The stated goalpost has shifted again.
Rubio Sets the Goal
“The United States of America hold all the cards. … Our preference is to get the strait back to the way it was, anyone can use it, no mines in the water. That’s what we have to get back to, and that’s the goal.”
Shifting Goals
Victory is now defined as starting a war to get back to where things were before we started the war.
Is that brilliant or what?
The Strait Is Open
I am pleased to report the Strait Is Open.
Amusingly, our new goal is to open the strait that is already open.
Marco Rubio
Marco Rubio: “For years to come, there are many people on the right…that are going to be having to explain and justify how they fell into this trap of supporting Donald Trump because this is not going to end well.” (2016)
Ron Paul Understands

Addendum II
Trump says the strait is open, but he doesn’t want to talk about it.
Mr. President, please tell Marco Rubio, your Secretary of State, because Rubio says the goal is to open the strait.

Bombs. More bombs. Bomb, bomb Iran.
Guys, they’re BOTH right: it’s Schrödinger’s Strait now. It is open and closed, at the same time!
Trump should be impeached for this idiocy.
The War on Viet Name. On Drugs. On Iraq. On Syria. On Libya. Venezuela. Cuba. Iran.
THEN US! We, the People of These United States are next.
We’ve been on the menu for some time now
with the difference that the US already has a Rothschild & Co. controlled central bank. Whereas North Korea, Cuba and … Iran don’t; the last ones left in your list.
So this is not going to end until Iran is toppled also, no matter what the cost.
Where did you get that from? That story about the Rothschilds controlling America’s central bank has been around, without any evidence, and in contradiction of accepted history, for an awfully long time.
Just how long can everybody keep putting up with this clown show, stringing the entire globe along with gibberish and incoherent bull, and everybody commenting and parsing it ??
2.5 more years? 🤣
Until the governments of the world grow the balls to end it.
Yhe governments of the world ar enot going to challenge the USA. Better that they should align and go after Iran, which is the major cause of problem sin the Middle East.
Probably better to focus on Israel
For those not paying attention!
More proof that you are a dumb fuck. You believe shit like this. I bet you believed Trump every time he said that Iran “just called” and is “begging” for a deal.
You are a stealing representation of Boobus Americanus. 💩💩💩
I bring your stubborn ass to water but you refuse to drink!
Papa Dave is right – you are a moronic clown – proof can be found in your moronic, clownish posts.
Regardless of what USA “goal” is for Iran War, the expected outcome is now a high probability of regime-change in USA. If the USA had a parliamentary system like the UK, Canada or Australia, Donald Trump would be out, having lost a no-confidence vote. The whole sad mess is almost like an ancient-world fable: “Attack Persia, and you will destroy a great empire”, said the Delphi Oracle. Except the King of Lydia discovered eventually, that it was his own empire that was destroyed. Donald is taking down America’s reputation. This is perhaps how national self-destruction begins. Much of what America said it stood for, is now shown to be false. USA projects its great power only on weak nations which do not have nuclear weapons. It’s powerful military looks now like a bandit-army. And it’s domestic, internal politics appears to be xenophobic cruelty and legalised murder by out-of-control ICE death-squads. How can this even be possible, given the USA Constitution? America is already half-the-way to it’s own social and moral destruction. What comes next? Reporters for Time and the New York Times being arrested by toadmen looking to curry favour with the Thug Emperor so Chief Toad-Boy can get a catbird-seat in the Spyhouse. I keep seeing stuff I would not have expected right-thinking Americans would stand for. Your House is cracking, guys. It’s all further along than you realize. Those of us who love the Old America, hope you can repair the damage before it’s too late.
USA the Israel-controlled military arm of the City of London Banksters, taking on that role from the UK after the downfall of their empire. Game going on for centuries. War and revolution deaths probably a hundred million souls. They couldn’t care less – war is great business.
Well at least one War monger is dead. Lindsay Graham. The only problem now is that we will have to listen to all the crap about what a great man he was. After Dumb dumb Donald and Nutandyahoo he is most responsible for the Iran mess. What a great legacy.
O please.
Forget the pious bullshit. Everyone knows that the goal, the real goal, ever always only was to turn Iran into a failed state and thus please Israel.
Pure spite. Nothing more.
The war has had the opposite effect. It’s turned Iran into one of the most important countries in the world, with the ability to control the strait of Hormuz, a vital global economic chokepoint.
Ironic.
