Trump Rages at the Media
Truth Social: If Iran surrenders, admits their Navy is gone and resting at the bottom of the sea, and their Air Force is no longer with us, and if their entire Military walks out of Tehran, weapons dropped and hands held high, each shouting “I surrender, I surrender” while wildly waving the representative White Flag, and if their entire remaining Leadership signs all necessary “Documents of Surrender,” and admit their defeat to the great power and force of the magnificent U.S.A., The Failing New York Times, The China Street Journal (WSJ!), Corrupt and now Irrelevant CNN, and all other members of the Fake News Media, will headline that Iran had a Masterful and Brilliant Victory over The United States of America, it wasn’t even close. The Dumacrats and Media have totally lost their way. They have gone absolutely CRAZY!!! President DJT

I count 125 words in the first sentence. Your results may vary slightly depending on how you treat U.S.A,. WSJ, and whether wasn’t is one word or two.
Zerohedge was quick to pick up on this. But Jim Bianco provides the analysis of the day.
Jim Bianco Analysis of Trump
Trump is VERY transparent. That post perfectly expresses his utter frustration.
Opening the Strait of Hormuz is not just a matter of will. We don’t have a sustainable military answer right now because we don’t have a defensive shield against asymmetric warfare (cheap drones and missiles), as Ukraine has against Russia.
When the U.S. launched Project Freedom roughly two weeks ago, three guided-missile destroyers were sent through the Strait to escort commercial shipping.
The Navy came under a sustained barrage of Iranian drones and missiles and intercepted 100% of the attacks.
Yet the defensive effort after just two days was extraordinarily resource-intensive. It nearly depleted the missile magazines of two Guided-Missile Destroyers and required support from more than 100 aircraft (F-35 fighters and attack helicopters). It costs an estimated $50–100 million to get just two commercial ships through safely over two days.
This model is completely unsustainable beyond a brief demonstration. The U.S. cannot realistically guarantee a perfect interception record against repeated sustained barrages.
All it would take is one drone or missile getting through, and the images of a burning American warship would be a major political disaster. Below, Trump isn’t raging at the media alone. He’s raging because we don’t have a cost-effective Military solution (money and lives at risk) to opening the Strait.
Compare Bianco’s analysis to the position of those who actually thought Trump’s blockade would end this war in a matter of days.
Bianco vs Robin Brooks, May 2
Comments From Today
War and Blockade Timeline
“The blockade was imposed with an anticipated timeline of ~13 days.”
Trump started the war on February 28, 2026. For those counting that’s 80 days (two months, two weeks, six days).
The war was supposed to last three days. The 3-6 weeks.
As of today, May 18, 2026, the United States naval blockade of Iranian ports and coastal areas has been in effect for 36 days, having officially begun on April 12, 2026.
Trump said the blockade would work in a few days. When it didn’t the timeline became 13 days.
May 2 Flashback
Sixteen days ago, Robin brooks was bragging the blockade already worked!
And if only we had done this to Russia.
Robin Brooks has prematurely declared victory of sanctions many times.
Having followed Brooks for a long time on sanctions, he hasn’t been right once.
On September 19, 2023, I noted Lesson of the Day: Sanctions Don’t Work Because They Create New Markets
A person who touted a buyer’s cartel sanction success, now complains the buyers cartel leaks like a sieve.
Now he’s back at it, saying we should have blockaded Russia, because the blockade already has worked.
Here we are 16 days later, with Trump fuming over the futility of the blockade to bring Iran to surrender.
Choking Like a Stuffed Pig
In Fox News interview on April 26, 2026 (on The Sunday Briefing), Trump said Iran’s oil infrastructure could “explode” in about three days due to the US naval blockade preventing exports.
“When you have lines of vast amounts of oil pouring through your system… if for any reason that line is closed because you can’t continue to put it into containers or ships… what happens is that line explodes from within, both mechanically and in the earth… And they say they only have about three days left before that happens.”
