Trump’s Late Night Delusional Rants on Tariffs, Powell, Iran, and the Media.

Trump implies the war he started was stupid.” Maybe we shouldn’t be there at all,” says Trump.

Trump’s Well-Stated Point

Shouldn’t Be There At All

“Really, I’m demanding that these countries come in and protect their own territory, because it is their territory … they should help us. You could make the case that maybe we shouldn’t be there at all, because we don’t need it. We have a lot of oil.”

Precisely!

No one asked for this stupid war except Netanyahu, Lindsey Graham, and his stupid son-in-law.

So yes, one can easily make the case that “maybe definitely we shouldn’t be there at all.”

The irony is Trump has no idea how stupid he sounds to everyone but the cult.

Master of Media Manipulations

Truth Social: Iran has long been known as a Master of Media Manipulation and Public Relations. They are Militarily ineffective and weak, but are really good at “feeding” the very appreciative Fake News Media false information. Now, A.I. has become another Disinformation weapon that Iran uses, quite well, considering they are being annihilated by the day. They showed phony “Kamikaze Boats,” shooting at various Ships at Sea, which looks wonderful, powerful, and vicious, but these Boats don’t exist — It’s all false information to show how “tough” their already defeated Military is! The five U.S. Refueling Planes that were supposedly struck down and badly damaged, according to The Wall Street Journal’s false reporting, and others, are all in service, with the exception of one, which will soon be flying the skies. Buildings and Ships that are shown to be on fire are not — It’s FAKE NEWS, generated by A.I. For instance, Iran, working in close coordination with the Fake News Media, shows our great USS Abraham Lincoln Aircraft Carrier, one of the largest and most prestigious Ships in the World, burning uncontrollably in the Ocean. Not only was it not burning, it was not even shot at — Iran knows better than to do that! The story was knowingly FAKE and, in a certain way, you can say that those Media Outlets that generated it should be brought up on Charges for TREASON for the dissemination of false information! The fact is, Iran is being decimated, and the only battles they “win” are those that they create through AI, and are distributed by Corrupt Media Outlets. The Radical Leftwing Press knows this full well, but continues to go forward with false stories and LIES. That’s why their Approval Rating is so low, and I can win a Presidential Election, IN A LANDSLIDE, getting only 5% positive Press — They have no credibility! I am so thrilled to see Brendan Carr, the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), looking at the licenses of some of these Corrupt and Highly Unpatriotic “News” Organizations. They get Billions of Dollars of FREE American Airwaves, and use it to perpetuate LIES, both in News and almost all of their Shows, including the Late Night Morons, who get gigantic Salaries for horrible Ratings, and never get, as I used to say in The Apprentice, “FIRED.” Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Trump Rants About Fox News Host

New Rant Regarding Powell

Truth Social: The Courts treat Republicans, and me, so unfairly, always seeming to protect those who should not be protected. They are highly politicized. Cases don’t matter, the Judge does! As an example, how is this absolutely terrible Federal Reserve Chairman, Jerome “Too Late” Powell, not even allowed to be investigated for the horrible job he does? How is he allowed to be Billions of Dollars over budget, and years behind schedule, on the simple renovation of the small Federal Reserve Complex in Washington, D.C., where he created an absolute disaster — A money pit, and embarrassment to our Country for the whole World to see! It is a little project that has been under construction for many years. The Contractor on the job, along with Powell, should also be heavily investigated, in that it is impossible for a “professional” to have such enormous Cost Overruns. It is THE HIGHEST PRICED BUILDING, PER SQUARE FOOT, OF ANY PROJECT EVER BUILT, with no end in sight, and may not even be open for many years to come. I strongly criticized Jerome “Too Late” for his horrible performance throughout his tenure, which is either gross incompetence, total dishonesty, or both, and, in return for this well justified criticism, get viciously and wrongfully blamed by, as usual, a Wacky, Nasty, Crooked, and totally Out of Control Judge, named James Boasberg, a man who suffers from the highest level of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), and has been “after” my people, and me, for years. The D.C. Circuit eagerly supported the arrest and persecution of innocent Republicans for no crimes at all, but is now preventing even a basic investigation into the gross financial mismanagement of the Federal Reserve. In case after case, Boasberg has displayed open, flagrant, and extreme partisan bias and contempt against Republicans and the Trump Administration. To preserve the integrity of the Judiciary, he should be removed from all cases pertaining to us, and suffer serious disciplinary action, as should numerous other Corrupt Judges that, unfortunately, our Country has had to endure! What Boasberg has done on the “Too Late” Powell case, and many others, has little to do with the Law, and everything to do with Politics. He is exactly what Judges should not be! Boasberg would do better to focus on Justice and Fairness, not his own, and the Democrats’, Political Agenda, which has become LEGENDARY! Much like “prosecutor” Deranged Jack Smith, and many others, Boasberg is a disgrace, as was his predecessor, to our Legal Process, and our Highly Politicized Court System, which was just witnessed firsthand by the unfortunate and unwarranted TARIFF decision, recently handed down by the United States Supreme Court, which was a GIFT to Countries and Companies who have been “ripping off the United States of America,” for decades, at levels never seen before.