Israel and its American catamite are jot done yet, unfortunately.
The US and Israel are already in a deep hole. And they keep digging deeper.
Remember, destruction is what they’re after. All they need to do is wreck things and kill people.
And what has that got them so far? The US and Israel are both worse off.
Typical Keystone Cabinet shenanigans.
Hormuz on ‘severe’ alert as insurance costs soar and tanker traffic dries up

The straight is actually closed
Lindsey Graham — rest in piss
Found on internet:
“Richard Nixon, scum of the earth
Buried with honours in the land of his birth.
Isn’t it time that somebody said
That it’s not always wrong to speak ill of the dead.”
Lindsey Graham can easily be snowcloned in place of Nixon.
Nice one, FF
It’s what they call 5D thinking but it’s misunderstood. MAGA thinks in 5 dimensions of dumb. Normal humans have up to 3 dimensions of dumb but MAGA takes it to 2 higher level of dumbness. The proof is all around you with stupid things like starting a war to get back to the point before we started the war. Only truly exceptional 5D stupid people think this way.
And if you’re holding all the cards then there wouldn’t be any need for war at all.
The good news, like Lindsey Graham, is these people are dropping like flies and we won’t have to deal with them much longer.
Do worry, Trump, Walrus and the GOP will find a way to make things even worse.™
This is simple. The strait is open and closed. And you won’t know which, until you open it. Lol
I wonder if insurance for that passage is available at any price…
Quantum science!
will the ships get waved through or blown into particles
Given the opportunity I would punch him in the dick.
Kash Patel’s FBI will probably be at your door in the next few minutes…
Just don’t go for the balls. It’s obvious he has none. Lol
You ain’t punching nothing but FUPA without some careful rearranging.
You could get together with Platner and conduct a rape!
Another trying to undo obama only to hope to get back to what obama did and rebrand the name.
LG was old but sudden illness after a trip to Ukraine throws up some red flags. First thought is Israel.
Iran is gonna keep this up till midterms.
Lots of misery coming. Higher energy prices as gas stays high to fill sr s. Foods gonna get hit by energy and fertilizer. Leads to unstable governments disease and war.
Trumps name and republican party is gonna have a big stain on the name.
He was Israel’s war buddy. Why would they do that?
First thought was squeal about esptien files or something. His usefulness is over etc.
who knows. Im not a conspiracy theory person. At the same time history is full of people moving in the background to shape things.
I also understand he was old and under enormous stress. With his failed war and such.
Not much media on him / trumps assignations/ mitch etc.
3 months in, I’m sure most Americans now think Iran started this mess. There’s no fixin’ stupid.
Trump has nothing left, the jig is up. Iran says the Strait of Hormuz is closed. Trump insists over and over again that the Strait is open and that Iran does not control it, even as ships that try to cross it without Iran’s permission get fired upon. Trump threatens again, Iran must say publicly that the strait is open or face tremendous consequences. Iran raises its middle finger and fires on another ship trying to cross the Strait. Trump keeps bombing Iran, it is the only thing he can do. Iran sees and smells Trump’s fear, frustration, and desperation and are emboldened.
Trump insists he is protecting the Gulf countries, all of which are totalitarian dictatorships, from Iran, which is much closer to a Democracy. The one thing they all desperately need is to re-open the strait so they can sell their oil. But he can’t protect the Gulf countries that host American military bases, and Iran openly mocks his threats. When he suggested he might take Iran’s Kharg Island, Iran essentially said “Come and get it, not one of your invading troops will ever go home alive.”
Now Rubio, in a rare bit of candor, states that the US goal now is to re-open the strait that was shut as a direct result of the unprovoked attack by the US on Iran. Re-opening the same strait that Trump and CentCom insist is open.
Trump will say and do anything to calm the markets and prevent a global depression from occurring (he admitted to the world after signing the MoU that his biggest fear was becoming Herbert Hoover), but no one buys his bullshit anymore. There are no talks, there will be no more agreements—what is the point of agreeing with Trump when his word means nothing and he refuses to honor the agreement?! His administration is undoubtedly manipulating the oil markets, but that will not be enough to prevent a worldwide economic collapse. What will Trump do to keep the world stock markets from dropping big on Monday morning? He keeps looking at the same menu of options. Insist Iran is BEGGING for a deal? Tell the world serious talks with Iran are about to happen? Say he will bomb Iran into submission? Say Iran is making concessions so he will hold off from bombing? Tell the world the Strait is open and ships are getting through with oil? He has tried it all and few who have been paying attention still believe any of it. Trump’s options are the same as when he started the war: Invade with troops or leave the region. He may not like the choices on the menu, but eventually he will have to make a decision.