On April 29, Trump made this statement. “The blockade is somewhat more effective than the bombing. They are choking like a stuffed pig. And it is going to be worse for them. They can’t have a nuclear weapon,” Trump told Axios.
Trump expected this to be over in three days.
No More Mr. Nice Guy

I made a note on April 29. Note “No More Mr. Nice Guy.” I forgot to put my note in caps. Apologies offered.
Here’s a nonsensical idea from 21 hours ago.

This is more transparent frustration.
The US has failed. Trump needs the cooperation of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE to attack Iran.
The odds of that are 0.00 percent. But hey, I have a graphic of how it would work if it did happen.
Space Force

Those are real, posted less than a day ago.
Trump envisions himself as Hans Solo. This is my video tribute of the day.

The Clock Is Ticking

Please note “The Clock is Ticking”, mysteriously not in all caps.
Q: But what does the message imply?
A: Failure!
Earth to Robin Brooks and MAGA: How successful is the blockade at getting Iran to surrender?
The clock is ticking implies another military threat. Trump is relying on military threats because the blockade was a miserable failure.
Arguably the blockade is causing more damage to Iran than the US.
But is the blockade causing more damage to Iran than the rest of the world? And who has an election concern, Trump or Iran?
One might expect MAGA fans to believe anything. But here’s Robin Brooks’ bio.
Robin Brooks is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, focusing on global growth, inflation, and capital flows. He’s frequently cited in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and New York Times, and regularly appears on CNBC and Bloomberg. Before Brookings, Brooks was the chief economist at the Institute of International Finance, where he led macroeconomic analysis.
The blockade is already a success said Brooks. Just like he proclaimed sanctions on Russia a success.
Please see my May 2 post for more discussion of who is winning the blockade war.
Not to worry, Trump is now Hans Solo. Victory is thus assured.

“The clock is ticking”. Sounds like the only thing that is working for Trump is his watch…and he may be lying about that.
Take your ball, take your bat, and go home and let the adults sort this out.
The Boy Who Cried Deal, No deal, War, Peace, etc., etc., meaninglessly, impulsively, detached from facts, ad nauseum. In between wrestling matches, golf and social. media blatherings, while Rome burned. Sycophancy does have a cost. opportunity cost, at the very least: the America that wasn’t: in clean tech, in world affairs, in reliable internal markets, in rule of law, and every other missed bus. Now, a missed bus on inflation containment. We don’t have the old autocrat containment to worry about, we have a version of that, but primarily we face containment of our own blunders.
Don’t you realize some connected people made a LOT of money on those meaningless words resulting in oil price yo-yo.
What would be really refreshing is some indication that Trump ever gives any thought to the effects of his disastrous escapade on the rest of the world – not just the huge economic fallout for richer nations, but the famine-caused deaths that are going to ensue for millions of the poorest, when harvests fail for lack of fertiliser; the man is unspeakable in his evil ignorance/arrogance.
Sadly, Trump only cares about one thing – Trump. He doesn’t care about the US, his voters, the economy, our allies or even his own family. He’s a depraved narcissist who’ll let everything burn down as long as he doesn’t have to admit he was wrong.
Trump has been making some major mistakes…the blockade atop the Iranian closure was another stupid move. Now he has to negotiate on a shorter timetable. If he had done just a tiny bit of research he would know the Iranians could far outlast him.
I doubt he will order any kind of large scale offensive on Iran at this point as he knows Iran will destroy his investments in the Emirates.
Trump does have cards that no other President could play. With appropriate concessions from Iran he could open up access to the capital markets and U.S. investment, something Iran has wanted for years.
Speaking of radical nations trying to take over Middle Eastern shipping chokepoints.
Didn’t Israel attack Egypt and try to take over the Suez Canal in 1956?
Also Israel bombed British and American interests in a 1954 Egyptian false flag operation which became known as the Lavon Affair.
I’m trying to come up with a Middle Eastern country that Israel has not attacked or undermined?
Lot of people have trump by the balls. His personality means he will double down
Squeeze harder?