New Rant on Tariffs and Rigged Elections

The decision that mattered most to me was TARIFFS! The Court knew where I stood, how badly I wanted this Victory for our Country, and instead decided to, potentially, give away Trillions of Dollars to Countries and Companies who have been taking advantage of the United States for decades. Our Supreme Court has made these Countries very happy but, as the Court pointed out, I have the absolute right to charge TARIFFS in another form, and have already started to do so. The Hundreds of Billions of Dollars that our Adversaries want our Country to pay back to others that have disrespected the U.S.A., until I came along, should be marked down, in the eyes of the Public, as just another reason why the United States had been in such major decline — But, not anymore, because we have MADE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN and, very soon, it will be GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE!

I want to thank Justices Alito, Thomas, and Kavanaugh for their Wisdom and Courage pertaining to the TARIFF case, and for understanding, in addition to the Law, that our “Unfriendly Competitors” should not be reimbursed and rewarded for the decades of Damage they have caused THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I will fight hard to make sure that this does not happen! The Democrats on the Court always “stick together,” no matter how strong a case is put before them — There is rarely even a minor “waver.” But Republicans do not do this. They openly disrespect the Presidents who nominate them to the highest position in the Land, a Justice of the United States Supreme Court, and go out of their way, with bad and wrongful rulings and intentions, to prove how “honest,” “independent,” and “legitimate” they are. The Democrat Justices just vote Democrat — They always stick together! Our Country was unnecessarily RANSACKED by the United States Supreme Court, which has become little more than a weaponized and unjust Political Organization. The sad thing is, they will only get worse! They wouldn’t even call out The Rigged Presidential Election of 2020, because they said that I, as President of the United States, did not have “standing” to challenge it, and now, with time, it has been conclusively proven to be stolen — And look what happened to our wonderful Nation by allowing a grossly incompetent man, Sleepy Joe Biden, to be our “President.” This completely inept and embarrassing Court was not what the Supreme Court of the United States was set up by our wonderful Founders to be. They are hurting our Country, and will continue to do so. All I can do, as President, is call them out for their bad behavior! This statement about the United States Supreme Court will cause me nothing but problems in the future, but I feel it is my obligation to speak the TRUTH. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP

This man turns everything he touches to crap. He’s a buffoon. Why we validate anything he says or does through debate is beyond me.

He cant manage a lemonade stand , never mind a country, military or arts facility

We should be discussing how to stop him from destroying the most wonderful country in the world. The majority of Americans are decent people who don’t believe in his nonsense. Its so sad

Trump is simply following the script that FOX News writers provide him.

If their script is consistent, we can expect a false flag attack on some “Emotionally Sensitive” American institution or landmark.

As sad as it is? This is a likely outcome.

There is also the likelihood of a real attack by triggered Middle Eastern immigrants. The madness is upon is. Thank goodness it is not the heat of summertime.

If you watch Bloomberg, CNBC or FOX you see nothing indicating military restraint or recognition of the grave responsibility for the tens or perhaps hundreds of thousands of deaths in Iran. They simply ignore the casualties. There is full support for breaking the Geneva convention and annihilation of Iran’s people.

