If Trump can lie about deals, why shouldn’t Iran? Here are deal terms from Iran.
Trump on the Fake Deal
The terms that Iran leaked out to the Fake News have NOTHING to do with the terms that were agreed to, in writing. What they said, including their weak and pathetic statement on having a deal, bears no relation to the truth. Very dishonorable people to deal with. With them, there is no such thing as dealing in good faith. AMAZING! Also, their totally rebuffed Drone attack last night against Indian Ships leaving the Hormuz Strait is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They better get their act together, and FAST! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Iran Stated Terms
Please consider New details of the draft Iran-US memorandum of understanding from MehrNews (In Iranian, Google Translate below)
According to Mehr News Agency, new details of the 14-point draft of the Iran-US memorandum of understanding were released by a source close to the Iranian negotiating team. As the Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced, this text still needs to be reviewed and finalized by the relevant institutions in Iran.
The details of this draft are as follows:
- 1- Permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
- 2- America’s commitment to non-interference in Iran’s internal affairs and respect for the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- 3- Complete lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days
- 4- America’s commitment to withdrawing its forces from around Iran
- 5- Reopening the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days with Iranian arrangements
- 6- Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products and derivatives and full access for Iran to its financial resources.
- 7- The need for the United States and its allies to present reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion.
- 8- 60 days of negotiations to reach a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary, secondary, US sanctions and resolutions of the UN Security Council and the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency
- 9- Reiterating Iran’s commitment in the NPT not to produce nuclear weapons
- 10- During the negotiations, the United States has committed not to increase its forces in the region and will not impose new sanctions.
- 11- Release $24 billion in frozen Iranian funds during the 60-day period of final negotiations. Half of this amount must be made available to Iran before the negotiations begin.
- 12- Establishing a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement.
- 13- The final agreement will be approved by a UN Security Council resolution.
- 14- The final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran’s frozen funds, the suspension of Iran’s oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade. The final agreement will be made solely on the fate of enriched materials and enrichment, the lifting of sanctions, and the Iranian economic reconstruction program. Discussions about Iran’s missile program and support for resistance groups have been definitively removed from the agenda.
What’s Going On?
Trump would reject that, of course. But Trump does not list the terms he says have been agreed to.
This is a smart move by Iran and it a play strait out of the Art of the Deal playbook. Iran announces something absurd to counter Trump’s absurd position about what’s been agreed to.
The key point is the sides are still talking.
Again, this all points to the Trump capitulation that I have fully expected.
The Goalpost Shifts
Here We Come Again
Trump Won’t Be There for the Signing
Because he will be humiliated by it (whenever that is).
Breaking – Iran Says Details Coming
Art of the Deal
The Final Word
All the bravado in the world cannot mask the truth: this US President has little left but lies, deceit, and calculated efforts to manipulate global markets.
His foolish decision to follow Israel into an attack on Iran was not strength,it was a monumental act of recklessness.
The fallout speaks for itself, exposing a leadership driven more by arrogance and miscalculation than by strategy or competence.

At this point, pretty much the entire planet is just completely fed up with Trump’s bullshit.
The fact that this clown can pose as President of the USA really makes a defining statement about where America is today, doesn’t it. He makes Biden look competent, an almost impossible feat, but looking back, he was. I doubt a President Karmala Harris would have been worse, though she probably would have been – again, the simple fact that these are the “leaders” America comes up with is mind boggling.
I think America has passed the decline phase, and is in the end-game total collapse period, the Empire is falling at light speed.
You can blame the UniParty/Deep State I guess, but that proves they too are a bunch of total morons for pushing these incompetents to the top of the very same nation they live in. The looting may have been good, but it better have been enough to pay for that walled estate and armed guards needed to keep the angry mobs at bay. Or the plan was to flee to New Zealand or Patagonia and live in a bunker – even more idiotic.
The movie Idiocracy was a factual documentary of the future, not a dark comedy, it appears.
We will blow them into oblivion is not “art” it is just bluster. The emperor has no clothes.
Can’t, too busy blowing Bibi
What can’t go on won’t go on.
Market perfectly bet Trump will make a deal whatever the term is, whoever write.
DOW is up.
NASDAQ is up.
GOLD is up.
Well done market!
You’re on the right side of history.
TACO has no choice.
TACO is TACO.
Since when do crazy people not have a choice?
How do we know these tweets aren’t fake?
It makes no difference whether the current social media content from either side is fake or real. It is in a state of gobbledygook overlying fakeness and chaos. It is the natural logical conclusion of the way Trump has conducted all his (our) affairs, leading up to this moment. Reminds me of the last Sex Pistols concert, when everything just sort of crumbled into cynicism and meaninglessness: just nihilistically burning up resources in the name of nothing worthwhile. Onward to the UFC birthday fiasco, and the NASCAR weekend near me, and other such viciously meaningless drivel.
U.S. foreign policy mistakes abound…foolishly poking the Russian bear in Ukraine->so Russia gives N Korea long range ballistic missile tech so N Korea could nuke the U.S. including Florida.