So much talk of Trump’s frustration. He has no idea of events so frustration is not possible. He’s just nuts.
And he’s your president – the best America has to offer. You’re done; get your head around it.
As for an exit strategy?
We haven’t had a good American president since Reagan. That was 40 years ago. And what trajectory has this Empire been on since?
Don Corleone’s trip to China was a flop. Economically, it came to naught, but politically China refused to join the crusade against Iran.
So now Don Corleone uses implied nuclear threats.
If the US isn’t an international pariah yet, it is going that way.
Your headline nails it. The best thing Trump could do is to pack up, sail home, and pretend the whole thing never happened.
Three points of interest which are just as valid prognostications just as any speculation. Oddly modern events tend to lean toward these aspects.
Nobody is right if everyone is wrong.
Mosque shooting today is another in an ever increasing series of mass causality events similar to what Titor claimed.
The supposed Baba Vanga prophecy states: “When Syria falls, expect a great war between the West and the East.” Following the collapse of the Syrian regime, these predictions gained viral attention as followers speculated the event would trigger global conflict
The Californian Republic: The West Coast and Mountain states, predicted to fall under the influence of China.
Panarin theorized that mass immigration, economic decline, and cultural degradation would trigger the U.S. civil war and subsequent breakup. While heavily promoted in Russian state media during the 2008 financial crisis, his prediction that the collapse would happen by 2010 never materialized.
The John Titor Legend
The “Waco” Escalation: He predicted that the flashpoint against federal authority would slowly worsen, resulting in “a Waco type event every month” that would eventually escalate into localized fighting at people’s front doors.
I remember when Iran’s oil wells were going to self-destruct in 3-days, that was
3 weeks ago….hard to keep up with guy and his lies sometimes…but when you start from the position that he’s full of sh!t
95%98%99% of the time it makes it a little easier to analyze.Speaking of Trump, I plan to change my avatar soon. I don’t like how everything seems to be devolving into an “us” vs. “them” framing of everything, with Trump as a lightning rod for people to get worked up over.
You’ll never see me with an “Anti-Trump” sign at a protest, because the issues facing the U.S. can’t be solved by “getting rid of Trump” or “getting rid of Biden”. They just serve as distractions while the billionaires continue looting and turning the lives of ordinary people into something out of Mad Max.
What am I saying? The pitchforks need to come out. Maybe that will be my next avatar.
The US has been at war with the Russian Federation since 1991 and with Iran since 1979. We’ve been prepping Asian countries to be used as a cudgel against China. So, yes, American troublemaking won’t end with Trump’s departure.
Isn’t Trump draining the swamp?
OHHH Oh, He himself is swamp.
I have been playing a game , guessing what headline is a Mish post. So far 10 out of 10. However as a Trump supporter I have to give Mish credit , I’m agreeing with him on various points. I’m also annoyed when I listen to Trump speak and far right pontificates say how grand a plan this master is controlling. I think it’s a big mess and they underestimated the resolve of Iran to chop off their noses despite their face.
It’s “to spite their face”. Trump wants the elected government of Iran to fall and wants them to give up any ability to defend themselves. Netanyahu wants all of that and for Iran to be destroyed. Iran’s not going to agree to commit suicide.
The Iranian Regime and the IRGC would be wise to get out of Dodge and hightail it to Russia. The IRGC can join the Russian body count on the Ukraine border and the leadership can be sent to the warming Siberia to keep them out of the way.
The American and Israeli goal in Iran was ever always only to turn that country into a failed state, much like what was done to Iraq, Libya and Syria.
How rude, unreasonable and insolent of them not to comply, right?
Iran has been a failed state for 47 years!
You might want to do some research on Iran. They are world leaders in many scientific fields. And obviously no slouches at military technology having just whipped the U.S. and Israel’s asses with 1/100 the military budget.
Trump says he’s called off plans for “scheduled attack of Iran” after request from Gulf partners
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-says-called-off-scheduled-iran-attack-gulf-partners/
I don’t bother to listen to a word he says anymore. His mental functioning has absolutely gone clinical.