Impeachment will happen very quickly after the next election occurs and the new congress critters are seated in January. However, he can’t be removed by impeachment unless 2/3 of the Senate convicts him. The 25th amendment is a much quicker process for removal. If Trump’s approval plunges to historic depths in the polls, it may happen as many Republicans scramble to distance themselves from him.

OK, Trump is a nut case– we all know that; but what is your excuse? Out of numerous wars, Israel asked for American military assistance only once- – last June’s bombing- – because Israel did not have the necessary weapon. But after that was done, Israel wanted to finish the job itself. That wasn’t done only because Trump pressured Israel not to. Rubio himself explained to the press, the reason why the United States joined Israel in this war was because the UNITED STATES didn’t want Israel to go it alone. You are too well read to have missed all of this. As I said: What is your excuse?

I think you’ll find that the state of Israel only exists because of support from the US since 1947. That has included massive military support and diplomatic cover for illegal settlers etc.

If the US had really cared about its ally it should have spend more of the last 70 years helping it come to an accomodation with its neighbours rather than pumping up the rhetoric. It has been no help to the millions of peaceful Jewish people in Israel that the US has fostered a Mini-me of arrogance.

Absolutely! Israel owes the United States its existence– and every Israeli knows and appreciates that. However, throughout those last 70 years, Israel had steadfastly refused to ask the United States to put its troops in harm’s way. I wish that all our other allies felt the same.

He’s surrounded with fumblementalist (Prager is running a poll on whether Hitler was rightwing or leftwing) Christians, and he’s very worried, literally, he is going to burn in hell. You see that in nursing homes all the time. We’re watching Nixon to the 10th power, only this time there is not a decent human being in the Republican party, and very few in the entire conservative movement. They are desperate to hold power, but have no clue how to lead a people. They’ve read The Pentagon’s New Map, a nightmare, and with Russia tied down, they’re executing it: Gaza, Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, Brazil, maybe North Korea, maybe Russia, but not China: become a right-wing dictatorship and rid the world of dictatorships.

The war in Iran is increasing attention on global oil supplies and its trade routes. With that in mind the linked article gives a clear high-level summary of the situation.

Charted: Where the World’s Oil Comes From by Region

Trump now: “I’m demanding that these countries come in … they should help us.”

Trump 8 days ago: “That’s OK… we don’t need them any longer. We don’t need people who join wars after we’ve already won!”.

PapaDave

Dementia, stupidity, insanity.

Trump is losing the war. Trump is losing his mind.

He realizes that Iran controls the strait; not him. They are still shipping oil to China and others. And blocking everyone else. He is so desperate to see the oil flow that he is letting Iran ship the oil.

He is begging every country he pissed on in the last year to come help clean up his mess. They are all telling him to go f*ck himself.

Since he is losing, could Trump actually go full scorched earth here?

If the world won’t help me open the strait then I will block it. I will stop the Iranian oil from being shipped. And everyone elses oil as well.

And the big one: I will destroy Kharg island and f*ck the world.

Is it possible this demented loser will reach this level of crazy?

I agree that Iran try’s, and succeeds quite a bit, at manipulation for the news sights to carry. They exist on fear and subordination. What I can’t agree with, is the power that doesn’t exist.

Iran only has the power to produce false words, manipulation and a report on how well they are doing and how powerful they are. The real power, is in the hands of the Leftist Cult in America. They have the U.S. Political equivalent of Iran, Iraq, UK, EU etc. all rolled up into one giant ball of crap!

The U.S. Media, controlled by the Leftist Cult, is our enemies best friend. They continue to parrot what they ask them to, they continue to report falsities and lies like they are current events. They get paid, in various ways, it appears through NGO’s and the like. They also get enormous kick backs from most any passed law to give our Taxpayer’s Money away. They get their cut or slice of the Taxpayer pie. Problem is, they use that money to the detriment of America. Go figure… and it’s all legally processed and accumulated, but what happens from there is a convoluted mess of twist and turns with our money being used against us.

Trump deserves a beat down every now and again, but so does every other single Politician in our Government. They don’t work for us necessarily and sometimes work against us. Plenty examples of this type of behavior. Just spend 2 hours reviewing what the “Teachers Unions” stand for and pushes out to the Media. You can do this with lots of other organizations as well.