Unlike Bush senior Biden does not stop the Israeli bulldozers in Gaza and the Palestinian genocide. Trump follows with an even more accommodating policy on Israel’s genocide of the Palestinians. Incredibly stupid because the entire Muslim world becomes boiling mad at the Israeli’s. Not to mention Israel becomes a pariah with almost everyone else.
Trump makes a huge miscalculation and sneak attacks Iran a second time convinced by Israel that Iran is in a weakened state. Instead he finds out Iran’s missile and drone capabilities, and their massive fortified underground bases and missile factories are superior to the U.S. Middle East military architecture.
Meanwhile Iran is now a hero of godlike proportions among the people of the Middle East for standing up to the U.S. Israel military aggression and especially for defending the Palestinians. Most of the people of the Middle East are now firmly supporting Iran basically giving the finger to the leaders of the Middle East oil monarchy puppets.
Turkey and Egypt’s populations are boiling mad at the Israelis over the Palestinian genocide and both governments have been exchanging saber rattling discussions with Netanyahu.
Trump being unbelievably out of touch insists the gulf monarchies sign the Abraham Accords incredibly stupidly not realizing any monarchs signing this would be facing civil wars almost immediately.
The bulk of the middle eastern tribesmen are now openly supporting Iran. The monarchies now effectively only control their cities and some infrastructure and little else. A lot of supplies are having to be airlifted because they’ll be intercepted and taken.
US and Israel have made a complete fucking mess out of the Middle East. Israel is gonna have some major major problems specially since they have had a habit of killing negotiators.
Actually, it is litle known, but the North Koreans got their long-range nuclear missle tech from Ukraine. After the Soviet Union collapsed, the factory in Ukraine that built the Soviet ICBM had a large number of engine stage missiles on hand, but no warhead stages, so they sold the engine pieces off, and North Korea bought them.
They then had to develop the warhead stages of the misslies themselves, which is why the bottom half of North Korean ICBM’s look exactly like Soviet ones, but the top warhead stage looks different, they had to develop it themselves. No doubt with some help from Russia and China later on, but mostly North Korean. Making accuracy probably not that good, but I wouldn’t dobut now that Russia and China, now fast friends with North Korea have helped, so they are no doubt more accurate now than they were a decade ago.
Of course accuracy with nuclear weapons is not that crucial, just make the bomb bigger and you can afford to miss the target by a few miles, it won’t matter.
“The final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran’s frozen funds, the suspension of Iran’s oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade. The final agreement will be made solely on the fate of enriched materials and enrichment, the lifting of sanctions, and the Iranian economic reconstruction program. Discussions about Iran’s missile program and support for resistance groups have been definitively removed from the agenda.”
If this is Iran’s true position Trump wont be signing as it leaves him nothing to walk away with, which is why saying;
“Again, this all points to the Trump capitulation that I have fully expected.”
Is half true, and why? Because (1) Trump wont completely fold to Iran (again reread that first quoted paragraph) because leaving with nothing means he was wrong about going head on into thos war. You can probably count on one hand how many politicians actually admitted guilt or mistake about the choices they made be they geopolitical or domestic policy choices.
(2) The statement also doesn’t cover Iran’s need to expose and punish Trump (and others) for starting this, as well negotiating in bad faith by not reigning in Israel and delivering surprise attacks while in the middle of negotiations.
This last point is especially important, and I’d say more important than Trump’s capitulation.
Why?
Because in the end this will end on Iran’s terms and not Trump’s. This may sound like total capitulation, but again Trump can’t walk away with nothing in hand, and he can’t admit he made a mistake. So this means this will go on and thus the world will suffer even more due to the current and continuation of the oil supply shock.
And Trump proved this by his latest tweet:
“What they said, including their weak and pathetic statement on having a deal, bears no relation to the truth… They better get their act together, and FAST!”
One thing I think we all should agree on, and I’m talking the whole world here, should this be just another one of Trump’s spoken too soon moments (saying a deal is made when it wasn’t) we should all bombard every Congress person email 24/7 requesting that Trump be impeached because he’s not fit to be a leader of a nation.
Who am I kiding they probably wouldn’t listen anyways.
This Trump nonsense has moved me to leave a song, which is interesting timing (in my mind) since the song was officially released today:
https://youtu.be/yjWtkQSF8dA
He will get some moron psychofant like Hegseth to sign the deal and distance himself from it and then fire him.
He doesn’t have the cards! When you start buying drones from Ukraine and matching Iran drone for drone you start having cards!
Patriot missile shortage has created ‘window of vulnerability’ Russia is exploiting in Ukraine
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2026/jun/02/patriot-missile-shortage-window-vulnerability-russia-exploiting-ukraine
Not really, the Patriot is old and not every effective. Even if Ukraine had lots of them, ptthey would not stop much. They have never had a succesful intercept of any Russian hypersonic missile, nor an Iskander-M ballistic missile, and never will even get near an Oreshnik or ICBM. The Patriot is good for shooting down older fighters and slow-moving missiles, and far too expensive to use against of swarms of low-cost drones like Gerans or Shehads.
The Patriot is good for making profits for the manufacturer, at $6.2 M+ each now.