The only thing more humiliating for Trump than packing up and leaving, is trying to invade and watch US troops get slaughtered. He is right back where he was a month ago.
He doesn’t personally care if a bunch of soldiers get killed, if they get killed they are a bunch of losers anyway. What he does care about is what it will do to his political future
Not to mention The Files.
Anyway, i said from the outset that it did not matter what the terms of the MoU were. Trump never was going to abide by them, but use the pause to get as much oil out as possible, load up, and take another swing.
When dealing with the West, force is the only language they understand, the lead pipe to the face, over and over again.
At some point he must realize that he has no political future….only shitty remembrance after he dies.
Wonder if there will be any of your friends and family that get “slaughtered”?
Hell no! I didn’t raise my children to die for Israel. We’re Americans.
Actually he doesn’t personally care. They’re just fools and losers according to his past statements.
He might have been told that the Vietnam protests might look like a church social compared to the US popular reaction if we start losing thousands of troops in Iran.
Iran will only be safe when they have nuclear weapons that will reach Israel in numbers or type that they can be sure will be effective. They can’t trust any deal made with trump or bibi. Even with trump and bibi gone they could not trust the US or Israel as new leaders may be as bad.
I wonder if Lindsay Graham’s absence will affect Trump’s latter-years “military-industrial spends and global interventions” hobbies. But there’s always Marco and Pete for that.
Graham was a lifelong bully of the neocon fantasy that every geopolitical problem can be solved by another war, another bombing campaign, or another regime change adventure.
May all his victims rest in peace.
I’m sure Nikki Haley will be going after his Senate seat with AIPAC’s full support
Let’s hope so!
Well at least she is an actual woman, maybe.
Will the wonderful super intelligent voters of SC just elect another POS like Ms. Graham?
American goal Now –Is to get things back to how it was it was —Before the War?
The American and Israel Governments— started the 2026 War against Iran— which has managed to kill 3,500 Irainians and seriously injure 26,000 civilians with about 400 of the dead being School Children. So America now decides to Ignore the Death and Destruction and everyone should now play Nice. Will Irainians think that maybe this is yet another sick Joke— from a dishonest America?
We can certainly afford to throw away massive resources, and sustain greater inflation, for the sake of a terribly conceived and executed, ever-muddy plan, and set of goals, and a laughable Swiss-cheese MOU document. It’s not like we are sinking into troubles with sovereign debt, or serious geopolitical rivalries, or anything. Let’s spiral on!
Bonus points: we can disenfranchise enough voters so there will be no accountability for this. SCOTUS has our back! And the backfield is in perennial scrambling motion, with Bibi always poised.
You don’t understand the big picture. Your commenting license here is now revoked. Go away.
The real goal is for the world to be tossed in to complete chaos and for billions of people to die. After all, Everyone who survived the black plague found themselves much wealthier for example. Got to get on the good foot! I’m mostly joking but maybe it will be called the Orange plague this time?
My God, none of this makes any sense. We negotiated a memorandum of understanding to end this conflict, then immediately upon it’s signing, start abrogating every term of it. We agreed Iran would have control of the straight, then found a slightly different route and demanded Iran give up control. We agreed to pressure Israel go get out of Lebanon, then sign a contradictory agreement with their quisling government and Israel. We agreed to return some of the $billions we stole, then added conditions and then never paid.
Was this all just to get a few extra tankers through the Hormuz Straight? Did Trump TACO when it came to confronting Israel to accept the peace, or did they need to remind him of the incriminating sex tapes they got from Epstein? Is Trump so demented that he does not remember what he agreed to yesterday?
As it stands now, Iran has all the leverage blockading Gulf oil exports, and the ability to destroy all the oil export facilities of neighboring countries. They won’t hesitate to do so if Trump’s bloviating about totally destroying Iran even partially comes true. All just in time to destroy the world economy before the November elections.
Trump’s mental acuity seems to be diminishing rapidly, and he seems to be self-destructing, and intent on taking the US down with him. Its time to put an adult in charge.