At least Trump is trying to make America more prosperous and free. He unfortunately has the Left Cult against Him and Our Citizens who listen to, and believe it every single step of the way. Heck, the Democrats are holding us hostage for funds for our Countries protection against those that would want to harm us. Who TF does that, except someone looking to harm America, gain political charm and favor, work against the current Administration etc. All Negative!!!

With AI now available, the “Fake News” can report Fake Scenes, with Fake People, and fake occurrences at will. This should allow their lies to explode and be more accurate looking as well. They have just increased their ability to manipulate the news X1,000!!! You have never see “Fake News” like what’s coming. It’s already starting and will be huge in this war effort to remove nuclear weapons from Iran. We will see headline after headline until what’s fake becomes reality through pure repetitive manipulation, pictures, and actions that don’t actually take place, but look great for a news story and manipulation of such…

There are two ways in operating in this life. “The means justifies the end” and “The end justifies the means”.

The first is what they try to teach with religion, ethics, compassion, and morality. If you focus on not being a dick, your life is going to be pretty decent.

The second is greed and power. You do whatever must be done, no matter what, as long as you achieve your goal. So if you focus on your goal, no matter what, then you’re pretty much going to be a dick about it.

Which would you prefer as an ideology for government?

We will likely never regain the status and trust that we have lost globally. The government has already done the same nationally. So much information is no longer available. The news is an absolute joke of a puppet show. This will be the end of broadcast news.

The FCC has an absolute choke hold on the traditional news media. It’s safe to say that ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN are all becoming just a talking head to the administration. There is little that can be trusted.

This will be the end of the media news broadcast organizations. The streaming media and all the little yahoos on YouTube are going to replace these media corporations.

I am always amazed at how much he can destroy in such a short period of time. More amazing is that people applaud him as he destroys everything that America ever stood for and they think they’re the Patriots.

I think it’s safe to say we have lost all of our soft power negotiation abilities in the global community. Seriously, why would anybody get into a cooperative with this administration unless it was under threat of violence? That’s not exactly soft power negotiation. That’s hard power intimidation.

While the use of hard power for intimidation tactics can be effective, it leaves everybody waiting for you to turn your back. Trump is turning the USA into an international target and we won’t get any empathy when we get hit @ home.

There’s no point in negotiating with a country that will attack you in mid negotiations. I don’t know that that has ever gone well but my history is incomplete.

There’s no point in negotiating trade or tariffs with this administration. The negotiation that is being done is a survival tactic until they can unwind the rest of the economy.

They not lost just their soft power.
They have lost all legitimacy.

People like to intone that everything has always been about the naked exercise of power all along. They have not thought through the dynamic.

Without authority & legitimacy, every single interaction would rest purely on the exercise force. A completely chaotic, unpredictable, and unproductive society would ensue. Even monkeys and animals know when they are getting the short end and react against illegitimate actions.

Trump has attacked/offended so many allies and now he expects them to help him out of his own mess.

Why should European NATO members help him? First, they fight their own war in Ukraine. Second, he needs their ships only as cannon-futter. Third, tariffs on European goods. Fourth, Greenland. Fifth, if things go wrong, USA and Russia will be the only major energy suppliers and Europe would be ripped off by US oil&gas companies. Sixth, Europeans are usually not able to agree on anything important.

Canada – tariffs, Alberta, stupid talk about 51nd state of Union, attacks on Canada’s foreign policy.

India – we have just made a deal with Teheran. A bird in hand is worth two in a bush.

Putin has played Trump like violine, delaying, promising, offering riches of Artic and the result is that Trump entered war on three fronts (Ukraine, Venezuela, Iran) and Taiwan front may open soon if China blockades Taiwan. And for this Trump rewards Moscow with 30-day oil sanction waiver.

Venezuela – people may admit that it is a big victory. Yes, but Venezuela still needs to be controlled by a US Navy fleet which is missing at Middle East. Ukraine – Trump tried to leave it to Europeans but US is still involved through NATO structures.