Even if there is a tentative deal, Mr. Natanyahoo is yet to be heard from.
Bibi has the veto power, any time. Trump has no nerve to cut off Bibi, because then something of his will be cut off, domestically.
Monday will come
Nothing will change
Wash, rinse, repeat
I believe Iran, because those have been their conditions since February, whereas the Usonian conditions have shifted from unconditional to pretty-please.
So by “Usonion” you mean to exclude Canada and Mexico from culpability? You need a better term. Virtually no non-Zionist Americans had any say in Trump’s stupid war. Nor any say on stopping it now. How a corrupt oligarchy works.
someone, presumably with US citizenship voted for him…I think?
How hard is it for the Mockingbird media and officialdom to manipulate the sheep? They voted after all for the “Peace candidate.” Same as when they voted for the murderous Obama the Peace candidate. And “kinder, gentler foreign policy” Bush II.
If I vote for someone who then does the exact opposite of what he promised to do, do you regard that as giving me some say?
Please name any politican who acttually did what they promised.
You have no say anyway. You are expected to pay your taxes, bail out oligarchs, and shut up.
You are essentially right, at least at this point in the progression of the cancer that rules us.
In the somewhat distant pass, you might say we had a tiny bit more claim to being a functional republic: The Gingrich Congress kept most of the “Contract with America.” And Reagan kept 2 of his 3 main promises: Cut taxes, strengthen the military, and cut spending…didn’t even make an effort on that last one.
Trump is not sane.
How many times will markets fall for this kayfabe?
Busy making Musk a Trillionaire.
Displaced religious impulses, for the white supremacist techno-worshiping messiah. Ultimately craving a daddy to save them: same Freudian-tinged psycho-hallucinations as the Trump phenomenon.
Abuse accommodation syndrome. No cognitive or institutional vitality left. Oh yeah, the left, but what will they do with the borders, the debt, the other things they have deficient answers to?
I’m waiting for Operation Blatant Hypocrisy to commence.
It’s been going on since 2016.
“Very dishonorable people to deal with. With them, there is no such thing as dealing in good faith.”
Says the guy who launched a surprise attack on February 28 in the midst of negotiations that were in fact a mere ruse.
excellent point
The US government has never acted honourably where Iran was in question for nearly 250 years.
If only the problem were limited to Iran.
“Sure, you can trust the US Government. Just ask an Indian!“
They’re trolling him to get him to stroke out.
Hopefully they succeed. 86/47
Trump complaining that the other side does not negotiate in good faith is objectively hilarious!
Tick-Tock
Confabulating guy all fired up to watch sweaty oiled-up guys wrestling this weekend.
Can’t think of anything else.
Tick-Tock
Economy be damed
The previous Iran Nuclear Deal was negotiated over the course of years and included what at the time were most of the G8 nations, including Russia at the end. The public was not subject to constant gaslighting about the negotiations by each side. The negotiations took place behind closed doors and it was not until a deal had been formally reached that the public was provided the framework of the deal. This is the way treaty negotiations should take place. What Trump has done with is insane use of social media to manipulate and gaslight both the public and his counter-parties is worthless and counter productive.
It’s not worthless trump his family and “friends” are making huge money manipulating the stock and oil markets.
It’s past time to 86 Trump and all oligarchs. Only the American public can save America but as long as they keep us divided by stupid minor issues we will fail.
How is it in a “democracy” the top less than 1% control the 99.xx%? While in China a “communist” country the people prosper faster than any other country in the world? Think about it. We are living in the 20th century China is living in the 21st and quickly heading into an exciting, prosperous future.
There may be several reasons for this undeniable truth but I think the major reason is the capitalism that has developed in the US today has completely failed the average citizen.
Regarding your capitalism comment, I agree that their are aspects of the Reagan Revolution deregulated U.S. capitalism that has indeed made it harder for the average citizen. On the other hand the highly regulated environment that existed in the 1970s had swung to far the other way. What many “average” Americans do not understand is that capitalism most rewards those who participate in that capitalism either directly or indirectly. If a person does not participate as an entrepreneur or at least a shareholder, than yes, that person will not benefit from capitalism. I will argue that with the advent of technology platforms that enable virtually anyone to become self employed, either full-time or part-time make it easier to participate in our capitalism than at anytime in the past.
I can’t imagine the level of cognitive dissonance going on in the minds of his MAGA worshippers.
Don’t worry Jojo the clapping seal will be here shortly to explain how that helicopter just did that and all is well.
They’re too stupid to understand any of this. They’ll be fine.
Reminds me of a client I had once. I restrained myself from making this argument to the court: “The opposition says my client is a satanist. Believe me, your Honor, he’s too stupid to be a satanist!”
They think that it is like “Everything, Everywhere, All at Once”, multi-dimensional chess. Now if only Trump would land on the “Auditor of the Month” Trophy.
There is so much randomness in Trump, it will take years to disentangle it all. There is a reasonable application for AI and law enforcement.
Taco loves trophies. Why hasn’t he been awarded the world’s greatest liar of all time award?
He deserves that one. He might so far only be a runner-up for most consequential liar, but maybe one day soon he will be a top contender.