My God can’t anyone read the actual MOU before commenting: “5. Upon the signing of this MoU, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels, with no charge for 60 days only, from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman, and vice versa. The traffic of commercial vessels will immediately start, and considering the need for removing the technical and military obstacles, and de-mining by the Islamic Republic of Iran, will be instated within 30 days. The Islamic Republic of Iran will conduct dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman, to define the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz, in discussions with other Persian Gulf Littoral States, in line with applicable international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz.”
Notice “,with no charge for 60 days only”. They didn’t even go a week before paying a fee was required. And if striking ships with missiles is their “best efforts” for safe passage then what would their worst effort be.
Notice further it doens’t say they would have complete control of the strait but they would have dialogue with Oman that holds sovereignty over a portion of the strait too.
I mean I get it, the hatred is deep in the blog comment section but read the MOU for an informed response.
I’m afraid that you don’t get it either Bill. The MOU is deliberately vague. Both sides massaged the wording so they could interpret it the way they wanted.
“ the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels, with no charge for 60 days only, from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman, and vice versa.”
Iran believes this gives them total control and means that all vessels should work with them to transit through the northern routes they control.
Meanwhile, the US is encouraging vessels to transit through the Oman route under US military assistance. The US also keeps stating that the US “controls” the strait. This goes against the MOU. So Iran fires some missiles to discourage it.
Pretty simple. Sorry you don’t understand it.
A secondary issue is military. Iran fires a few inexpensive missiles and drones at ships in the Oman channel. The US military is spending a fortune to try to protect these ships and still cannot prevent Iran from striking these ships. Then when a ship gets hit, the military expends a crapload of expensive munitions, repeatedly striking 140 Iranian installations.
Iran then fires back with inexpensive ordinance and strikes US bases in the region.
The strategy is clear. Iran is forcing the US to run down its stockpile of weapons.
There are numerous articles on the problem for the US military. Here’s one.
https://www.aei.org/articles/running-on-empty-americas-depleted-weapons-stocks-in-the-iran-war-are-a-strategic-red-flag/
WTF? Two people on this thread referencing articles from way back in March. If an article is older than a week, it is likely no longer pertinent. Wake up gramps!
Weapons factories have been working triple shifts 7 days a week to restore weapon stocks. Of course, I have no info on how successful they have been but honest people would have to assume that they have made significant game sin refilling our inventory.
Lol! Fuck, you are stupid.
Show me your source that proves: “Weapons factories have been working triple shifts 7 days a week to restore weapon stocks.”
Tell me now. Which factories? Which munitions? Where’s your proof?
And then show me how much they are producing.
You won’t provide links or proof because it’s all in your head. You just make shit up.
It doesn’t matter if the article I quote is 2 weeks old or 3 months old, when it will take years to restock munitions.
It will take 3 YEARS of production to restock the TLAM, TLAD, and PATRIOT systems and munitions that we burned through in the first 39 days of the war. Two years or more to replace the SM3 and SM6 missiles we used in 39 days.
And of course, we have burned through a lot more in the 4 months after the first 39 days.
There are lots of articles to choose from. Here’s one from May 29.
https://www.csis.org/analysis/rebuilding-us-missile-inventory-multiyear-project
Let me help you with some real data. Not your made up shit.
Do you know that we have already used up 250 of our 400 SM3 missiles in Iran? Before the war we produced 2 per month. We now have joined forces with Japan to increase production between the two countries to 8 per month. 250/8 =31.25 months to restore stockpiles, IF we stop firing them. And Iran keep suckering us into firing more of them. The cost of an SM3 varies from $10 million to $40 million depending on the configuration. They are being used to shoot down Iranian ballistic missiles that cost between $250k and $4 million.
You are such a dumb fuck.
Use the “Hide” button, eliminates much stress. I’m surprised that you haven’t figured out that Jojo is there to goad you.
Good idea. Bye Jojo
I feel so sad for any children you have since stupidity is heredity. 😛
I hope this helps you to understand stupidity, and what it is, how it works, who can be, etc.
Understanding Stupidity:
Stupidity is a universal trait that can manifest in anyone, regardless of their intelligence or social status. It is not confined to a specific individual or group.
Key Points:
Universal Trait: Stupidity can appear in people from all walks of life, including those in high positions or with advanced education.
Independence from Characteristics: According to Carlo Cipolla’s second law, being stupid is independent of other characteristics such as education, intelligence, or social status. This means that even highly educated individuals can exhibit stupid behavior.