People tend to forget that out of 74 US Navy’s Arleigh Burke destroyer fleet only 1/3 can be deployed and that these 25 ships have to cover many tasks around the globe including anti-ballistic missile defence of USA. Concentrating 10 destroyers in Middle East for several-month long campaign is actually an enourmous task. These 10 ships need to be supplied but it is impossible to reload them with missiles at open sea. They need to go to a port. That’s why Bahrain US Navy base was so important. Now they have to sail to Diego Garcia or Djibouti (ask Houthis what they think about this option). At the end, in case of prolonged war, there are only 5 destroyers available for action against Iran. Five out of 74 destroyers.

And that’s why Trump is looking for allies.

– First, they fight their own war in Ukraine. > America and Trump has sent a boatload of money to Ukraine and equipment too. NATO doesn’t fight, they just collect money, and posture about it, over some fine dining Etc. How much do they all collectively get paid?

– Second, he needs their ships only as cannon-futter. > lost me on this one?

– Third, tariffs on European goods. > What they have had against us forever, yep!

– Fourth, Greenland. > We could use them, and likewise they could use us. It’s truly a win/win example, but details need to be worked out. I see it happening, as it’s actually far more beneficial for Greenlands prosperity than ours in many ways.

– Fifth, if things go wrong, USA and Russia will be the only major energy suppliers and Europe would be ripped off by US oil&gas companies. > Um, read the news, and you will clearly see that the EU and Europe did this entirely to themselves. We can’t be expected to make up for there failures, as it’s too costly for Our Citizens to endure such nonsense.

– Sixth, Europeans are usually not able to agree on anything important. > Exactly why they are a complete mess right now, and if it wants t for NATO & U.S. as an ally, they would probably not look the same at all right now…

– Canada – tariffs, Alberta, stupid talk about 51nd state of Union, attacks on Canada’s foreign policy. > Canada wants more than we will give and the opposite is true as well. Things will just have to breakdown more to raise the boats up high enough to see wtf is truly going on. I think Canada will be seen for their leadership incompetence once this finally occurs.

– India, we have just made a deal with Teheran. A bird in hand is worth two in a bush. > Lost me again?

– Putin has played Trump like violine, delaying, promising, offering riches of Artic and the result is that Trump entered war on three fronts (Ukraine, Venezuela, Iran) and Taiwan front may open soon if China blockades Taiwan. And for this Trump rewards Moscow with 30-day oil sanction waiver. > No Putin has not, but the U.S. Media sure has. Ukraine is a joke, and Trump never wanted to get involved, but he/we had no choice in that. Iran is self explanatory in one word “Nuclear” and the rest are innuendos and if’s and what nots…

Trump realizes he has lost this war and now wants to off load the problem on to NATO. I don’t think he realizes that not everyone is as stupid as he is.

I am not sure there is anything he can do about it. That genie is not going back into the bottle. There is no return to the previous status quo. Either the Iranian regime ceases to exists (at unimaginable cost in lives and treasure) or they become the dominant power in the Gulf, backed by nuclear weapons.

That is the position Trump put himself into.

To your point, seems either way “US military exceptionalism” is trashed. If any of remnant of Iran is left standing, US loses all military credibility from this point forward — i.e., paper tiger? ok, maybe cardboard tiger. Can’t help thinking that if there was no modern day Israel, none of this would be happening.

The military is and remains extremely powerful, but only effective according to direction. When the generals and admirals are subject to the ravings of pete (“no more fatties!”) and Donald (“we won, mostly”), it’s not surprising to see hesitancy.

This is a war on China not accidental necessarily strategic. The Gulf represents the western flank of any war in the Pacific and no general or admiral seeking to shape the theatre of war ever leaves their flanks undefended especially when it is such a vital logistics corridor. I have written extensively about the inevitability of this war titling one article Iran: A World War In One Country. theplanningmotive.com is my site.

While Trump is making delusional tweets, he’s coming up with delusional war strategy ideas.

“Trump told the Financial Times on Sunday he was expecting China to help unblock the strait before his scheduled meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping”

China should tell Trump the strait is open. Chinese ships can travel through just fine. China doesn’t see this as a problem, so why is China being asked to help? Sounds like a Trump problem, not a China problem.