So Israel tells him to attack and he attacks. The Saudis tell him to not attack and he doesn’t attack. This guy is one obedient poodle.
When he started prior attacks on Iran (June and February) it was immediately after signaling that negotiations were promising. He is demented, but he could also be about to try another sucker punch.
I am also tired of the constant pump up the market tweets. Sold a three bagger xsp put this morning , watched it later go up to 200 then the tweet back up zero. Glad I took the triple early.
History.
How America lost the Vietnam war? “Yankee won battle after battle but lost the final battle of Washington”
How America lost the Afghanistan? “Yankee won battle after battle but lost the final battle of Washington”
Taliban used to say: “Yankee have watch, we have time”
Trump is declaring premature victory: “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED”
1.5 trillion military budget will solve these wars is delusional.
That’s why China will never become a world’s policeman.
And China’s commercial ports will never become naval bases. ( US war mongers insist not to become naval base )
Like I said before, the hardest part of a 3 week war is the 1st 2 years…
I think things get roughest in Year 4 and 5. Both sides have doubled down too many times and there is little left to double down with.
Trump is like Grandpa Simpson now – “Old Man Yells at Cloud”.
Triumph of posturing over reality, thinly dressed up as toughness. Second childhood is at hand, with that hand within reach of the nuke button. Luckily he was never any good at execution upon any sustained focus. Only things he can break in 5 minutes, he does. This Iran stage must be driving that brain crazy.
Then comes the commenters’ what-aboutism. I am not saying anything whatsoever about Biden, Hillary, Dems, fems, etc. Some struggle with the idea of a topic. Yes, maybe Trump is useful for shaking them up. But wow, talk about overshoot.

I am raging no one else is granting Mishelin stars on this post so here’s a 2-star Mishelin award. It’s a culinary delight filled with drama, comedy, plot twists, sarcasm, and hubris topped with heavy dose of irony cream.
But the show ain’t over…
Do worry, Trump will find a way to make things even worse.™
anyone can hand out a Mishelin award?
Well of course.
Yeah I thought it was copyrighted by MPO45v2 so I check each post to see the rating.
Is this media attempted intimidation, in any way, similar to Nazi Germany of the 1930’s?
At the end of the trading day on 27 May 2026, Trump will have lost 95% support of
401-k’ers, even most of his cultist 401-k’ers. 27 May 2026 will be the date the GOP becomes totally woke to the reality that #47 is midterm hemlock. Oil and TYX (higher rates) will blow-off thru 27 May.
TYX (30 Year Bond) at today’s 5.157 +% interest rate eclipsed all highs since 2008.
Pointing out that the emperor is buck naked pissed His Imperial Majesty off.
What I find interesting from the Truth Social post quoted is Trump said, “The China Street Journal (WSJ!)” in a rant about Iran. It’s strange that out of the blue Trump mentions China, no?
This suggests to me (1) Trump was also frustrated about the outcome of the Chinese summit, (2) that the Iran and Chinese alliance is more powerful and successful than the economy of the US, the military of the US and the verbal diarrhea of President Trump, and finally (3) China must be exerting pressure on Trump over the issue of Iran.
Of note today was a failed day of market manipulation by Trump and it was refreshing to see the markets not fall for Trump’s BS this time. This gives hope that maybe the markets will start exerting their own pressure on Trump, which just might open Trump’s eyes to the fact that it’s time to walk away from the issue of Iran, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Trump was super pissed of on China but he is a cornered rat now.
As soon as he landed in China he got a smack in the face that from China perspective the most important issue is Taiwan and we only talk if we have this understanding. This set tone to whole visit. He was trying to make good face to this stating over and over how Xi is his best friend. Add to this that extra hint of USA being declining empire and you have a mix.
Unfortunately for USA he is completely outplayed by basically everybody with a little longer standing in international affairs.
