The Epitome of Rioting Irony and Ignorance in One Tweet

My how things change when it is your gated community that is being burnt down.

Palmer deleted his Tweet but here is his “Burn that s**t down. Burn it all down.” Tweet Archive.

Comments Pour In

A lot of people have been affected and lives lost, but we need to all remember… Chris Palmer can’t get his Starbucks today.

Amazing Irony

Palmer incites looters to burn things down just as long as they stay away from his gated community.

But they didn’t.

And that is what happens when you openly encourage violence against others.

I suspect the career of Chris Martin Palmer is now over.

If it’s not, it should be.

Why is this man not being publicly hounded onto the unemployment line? ESPN is always quick to announce their reporters being fed to the sharks before this…why are we not seeing the Unpersonning of Chris Martin Palmer?

OK, so i’m English and might be getting this wrong…

…first off, shoot a few Antifa, if you don’t they’ll come back, and back, and back. You really need to shoot some of them. Their resolve will weaken when they see their fellow antifa fall.

Black guys have guns, why don’t they go and shoot some cops? Cops will become less inclined to shoot or kill black guys if when they do, they get shot or killed themselves.

Reply to @Valiance7 Trump keeps referring to “lots of people are saying” or “the border guards are saying” but he can never produce these fictional people. He has done this over and over and over again. You can’t just believe that because he’s saying it – he’s a proven serial liar. I live outside of the US so I’m on the outside looking in. I read/watch the news wires, other point of view publications such as Al Jazeera & BBC & Canadian news, believe about 20% of what I read, yet still it’s obvious that Trump is all about Trump and nobody else. He has zero empathy or compassion and almost no understanding about anything he talks about. He brags about taking no wage during his presidency, yet lines his pockets with his hotels and golf courses being used by pretty much everyone who wants to win his favour. If you want something from Trump, there’s two simple methods you can employ: compliment him and give him money… regardless of the morals or ethics of such things. He’s destroyed all oversight of his actions and comments because they wouldn’t stand the test of integrity checks. He has no respect for the very political structure of the United States that exists to keep the country safe from an authoritarian take-over. He’s scary to most of the world.

Just remember that the murder took place in a city run by Democrats for decades in a state run by Democrats for decades. Champions of minority rights, my ass. As Martin Luther King Jr. said on TV last night, the cops that eventually kill somebody have long histories of complaints against them. 18, 19 complaints and their bosses cover for them. These leftie assholes just buy support with the promise of free shit and “social justice” while allowing their own cops to kill and maim. See if that observation shows up on the main steam media.

@[Mr. Purple] Bullshit! These police chiefs are hired by the mayor and city council. Don’t make excuses. The rot is at the top. They work at the pleasure of the elected officials. Put the blame where it belongs. Time to rip off the veneer. These guys couldn’t give a flying fart about it.

Fortunately the MAGA brigade is bringing calmness and much needed leadership to the situation via threats of strafing crowds with machine gun fire on Twitter.

“These leftie assholes . . .” Quite the broad brush statement based no doubt on excellent information and insights and no preconceived notions, right? If you’re talking about MN we definitely do have some liberal goofs here but usually they are tempered by our stoic, Nordic calm. On the other hand, every time our asshole conservatives come into power – every few years they sneak in, usually by voter suppression or creating bogeymen – they get about two terms and are thrown out because their 3 cornered hats slip down over their eyes and they try remake the state into one of the conservative paradises like Alabama or Texas or Mississippi. Hoo ray, low taxes and live like shit – out they go! We may be liberal but we aren’t stupid. Our liberal hell hole of a state has 2nd highest overall quality of life, 3rd highest healthcare rating, 11th highest number of people with 4yr degrees and 13th highest income. Oddly – or not – we trail NO so called conservative states in any of those categories and pretty much ever other category that any cogent human would consider desireable.

There is one thing we – and most other blue states – trail nearly all red states in and that’s how much more we pay in federal taxes than we get back. Don’t worry though, WildBS, we won’t expect the red states to pay us back.

Keep up the excellent commentary though.

I’m watching this from Oz, far from the action. It looks bad. But I take heart in knowing that TV always makes things look worse than they actually are on the ground. I hope that is the case here.

If you don’t take but one thing from watching the coverage of the riots, take this one: The police will not protect you, your family or your property. Their only concern is getting home alive. If you have ever watched a documentary from Africa and saw a pack of hyena’s attack a single lion, you now know how the lion feels. The only thing that saves that single lion from the pack is her lion pride if they come to the rescue. There are no police to maintain law and order on the plains of Africa, nor in the inner cities of this once-great nation. We are now reaping the whirlwind that the Democrats have sown for the past 60 years. May God Have Mercy On Us.

I love the delusion that Republicans have no role in the situation, given that party’s epidemic racism, homophobia, xenophobia and regional bigotry.

I was watching the 10pm local L.A. news last night and saw there were a few buildings in the Fairfax district on fire. Back in the early 1980’s i worked about 10 blocks west of CBS Television City, which is located on the corner of Beverly and Fairfax.

After the Rodney King verdict, i left work and drove down Hollywood Blvd. on my way home. One of the businesses i passed by was Fredrick’s of Hollywood. A few hours later it was set on fire. A 7/11 and an electronics store on Sunset Blvd., two blocks from where i worked at the time, were looted. At home, on live TV, i watched a man driving a BMW, go into that electronics store to participate in the looting.

So is refusal to wear a mask during pandemic because of … freedom.

That’s America though. The elites are crazy, and everyone else is insane.

Why wear a mask? They don’t work

They work exceptionally well, actually. Without a mask, a sick person can send virus particles up to 20 feet way. With a mask, the vast majority of particles are trapped at the source, and few travel over a foot or two. Additionally, if someone does happen to get sick, they get a very low initial dose, which usually results in a mild case.

If your mask picks up germs, from you or the surrounding air (droplets), unless you change it quite frequently you’re reinfecting yourself with every breath.

Also, if covid is spread via aerosols, which alot of researchers think is true, then a mask does no good at all.

So, the jury is out, at best.

79% reduction in infection from using masks in the home.
Remember, this is not about stopping you reinfecting yourself. It is not even about stopping you infecting others. It IS about reducing the number of times that this occurs so that the R stays below 1.

Not to knock your personal understanding of the R0 (you may well understand it better than i), but there are a lot of people who really don’t appreciate this finer point. It doesn’t matter if you, me and everybody we know drops dead, provided the R0 stays below 1, it’s a success.

well it’s definitely not an informed Jury. Check your sources people.

Wearing a mask is not about you; it’s about other people.
This is the OP’s whole point.

Prove the 20 feet. Just a random number, think about that, how could you possibly prove that. And no, a closed lab where all these tests are made does not count.