Implications:
Widespread Nature: The prevalence of stupidity suggests that it is a common human experience, rather than a flaw unique to certain individuals.
Potential for Harm: Stupid actions can lead to negative consequences for both the individual and those around them, highlighting the importance of recognizing and addressing such behavior.
In summary, stupidity is not unique to oneself; it is a shared human characteristic that can affect anyone.
I think I know which book you’ve been reading. The problem is that while some action or statement may look stupid in retrospect, it may not have been nearly as clear in advance. I wouldn’t take too much notice of that sort of popular psychology. You can say that some people make more mistakes, or worse mistakes, than others do.
Are you defending gramps stupidity?
The Russians and Ukrainians seem to be making or buying weapons fast enough to keep shooting at each other.
When your strongest point is to tell the other fellow how stupid he is, you want to remember an old expression that goes something like this: “When you point at someone, you have four fingers pointing back at yourself.”
Bill, I believe that your are incorrect that Iran has been charging fees. my understanding is that they were planning to implement such fees after 6o days in accordance with the MOU. The MOU also names Iran, and no other country, as making arraignments for passage. Only Oman to be consulted. The US is not mentioned.
Iran is in compliance with the MOU. The US is not.
Take it to the world court. They will get back with an answer in a year or two!
Meanwhile, might makes right and the USA has the might.
Lol! Dumb fuck.
“Might makes right”
5 months into the war and the US is getting desperate to find a way out of it without looking like a complete loser.
The lofty goals of friendly regime change, no ballistic missile program, no nuclear program, taking their enriched uranium, no funding of proxies, taking control of their oil, etc. have been replaced with: “open the fucking strait”. Please.
Lol!
You keep repeating the same nonsense. So sad…
The day it was written Israel violated it in Lebanon.
The MoU was nothing more than a stall tactic. China was foolish to pressure Iran into complying.
The Americans cannot be trusted. Only a fool would do so.
Addendum
X is back in a state where links to it sometimes fail. Seems to be corrected now.
First Scenario: The goal was to stop a Nuclear Threat from occurring. We sent very deep penetrating bombs into the area that this was active in. It was then announced that we were successful in our stated goal, and the threat is now gone.
Second Scenario: We just realized they still have Dust, and that must be turned over. Give us the dust or we start a war in essence, was the objective and consequence we believed anyway.
Third Scenario: Iran said FU, Closed the Strait and the rest is History in slow motion being made. Just like the Iranians desired, expected, and were ready for. They never wavered like we have over, and over, and…
Fourth Scenario: Let’s put everything we can back together, and pretend this never happened… Charge for the Strait, and be the Leaders you have become.
That’s it!!
I don’t think I get it. The first scenario played out. What we have now is the picking-up-the-pieces-after-the-battle bit. It turned out that the Persian public did not, like the Venezuelan public, accept the imposition of American order, so Trump has abandoned that objective.
“The goal of war is war”- some Brit in 1948
“Victory is now defined as starting a war to get back to where things were before we started the war.
Is that brilliant or what?”
Why not? We spent two decades and trillions of dollars in Afghanistan to replace the Taliban with the Taliban. It’s the way our chess-master leadership manages their affairs of state. It seems not to matter which party is in charge.
The U.S. left behind approximately 1 million weapons and pieces of military equipment in Afghanistan. This includes firearms, vehicles, and other military gear that fell into the hands of the Taliban and other groups.
So we have evolved into not leaving Weapon’s, Vehicles, and Military Gear all over the place, for Iran to use against us. Maybe we are learning, but also in slow motion…
While Trump may make mistakes, he isn’t like Biden, who apparently had no control of anything, or like Johnson, who apparently just wanted to make money for the suppliers of weapons for the Viet Nam War.
As I recall it, not everything Reagan did went completely to plan, and in his day the leftists talked about him much as they do about Trump. He was still a big success.
I’ve just finished saying it on one of the old posts, where I don’t suppose anyone will read it, so I’ll say it again: America is an empire. An empire has to have enemies and fight them, or it gets soft and dies. Trump can’t change that: he can’t change the nature of America. No doubt his Jewish friends encouraged him to get involved in this fight, but so no doubt did the arms manufacturers. That doesn’t mean he won’t correct his mistakes and limit the damage, which is more than Biden or Johnson did. Nixon had to correct Johnson’s mistake in Viet Nam.