Why do you believe that Iran having nuclear weapons is OK? Iran is presently attacking all the Gulf oil-producing countries with drones and missiles. If Iran had nuclear weapons, those countries’ oil-producing infrastructure would be destroyed, unless they either paid tribute to Iran or limited their sales so prices would rise to Iran’s benefit. In that event, oil would cost far more than the recent war premium. Plus, Iran is the world’s largest funder of terrorists, including their own Islamic Revolutionary Guards, Hezbollah, Houthis, and Hamas. This funding would expand dramatically once Iran had nuclear weapons and could control the Arab oil producers. For 47 years, Iran has called for the destruction of America. When does the US confront them – after Iran has nuclear weapons?

Who tore up the nuclear deal put in place to prevent Iran from having an atomic bomb, Steve?

Do you know why there was a deal in the first place, Steve? Because every single simulation and war game the Pentagon ran on a direct conflict with Iran resulted in the indefinite closure of the Strait of Hormuz and Iran eventually getting a nuke anyways. The consensus was that there was no possible, politically palatable, military solution for this dilemma.

You can read more about it here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HDSVNTQXsAA3Xwy?format=png&name=large

But what did the “stable genius” do? He tore up to deal, wiped his arse on it and went to war with Iran. So far the war is playing out EXACTLY as every simulation predicted, with no way out.

Congrats, you voted for this. You own this shit show from top to bottom. Enjoy.

Trump “tore up” the Obama nuclear deal because Iran was cheating starting day 1 by enriching uranium above agreed upon terms and failing to disclose the secret locations of their nuclear development activity. Plus the agreement was flawed because no inspections were allowed at Natanz and Fordow. Places where nuclear development continued unimpeded.
The US army simulation was correct as far as US capability. The US war planners also determined it would be impossible to gain domination over Iranian air space. But Israel has done it twice in the p ast year without losing a plane.
Only bad things happen if Iran gets nuclear weapons. This is the last good chance to stop them and I am hoping it succeeds. Otherwise. The consequences for the US and the rest of the world will be dire.

No they didn’t. Now you are just making shit up. Claiming that Iran was “cheating” is shit you are making up too. The entire military intelligence community was dumbfounded when Trump tore up that deal. Trump is a deeply pathological person that was elected by equally deeply pathological people like yourself. You lie like he lies. Make shit up like he does. You are made for each other.

Exactly. Want to see what “cheating” looks like? Go back to the fake control center in Dimona during the Kennedy admin.

Seymour Hersh’s 1991 book “The Samson Option” detailed the scheme: “A false control room was constructed at Dimona, complete with false control panels and computer-driven measuring devices that seemed to be gauging the thermal output of a twenty-four-megawatt reactor (as Israel claimed Dimona to be) in full operation. There were extensive practice sessions in the fake control room, as Israeli technicians sought to avoid any slips when the Americans arrived. The goal was to convince the inspectors that no chemical reprocessing plant existed or was possible.”

Trump “tore up” the Obama nuclear deal because Iran was cheating starting day 1 by enriching uranium

The reaction from the US intelligence community (IC) was characterized by a significant, public rift between the White House and the nation’s top security officials. While the Trump administration argued the deal was a “fiction” and that Iran was violating it, the IC consistently maintained a different assessment.

1. Public Contradiction of the PresidentThe most visible friction occurred in early 2019, several months after the U.S. withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). During the Worldwide Threat Assessment testimony:

2. Strategic Concerns & Intelligence LossesPrivately and in professional circles, intelligence experts raised several specific alarms regarding the withdrawal:

  • Loss of Transparency: Former intelligence leaders, including retired General Michael Hayden (former head of both the CIA and NSA), argued that the deal provided “unprecedented” access to Iranian facilities. They feared that exiting the deal would blind the U.S. to Iran’s “basement” activities.
  • “Breakout Time” Reduction: The IC’s long-standing assessment was that the JCPOA had extended Iran’s “breakout time” (the time needed to enrich enough material for one weapon) from a few months to over a year. Analysts warned that withdrawal would inevitably shrink this window.
  • Intelligence Collection: Experts pointed out that the JCPOA’s monitoring regime (conducted by the IAEA but supplemented by Western intelligence) provided a legal framework for “National Technical Means” to verify compliance. Without the deal, the “denial and deception” challenge for the IC became much steeper.

