What Are the Odds California House District 45 Is Stolen?

CA-45 will come down to the wire, perhaps decided by 10 votes or less.

California House District 45 Image courtesy of the Washington Post, annotations and insets by Mish.

If these percentages hold, and anything remotely close to what’s happening in Pennsylvania are happen in California, guess what.

Admittedly, the setups are different so that comparison is gone. But there are other issues such as illegal immigrants voting.

I doubt illegal immigrant voting widespread. But it doesn’t have to be to steal the election.

If the winning margin is 6 or even 600, this question is going to come up.

Election Fraud by Democrats Must Stop

In Pennsylvania, there is admitted election fraud underway. The state supreme court had to step in, and did with feeble actions.

In Bucks County one of those counting votes openly stated “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country and people violate laws anytime they want. So for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want the court to pay attention to it.

For discussion, please see Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rules Election Fraud by Democrats Must Stop

Time to Prosecute

Regardless of how one feels about the 2020 election (and this one), the one and only way to stop this kind of purposeful fraud is to prosecute these cases to the fullest extent of the law.

The governor is missing in action. And where the heck is the outrage from Democrats?

“No one is above the law”. Yes, hypocrites, tell me about it.

For counting to take weeks to get the result, in a State controlled by cheating Drats, we know what is going to happen. They do this type of thing all the time. They cannot win an election fair and square by counting all of the votes the same day the election is held!

Dave Min should have lost his seat also, based on local polling, but California made sure he wouldn’t:

“Bonta and Weber also said it conflicted with a state law introduced by former state Sen. Dave Min of Irvine that banned local governments from requiring voter identification in elections.”

No election is 100% perfect (i.e. no glitch at all). That doesn’t mean that it is stolen. And even if there was a vote by an illegal immigrant, that doesn’t make it worse than an illegal vote by a citizen. There can and there probably will be errors that benefit both sides. That said, the county registrars should always follow the law 100%. If they can’t follow the law then they should be removed from office and prosecuted. Any votes that they feel might or should be counted but is not settled law should be put to the side and the matter decided by the courts where it is out in the open.

No one is calling the registrar of voters and asking him (or her) to find some votes as happened in Georgia the last general election.

Yeah, whenever there is that close of a count, especially in a Democrat state and a swing or battleground district, the Democrat seems to always end up winning.

That is because there is very relaxed standards as far as counting absentee or mail in ballots.

And that is why a Republican has to have a very good showing in a battleground state or district if they want to win, because there is enough going against them as far as illegal votes being counted, especially illegal mail in ballots.

Actually the standards are very high and that is why it takes a long time. Every voter receives a ballot by mail, every ballot is tracked with text messages when the ballot was mailed to the voter, when the ballot is received by the USPS (if USPS is used), when the ballot is received by the county, when the ballot is counted. If the ballot signature doesn’t match the county will call the voter to “cure” the ballot, sometimes by having the voter come to verify the signature. There can’t be more than one vote by the voter in the state. We had a difficult time getting our son registered since he didn’t have any utility bills in his name as proof of address (how homeless vote I do not know) and we had to fill out an affidavit.

It was once illegal for women and minorities to vote. Should we have followed the law then too ? And it was okay for women and minorities to be below the law ?

We did follow the law then. That’s why they had to change the law to let women and Blacks vote.

“It was once illegal…”. In Germany, it was always against the law to kill Jews and Gypsies, even in Nazi Germany. However, the Nazis just went ahead and did what they thought was right, regardless of what the law said.

Very high they are still counting.

As reported by Breitbart, Judge Timothy Michael Scouton was responsible for overseeing the election process in Badoura Township, a small town with a population of roughly 100 people.

Hubbard County Auditor Kay Rave filed a complaint after she determined that she could not find completed registration forms among the ballots she received from Scouton’s jurisdiction.

This complaint led to an investigation by the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office.
Eventually, another judge who worked with Scouton on election night came forward and told police that Scouton explicitly ordered voters to not fill out the Minnesota Voter Registration Application.
A third judge said that Scouton simply told new voters to sign the back of a book rather than fill out any official forms.

At least 11 people voted illegally as a result of Scouton’s actions.
He was arrested last week and faces two felony charges: One count of accepting the vote of an unregistered vote, and one count of neglect of duty by an election official.

That is just one of countless examples.

The Democrats have gotten so overconfident and emboldened that sometimes they will slip and expose themselves as far as sanctioning illegal voting.

