Image from article yesterday: U.S. judge orders USPS to reinforce ‘extraordinary measures’ ballot delivery policy
Today U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered a search.
US District Judge Orders USPS to Search for Undelivered Ballots
Votes That Could Matter Part 1

Votes That Could Matter Part 2

Meanwhile, in North Carolina
Meanwhile, in Texas
This is far better than I expected, assuming that is the real extent of undelivered ballots.

Out of 90 million or so. Seems better than usual for the USPS.
I have mailed thousands of letters and packages with USPS, over a period of 40 years. They have never lost one, or even been late with it.
They once lost an $846K (Canadian) inheritance check and their response was to return the $32 shipping fee…..After 10 months of stalling the issuing bank finally issued a new check.
There have been other allegations even further back, but I can’t find anything right now. It happens sometimes though.
I’m cursed with a long memory.
This is UPS, not USPS. Cursed with a wrong memory.
🙂
The postal service screws up too, but you’e right. My bad. No humongous logistics organization is perfect. And Trump tried to use his power to subvert the USPS…that’s completely obvious. On more attempt to cheat..like his SAT’s, his taxes, his financial obligations and his relationships. He’s a serial cheater. Ask his ex-wives.
In this case with votes….the postal service is the best we got….and the ballots, with a few no doubt lost here and there….will arrive and be counted in the fullness of time. There is no chance of a large voter fraud. It’s pure bullshit.
I don’t believe in a vast conspiracy to deny Donald Trump his chance at four more years of grifting and driving the country into the ground. Sorry.
Dejoy has ignored the judge
Why can’t the US organize normal elections?
Where I live there isn’t even a term for “voter suppression”. They got rid of voting machines in 2004 or so to be rid of the doubts. You never have to wait for more than a couple of minutes to vote, and 80% of the population votes. There are no scandals. No controversies. The votes are counted and the next day everybody knows the results. No court cases. No votes by dead people. No lost votes. No problematical reconciliations.
How hard can it be?
Because the US is a 3rd world country with lots of money.
USPS is criminal and its high-level officials must be prosecuted.
Dude, nothing short of Nuremberg-style tribunals for anyone with 6 degrees of separation from this criminal regime will do.
Too bad it will never happen.
I’d say they’ll all be dead soon enough, but Henry Kissinger lingers.
Only the good die young.
Are those places where the sorting machines were disassembled?