Those are serious players planning long games while Trump is just reading a room at given moment.
Yes, I understood the main point of the summit to be Xi warning the US away from Taiwan.
Read the summary from China regarding the meeting
essentially nothing was agreed upon, it’s all still to be decided
https://www.globaltimes.cn/page/202605/1361120.shtml
That is why Trump was ready to restart bombing Iran on Tuesday.
I find it funny everyone has an opinion or interpretation yet none of them are paid psychics.
An even better is reading through comments here and ZH discovering some people are actually true believers on all sides but the best posts re the humorous ones.
Much simpler to think Trump, and minions, said something stupid to tweak the masses and generate buzz which is undeserved press. Then he posts crap on TS that Iranians can not access thus they do not care.
BUT the real killer is all those ANTIFA/George Floyd/BLM/Feminists who don’t care about 168 dead young girls killed the day before Women’s History month.
“Civilization, in fact, grows more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. Wars are no longer waged by the will of superior men, capable of judging dispassionately and intelligently the causes behind them and the effects flowing out of them. They are now begun by first throwing a mob into a panic; they are ended only when it has spent its ferine fury.”
― H.L. Mencken, In Defense of Women

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard threatens permits for internet cables in the Strait of Hormuz
https://www.cnn.com/2026/05/17/middleeast/iran-hormuz-undersea-cables-intl
I can’t believe that CNN is paywalling news articles.😃
But as with transit, the Iranian Regime has no say in the routing of internet cables through international waters.
These are coastal waters well within Irans and neighboring states jurisdictions. It’s gonna be a long hot summer!
Russia being bogged down in Ukraine is very similar. Trillions spent to built a military arsenal that is foundered, damaged or neutralized by the “locusts” of drones at a infinitessimally small relative cost. Also why most long-range business forecasts or climate simulations fail. Sure, the exercise is necessary to constantly be thinking forward but hubris and massive resource allocation as if there is AN answer or A solution is often revealed quickly.
The US can’t open 21 miles of water and again I ask what the annual trillion dollar military budget is for.
Were this a true war where Americans were on board and saw a need, moral or otherwise, well the approach might be successful because we would have a different commitment level, politics-be-damned. It’s why hammering their nuclear site with about 14 bunker-busters wasn’t, by itself, frowned upon. But this follow-up action doesn’t have the same acceptance or urgency so bogged down we are.
There’s a 0% chance of the commitment level required to do whatever it takes (paging Mario Draghi) thus 0% chance of success.
The military budget of Ukraine is larger than that of Russia.
That’s complete and utter horseshit. https://www.cfr.org/articles/comparing-size-and-capabilities-russian-and-ukrainian-militaries
Rather strong language from someone who, like Trump, has no idea of what’s going on. Ukraine’s military budget is enhanced by the billions in cash, intelligence and materials provided by so many outsiders (including Canada), stolen from taxpayers who were never asked for their approval.
Do you understand the concept of representative government? Were you out sick the week they discussed the subject Johnny boy?
As pointed out, the statis quoted do not include moneys from abroad, nor does it include the free training, ISR and intelligence supplied.
It doesn’t include nork troops or artillery either. Can you put a value on North Korean boys? Ukraine has held off a nation several times larger and wealthier through ingenuity, the reinvention of modern warfare, and yes, support from allies. What a disaster for Putin… Hi should never have invaded!
What would those trillions invested in oil industry be worth. Perhaps 30 dollar oil in the near future?
Let me help y’all keep up with the latest news. So sorry for you Iranian Regime boosters! Your boy is suffering big time! 🤣🤣🤣
Iran AND Trump are doing fine There’s no suggestion that the Trump family knew of Nobitex’s use of Tron and BNB Chain.
Still, the Iran transactions highlight the potentially conflicted position in which the Trumps’ sprawling business interests have placed the U.S. presidency. The family-owned Trump Organization real-estate empire, for example, continues to pursue foreign deals.
https://www.reuters.com/investigations/how-trumps-crypto-venture-irans-top-exchange-tapped-into-same-industry-networks-2026-05-18/
Lol! Keep dreaming Jojo. Iran been loading at Jast instead of Kharg.
