly handles the wills and assets of the deceased.
Queens County Surrogate Court Judge Peter Kelly cited “several improprieties” in Robert Trump’s filing that rendered it “fatally defective”—including that it was based on the official disposition of patriarch Fred Trump Sr.’s estate, which wrapped up in 2001 and is thus for legal purposes “nonexistent.”
“The irrefutable conclusion is, regardless of the outcome of this matter, the administration of this estate will not be impacted one iota,” said Kelly
Judge Kelly suggested the New York State Supreme Court.
Internal Family Dynamics
The Daily Beast has the Family’s concerns.
In the book, Mary Trump is not only expected to discuss difficult internal family dynamics and offer revelations about a younger Donald Trump; she is also expected to out herself as a primary source behind a Pulitzer-winning New York Times investigation into her uncle’s taxes.
Temporary Restraining Order
The president and his brother claim ‘no amount of money‘ can undo the damage that will be done if the book is published.
In their application for a temporary restraining order, the Trumps said that they would suffer ‘irreparable harm’ if Mary’s book is released next month as planned.
They argued that Mary agreed not to write a memoir back in 2001 under the terms of a settlement which resolved a bitter family dispute over the estate of family patriarch Fred Trump Sr.
Irreparable Harm
As soon as the book is published, Trump will dismiss it as old nonsense.
His claim of irreparable harm will then vanish, even if it’s true, at least until the election.
At that time Trump will blame his niece, the media, China, Russia, Covid, BLM, liberals, fake conservatives, Germany and Martians.
Mish
LOL! Trump is fighting too many WARS at once. He does not know which ennemi is more dangerous. After Nov. 3rd he will be going nut. He will lose it to the fake news, the Dems, China, the never Trumps. I can’t wait for the Nov 4th 2020.
At the following link, is an analysis written by Vincent Greenwood Ph.D, Executive Director of ‘Washington Center for Cognitive Therapy, presents a compelling analysis in support of his diagnoses of Trump as a possible psychopath. He uses the Hare Psychopathy Checklist — Revised (PCL-R) to determine his diagnoses. It’s a lengthy essay but well worth the read:
A long read but definately worth it, thanks for linking the article
While I think the political priorities should be getting rid of the coup plotters AND the agencies that spawned them, I anticipate the book will be delicious.
Maybe we should be looking into what was going on in the White House with the Russian Collusion Hoax with Barrack Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey, Strojk & Paige prior to the incoming cabinet instead of highlighting a book that was written by a jilted family member 20 years ago. Joe has now lied about it 3 times or conveniently forgot, which for Joe isn’t that much of a stretch…
We should be looking at the last 40 years of this country’s history FULL STOP. Basically the whole military industrial complex. If we can unravel that whole thing and make sure that it does not happen again, this country might be on the way to nirvana.
Isn’t the basis of every happy family a well-written NDA ?
Hitler’s nephew enlisted in the US army in 1942, which is honorable. Writing a tell all book about family, not so much.
I think making $money$ ratting out your family is a classless act, even if you have the excuse of being a psychologist.
When your “family” happens to be the most powerful man in the world, and he is actually a moron with no discernible values it is a public service.
The problem with Trump is not that he has enemies or family members airing dirty laundry. It’s that he has no real achievements. His supporters will point to things such as the sky high stock market (that started with Obomba), or the lack of new wars (most Americans don’t care about the fate of another country). Jobs however have not been coming back, and instead he bungled the handling of the virus and the trade war with China. Add in the sky high unemployment with no real strategy on how to take the country forward, and here we are.
He wanted to invade Venezuela.
And buy greenland
What did the Martians do?!?
Sorry, you have to wait until November to find out
When you spend you life making enemies of people, at the end you have quite a few.
Dr. Mary L. Trump is a trained clinical psychologist and the only niece of tRump. That tell me everything I need to know.
This is not even remotely global economics, and Mish Talk swirls the TDS bowl.
Which TDS, the one that thinks Trump is evil incarnate or the one that claims he’s secretly playing 4D chess?
I’m sure you agree, do you not, that Mish is free to discuss whatever he chooses on his own website, in the same way that readers who are disappointed in his choices are free to move on to other sites.
Why whine about the choices? I’m sure you also agree that web is already filled with too many who whine whenever they see something with which they disagree.
I am sure you agree that you are the master of the straw man.
Nope, but it generates hits, and gives you your adrenaline fix.
I’m sick of hearing about Trump and wouldn’t be adverse to having his presidential portrait banned from National Portrait Galley. Thankfully, it is unlikely that he will ever get a statue built celebrating his leadership & life.
I long to return to the days when someone who crossed the lines of law or decency in their village was shunned. No one talked to or of them. This is what we should do with Trump.
You know there is a filter where you can choose economics / politics / or top stories.
Trump fans have to be the most precious and delicate little flowers in modern America today.
They charge out and shout “deal with it snowflake! Radical free speech is awesome even when I make horrible, bigoted statements about vulnerable minority groups!”
They make up conspiracy theories about how Obama was a secret Muslim Kenyan who faked his birth certificate, and how COVID-19 is a hoax.
But when someone says anything that’s less-than-fawningly-complimentary about Trump, they clutch their pearls and cry bitter tears about how awful it is, and simper endlessly about “TDS.”
I did not vote for Trump. But I do lament the descent into drunk at the end of the bar banter that MishTalk is becoming, filled with simplistic analysis, as you exemplify, and not at all clever straw man arguments. But I guess it generates clicks for Mish.