Here in the UK we simply don’t get how on earth the US has gotten into this mess. In national elections most votes are counted within 8 hrs of close of voting; some constituencies race to count in 2 hours. All are counted by hand and x marks the spot. Some remote constltituencies may take 12 hours longer. We now have voter ID & there is heated debate about what should count as ID (in a country where car driving isbless common than the US), but apart from that it works well. Isn’t this what tge US used to do until recently?

Do you allow immigrants to vote ?

Nez

Maybe you have an itty bitty chip on your shoulder..
Are you an immigrant or the child of immigrant parents?
If so, then there is a reason you or your parents did not stay in the country of your birth.
If a shred of the integrity of this country’s structure is to survive, some basic rules must be adhered to.
If not, this country will no longer be a place that can give a chance for people from other countries to start a new and better life.
It will become the same as all the other countries that people are attempting to escape from.

Under the Constitution, the places, manner and times of elections are left up to the legislatures of the separate states. Florida doesn’t tolerate bullshit. California encourages it. The best hope for reform will probably have to be a federal law that says “any state that doesn’t adhere to the standards set forth in the Voting Reform Act of 2025 is forbidden from receiving (for example) federal highway funds”.

Its a smug cult mentality. They worship power and think they know better, let alone a lot is at stake such as continuing Joe Biden – Kamala Harris freebies and giveways like hundreds of billions of dollars in student loan forgiveness.

Its a by-any-means-necessary and an ends-justify-the-means mindset.

If you entered the country illegally, why wouldn’t you vote illegally?
Especially if you thought by voting illegally, you might have a higher chance of staying.

Or they can easily mail in an absentee ballot and avoid showing up in front of “the authorities” at the poll site.

No “government authority” especially in California is going to hunt them down, except perhaps to try to get them more social welfare assistance.

How do you vote illegally ? How do you think people get a ballot ? Do you think they are given out without verification? I’ve lived in California for 14 years in multiple counties and it is hard to get a ballot without ID. The ID system is connected to the federal government to verify identity as well.

Motor Voter laws, like here in MN. Dems passed laws that automatically register you to vote when you get a driver’s license. No questions asked about citizenship.

Desantis fired two people in Broward and Palm Beach County and now miraculously Florida’s elections results are smooth as silk. Since then, Florida has also gone from being a toss up state to ruby red.

Republicans tightened things up in 2024 and won. The next step is to get a national Voter ID law passed, and 80% of the country is for that. No one knows for sure what that would do but I suspect we would see something similar as to what happened in Florida.

Duh! Uncertainty arises because outcomes are not able to be quantified in terms of risk. With risk, outcome probabilities are known and can be insured away. This is the difference between risk and uncertainty. Uncertainty goes both ways, up and down btw, .After four awful years of Bidum and Salad Girl, it is obvious Trump will make changes. Good or bad is yet to be determined.

Now, why is uncertainty at its highest level? For starters, it might not be a bad thing to have a government that actually lives within its budget, not $2 trillion dollars over every year, or a corrupt FBI, or an incompetent military….Change is in the wind–actually, a hurricane. The US needs it to stay competitive

Where are the comments from the trusting sheep who vilified those who believed there was voter fraud in 2020?? That being said it casts doubt on election integrity and laws need to be passed nationally with severe legal consequencess if violated.

–Same day voting on a declared national holiday (The Aussies do this IIRC.)
–Paper ballots, hand-counted in public (and possibly streamed live)
–Voter ID required
–Absentee/mail-in ballots for certified exceptions (disabled etc)

Problem solved.

NB there were a string of Dems after GWB beat Kerry saying that “black box” electronic voting was vulnerable to fraud and hacking. Where are they now?

If we’re going to send Bob Casey back to the Senate and hold the line for our rights and freedoms, we need your immediate support to ensure that every Pennsylvanian’s voice is heard.

The only documented case of an attempt to steal an election was Trump/MAGA in 2020. Unfortunately, Trump will now get away with murder (at least until 2028).

Engage brain before typing.

Which party created RussiaGate? Which party concealed Hunter’s laptop? Which party conspired against its own candidates? It’s a long list, Albert. The takeaway? Democrats have a propensity to lie, cheat, and steal elections. Another example, handing the nomination to Harris without democratic process. The Party does not give a crap about you, just winning for themselves.

Assume for the sake of argument that Democrats cheated in 2020. Now, compare to 2024. Having already cheated, the elections in 2024 were closely supervised, so very difficult to cheat. If the Democrats were caught cheating in 2024 it would invalidate 2020. Harris loses 12 million votes. Trump gets about the same. It does not prove Democrats cheated in 2020, but it tends to support the hypothesis.