No one here cares. Iran is not a threat to the USA or the world.

Again, it is the USA that is threatening to invade Canada and Greenland. not iran

it is the usa who is targeting civilians off the coast of Venezuela and double tapping civilians. not iran

it is the usa that is a threat to world peace, not Iran.

Google is your friend, Steve. (Bet you though Saddam had WMD too…)

1. Pre-2018: Period of General ComplianceFrom the deal’s implementation in January 2016 until the U.S. withdrawal in May 2018, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) consistently reported that Iran was adhering to its nuclear-related commitments.

  • Evidence: The IAEA released 11 quarterly reports during this window, each confirming that Iran was staying within the limits for enriched uranium stockpiles, centrifuge counts, and heavy water levels.
  • Minor “Technical” Deviations: On two occasions (early 2016 and late 2016), Iran slightly exceeded its 130-metric tonne limit for heavy water. In both instances, the IAEA noted the excess was quickly exported (to Oman), bringing Iran back into compliance.
  • Sources:
  • IAEA Director General Reports (2016–2018).
  • U.S. State Department Compliance Reports (under both Obama and initially under Trump).

2. The Israeli “Nuclear Archive” Disclosure (2018)In April 2018, Israel’s Mossad revealed a massive cache of documents seized from a warehouse in Tehran. This evidence didn’t necessarily show current violations of the JCPOA’s enrichment limits, but it suggested Iran had lied about its intentions.

  • Evidence: The archive contained blueprints and plans for “Project Amad,” a structured nuclear weapons program that Iran claimed never existed. While the program mostly halted in 2003, the archive proved Iran had preserved its “know-how” in a centralized, secret location.
  • The “Cheating” Argument: Critics (and the Trump administration) argued that by failing to disclose this past work, Iran was in “material breach” of the requirement to provide a full account of the “Possible Military Dimensions” (PMD) of its program.
  • Sources:
  • Israeli Intelligence Presentation (Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, April 2018).
  • Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs (Harvard Kennedy School) analysis of the archive.

3. Post-2019: Systematic Breaches (Retaliatory)Following the U.S. withdrawal and the “Maximum Pressure” campaign, Iran began a staged process of violating the deal’s core limits starting in May 2019. Iran characterized these as legal “remedial measures” under Articles 26 and 36 of the JCPOA.

Iran needs nuclear weapons to protect itself from the US and Israel’s decades-long campaigns of coups, funding offensive wars against it, cyber warfare, and now two bombing campaigns. They did not want, nor were working on nuclear weapons. Now they realize they need them.

But if you are suggesting that Israel dismantle its nuclear weapons cache and offensive military capabilities (F-35s, etc..) in exchange for Iran not getting nukes, I think that’s a reasonable discussion to have.

After a decade, political reality is finally catching up to him and his MAGA movement. For all this time, he was a bug in search for a windshield. The windshield has finally hit him.

I see no way out for the trap he put himself into. Trump started this fight, but now he does not know how to end it.

If he just declares victory and walks away, Iran will rush to produce a nuclear weapon to never be in this situation again. The Gulf countries will be fucked, the petrodollar will be fucked and consequentially the US government will no longer be able to run endless deficits. It will be the end of the empire.

Trump can try to escalate the conflict with boots on the ground, but it is politically very difficult as the war grows increasingly unpopular and the continuous closure of the Strait of Hormuz causes more economic losses. The reality is that Iran can take a lot more pain than the US.

So if Trump tries to walk away, Israel might just damn it all the hell and nuke Iran, rather than risking a stronger Iran. Bibi is insane enough to do it.

All that said, your last sentence is on point. Israel’s use of nukes is inevitable.

I agree that  “Iran will rush to produce a nuclear weapon to never be in this situation again.” But I don’t think it stops with Iran. For example, should Poland really trust any US-backed NATO guarantees any more? Should they develop their own nuclear weapons as a defense against Russia? Trump may be sending the world down a new path of nuclear proliferation.