Are you still waiting for Iran’s oil fields to blow up like Trump said would happen two weeks ago?
Dumb fuck.
Use the Hide button; reduces stress. Jojo offers nothing of value.
I did that weeks ago.
So, the line being advanced is still “trust me.” OK, maybe that will play out. Meanwhile I am being taxed with inflation daily, for something I wasn’t even faintly consulted about. (Indeed, most America First assurances were to the contrary, at least until the votes were safely in.) Most Americans agreed to the rough idea of tariffs, through this election. I got taxed then by tariffs (Big Beautiful tax cut savings vaporized), but it was so mishandled, it was obviously illegal from Day One. This gang that can’t shoot straight is still pursuing this adventure expensively while saying “trust me,” and not delivering outcomes. Inflation has a sticky reality that all this posturing will have a hard time reversing. Still waiting, still getting deluges of bluster and cartoons.
I saw a joke recently which said, “Why did God create man before he created woman? Because he didn’t want any advice about how to do it.”
All you armchair experts are telling Trump how he shouldn’t have done it. Bearing in mind that the moral aspects are tangled, and that the Jews perhaps shouldn’t be in Palestine in the first place, Trump is trying to fix things in a part of the world that has long been a hellhole of terrorism and mayhem.
At the moment he is trying to get the Strait of Hormuz open again, and all you experts are crowing about how he won’t be able to do it. Well, maybe the American navy won’t have to do it on its own. No other government wanted to risk its neck earlier, but now that the Americans have done the worst work, others are showing signs of helping. Haven’t the British and the French announced an initiative to get the Strait open? Singapore, which has good reason to be interested, has announced that it is very much against anyone barricading waterways.
It is true that it is taking a bit longer than Trump said, but I don’t think his plan is off the rails. The Persian Gulf states are on the American side. Persia won’t be able to create an empire in that region any more. Israel may want to, but just because America has saved Israel from Persia doesn’t mean that America has to assist Israel to create its own empire there. You are all underestimating not only Trump but the whole American foreign-policy establishment. Yes, there are fools and degenerates in the American Government just as there are in all governments. But they aren’t always in charge. While Trump is in charge, they aren’t.
Bob Roberts: [singing] Some people will have / Some simply will not / But they’ll complain and complain and complain and complain and complain / Some people will work / Some never will / But they’ll complain and complain and complain and complain and complain / Like this: / It’s society’s fault I don’t have a job / It’s society’s fault I’m a slob / I’m a drunk, I don’t have a brain / Give me a pamplet while I complain / Hey pal you’re living in the land of the free No-one’s gonna hand you opportunity
Oh Arthur, forever the cockeyed optimist. May you be downvoted to hell
I don’t mind. I get a bit of a kick out of getting a lot of downvotes. It shows the fools have actually glanced at my stuff, and if the fools have, some smart people probably have too.
Don’t overestimate yourself. One sentence is all it takes to understand that you are a dick. Your actions make you pro pedophilia and pro-white supremacy.
Smart people just put you on hide
There are a lot of bad actors. Containment is a legitimate strategy. Your argument is that war is always the answer. Mine is that it is not. This was Israel’s fight. Let them go at it with their army, their soldiers, their weapons, but with out a penny of my tax dollar. This was not my fight. That any Americans have died is an outrage.
You sound reasonable, but I’m not sure I quite get it. I’m an Australian, so I am looking at it from the perspective of an American protectorate. I can see that you might feel that none of the protectorates are worth spending American money on, or getting American soldiers killed for.
The only thing he wanted to fix were the epstien files.
Wow, sexist and ignorant all in one comment
You may consider reading a history of the ME, especially the pre WWI through WWII period. You will learn that European imperialisms is what fucked everything up over there and the US is just carrying on the tradition
Then ask Elon Musk who invented the mathematics that he uses to build his rockets and AI systems
He doesn’t even need to read that much history. If he can just sit down and watch the movie, Lawrence of Arabia, he’ll get the general idea of how much Western Europe screwed over the Middle East.