Yes. Trump made a mistake of epic proportions when he attacked Iran. A mistake that he has continued into a fifth month now with no end in sight. The original goals of the war seem abandoned now. The new goal is to reopen the strait and get Iran to cede control of it. Which isn’t going to happen either.
The original goals? Please enlighten us and provide the source. Methinks you imply Trump is/was of sound mind.
https://www.npr.org/2026/04/08/nx-s1-5771492/iran-war-goals-unmet-ceasefire-strait-hormuz-trump

https://www.wsj.com/world/middle-east/trumps-deal-sidesteps-key-reasons-he-went-to-war-with-iran-6820b1b4
Despite the MOU ceding authority over the Strait to Iran, America came up with this plan to send some ships along the Omani coastline. They figured either Iran will let them pass – thereby losing control and authority over the Strait – or Iran would attack and provide an excuse to restart attacking Iran. Yet annother example of how the US is agreement-incapable. I think Rubio was behind this scheme, since he thinks he’s super clever. Just being a lying weasel doesn’t make you clever.
My favorite part was prior, where the US was forced to close the Strait because they couldn’t bear having Iran control who went through or who got attacked.
So Iran basically forced the US, who wanted the Strait open, to close the Strait.
Kinda brilliant!
What a clown show this has become. At this point Trump should quietly walk away from the war then simply deny it ever happened like he does with everything else.
And walk away from the presidency while denying it never happened.
Ask Israel if that’s the goal. It is not. So he is lying. The goal is to have Iran destroyed completely. I wonder if Iran closing the straight wasn’t part of the game plan to give them an excuse to keep bombing.
I also wonder if we’ve turned the corner where there won’t be a ceasefire announcement being this is Sunday?
It doesn’t matter what Iran did or did not do. The war was going to be restarted as soon as convenient.
On principle I agree with Ron Paul, we should pack and leave. Then again New York Times… “Saudi Leader Is Said to Push Trump to Continue Iran War in Recent Calls“https://www.nytimes.com/2026/03/24/us/politics/saudi-prince-iran-trump.html
and “Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sees a “historic opportunity” to remake the region“.
Lots of different interests in the area.
And none of them involve the citizens of the USA.
Europeans are worried because, they say, Iran now has missiles that can reach major European cities.
They should be more afraid of Israeli missiles
And I thought it was the Russian threat.
Don’t be silly. There are real people getting killed. I note that, just as in the Ukraine, Aryans are killing Aryans, while Semites mostly supervise.
The europeans simply want the United States to focus on The War On Russia and not get sidetracked in Iran.
The brain dead Europeans think a country which can’t quash Ukraine after 4 years of trying is a real threat to them. The MIC gravy train rolls on and the poor saps who get taken can’t even see it. You can fool all of the people all of the time.
Exactly!
Good thing our ally Mohamed Bone Saw is giving up any pretense of tempering his antipathy toward Iran. Iran should feel free to destroy the Saudi east-west pipeline as well as their port facility on the Red Sea.
Absolutely right. Of course, Israel would love this to happen; it could focus its killing and torture on Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon for the moment.
I think Israel would like to see desalination plants throughout the Arabian Peninsula destroyed. That would cause a humanitarian crisis with millions either dying or fleeing – hopefully to Europe. Israel would love a depopulated Arabian peninsula. Just hindering Saudi oil exports wouldn’t help Israel. In fact, they even get a little oil from Saudi.
Keep in mind that article is from March.
This may or may not currently be accurate. The article you share is from March 26, 2026, almost 4 months ago.
In other words, little, if anything, has changed. Taco continues to be played like a fiddle.
Well, we are poorer, and deeper in debt and inflation. There is that.
Why should anyone important care about the peons or the national debt?
Do they realise how stupid this “holding all the cards” stuff sounds. It simply sounds like they are parroting some real estate dealer.
Rubio and Vance both must know this – so are they doing it as a kind of “the bully made me say it” type statement. It sounds truly horrendous – poor things.
If the USA “holds all the cards”, how is it possible that Iran can stop traffic through the Strait whenever they want? Poor L’il Marco tied his political career to Donald Trump when he knew better. It’s painful to watch.
The cards the US hold are the 2-7, Iran holds A K Q J 10 all the same suit.
I think it may be Israel that holds the high cards.
Let’s just pack our bags and leave the Middle East entirely and declare victory.
Bring our troops home.
That should have happened in 2003.
1994
1955
Not so easy. There was no victory. The loser US have to pay for the lives and destruction with reparations.