WW1 was a time of empires and colonies and the Middle East was divided accordingly. WW2 was the end of empires and colonies, until Trump.
The idea that Trump cares about anybody other than Trump is a laugh.
All us “experts” were only brought into the middle of Trump’s movie. It’s a democracy, ever heard of it? Right or wrong. Are you equating God to Trump and me to (your cartoon of) a woman, or to some straw-man incompetent “expert”? What gobbledygook is this? I heard this kind of spew back in the W. Bush/Iraq days. But W. (while lying) was a portrait of patient consent-building, compared to this. Then when it doesn’t work, all these sycophants creep quietly back under the furniture a few years.
And you are imputing expertise to Trump and his cabal. But he is the most impulsive Chief Executive ever. Multiple sources say he won’t read a morning briefing.
You’re making excuses to cover the most incompetent behavior of an aging geezer.
Are you proud to back a pedophile?
Hit me harder daddy Trump! 😍
Despite (or maybe because of) his educational credentials, this Robin Brooks sounds like a dullard. “Thoroughly worldly people never understand even the world; they rely altogether on a few cynical maxims which are not true. (Chesterton)”. Brooks thinks everyone and every country is motivated solely by economic maxims he learned in school. Iran’s not going to fold just because their economy is under pressure.
Trump has a solution – start bombing Iran again, which was scheduled for this Tuesday but has been postponed to foolishly allow Iran to further stretch out so called negotiations.
DROP THE HAMMER TRUMP. STOP PLAYING FOOTSIE WITH THE IRANIAN REGIME!
You can merc right on up and sneak over to start rampagin.
Donald Trump’s transformation from East Coast rich kid to President of the United States took decades to play out — and had Trump not participated in the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), it may have never happened at all.
Playing against WWE founder Vince McMahon’s character as the “establishment” billionaire lording over the WWE, Trump crafted a WWE persona that focused on coming across as the voice of the people fed up with an out-of-touch system. Sure, Trump’s character was still a villainous guy — but so was McMahon’s, and at least Trump proclaimed himself to be in the “people’s” corner.
And it was this sort of persona that would help carry Trump to the presidency last year.
“Mainstream media posts none of this idiocy.”
The MSM has shareholders whose wealth is based on keeping the myths alive. America is the leader of the free world, America is the one indispensible nation, America is the richest country in the world, America is the greatest military power in world history, the rest of the world hates American’s freedom! If Americans ever got to see the ugly, idiotic truth, the government and the shareholding class would be swept away in a second revolution.
Thucydides Trap is something you should pay attention to.
America is no longer considered the leader of the free world by the free world. Only parts of America don’t understand what’s happening.
America is hardly indispensable. Just takes time to decouple.
“They hate our freedom”. Where have I heard that before?
They don’t post any of this because they have decided it’s easier to kiss the ring that to have a pair of balls.

Trump is simply reporting about conversations he is having with himself in the middle of the night — no relation to the real world.
As for the reports about some ‘damaged’ planes and ships withdrawing under fire but luckily no ‘fires’ and running ‘low’ on ordinance, this is the best spin the US Dept of War can muster … it’s all much much worse, of course.

That was the pre-TACO dementia fueled outburst. The TACO is now out – our Arab state allies have ‘convinced’ him to call off his Tuesday attack. Because of course he was hell bent on obliterating them tomorrow. Yes, I truly believe this, bc MAGA is never wrong. The newest, best negotiations are now happening, and THIS time, we will get Iran to meet all our demands. Because this time is different, Iran is clearly cracking.
If he was smart, TACO would get them to agree to his “Nuclear dust” red line so that he could capitulate on everything else and say that he did better than Obama. Trouble is, not sure Iran is ready or willing to give up. We shall see.
Best news is that TACO Tuesday came early this week!
