“Vote early. Vote by mail. Or vote in person on Election Day,” Says Trump

What’s going on?

In July, Trump said “mail-in ballots are inherently corrupt.” That’s a claim he has made repeatedly now he has changed his tune.

Vote Early by Mail

Republicans must WIN the 2026 Midterm Elections, and we must use every appropriate tool — Whether you vote early, absentee, by mail, or in-person, we must “swamp” the Radical Left Dumocrats with massive turnout! SO IMPORTANT — PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Trump, Critic of Voting by Mail, Urges Republicans to Do It in Midterms

The New York Times reports Trump, Critic of Voting by Mail, Urges Republicans to Do It in Midterms

It was the latest mixed messaging from President Trump, who regularly votes by mail, but has made baseless claims that the practice is “inherently corrupt.”

In March, Mr. Trump signed an executive order that would have restricted mail ballots. The action was struck down by the Supreme Court in September. He also sought unsuccessfully to push Congress to approve legislation that would have sharply curtailed mail voting.

Richard Pildes, an election law expert at New York University, said Mr. Trump’s statement appeared to be a major shift and a response to his efforts to restrict mail-in voting failing “across the board.”

“He’s realizing that his efforts to change policy on mail-in voting have basically run aground at this point, and he’s shifting gears,” Mr. Pildes said.

Doug Heye, a Republican strategist, said that it was too soon to say if Mr. Trump would stick to the message, adding that it would be no surprise if the president returned to his claims that mail voting is fraud in the days to come.

Q: What’s going on?
A: Trump is suddenly fearful of low turnout.

No Republican can possibly be looking forward to the bloodbath that’s about to happen.

If non-MAGA Republicans don’t vote, we are going to see some shocking results.

Out of curiosity, I took Rome and its fall, and then imposed some information being spewed about Europes Fall and what’s happening. And added some talked about possibilities in America, if it falls.if voting goes the wrong way…

For Fun, out of curiosity, so read as such…

The fall of America as the dominant power in The World for over 75 Years, its end brought about significant changes. At the same time, the legacy of America was never erased. Over Decades of history left an indelible mark on the world.

Over the next few decades, America was in trouble. Decades of systemic political and economic problems had left it a shell of its former self. Muslims were another issue. Defined at the time as a group of people outside of American cultural, historical, political, and linguistic sphere, Muslims increasingly attempted to settle within the empire during the first few decades.

Powers couldn’t keep one of the defining features of: Conservative Principles, By the time America fell, many different Ethnic groups had established independent kingdoms across its old States. ALL the dominant and rich States long gone, and in tatters,as the Vandals established their own states. Over time, they developed their own cultures and political systems. All these factors formed the foundation of an America with many Countries owning and running it.

Trump Humiliated by Empty Seats at Red State MAGA RallyNot even ruby-red Alabama could pack a state university’s arena for the president.
Donald Trump spoke to rows of empty seats on Friday during his “big rally” in Mobile, Alabama. MS Now’s Jen Psaki noted that the venue, not even half full, holds 10,000 people. “For context,” she added, “when Trump kicked off his presidential campaign in 2015, he was able to fill an arena three times that size in the exact same city.”

I have news for Mr. Trump. This farmer and former Republican is voting Democrat across the board.

Republicans have been lead into insane policies that hurt all Americans and defy the rule of law by a pedophile and ultra right wing war monger.

No group of politicians have lied more than the current crop of thieves and perverts in the White House!

And since I just returned from the after church social, I should report that there were a few Trump supporters loudly boasting that Trump was going to lower diesel prices and send $5,000 checks to everybody. They did not get much traction as most of us simply walked away and left them to leave them within their shrunken silo.

Universal laughter rings out amongst the stars as virtually all row crop farmers in America will loose money this year.

Biden was not remotely as bad as Trump, we were recovering from the first Trump disaster nicely. Now Trump has us spiraling toward bankruptcy. Kamala was a self made woman that worked her way up. Even I as a Republican voted for her.

The thinking here is that the presidency should not be occupied by bullies, pedophiles or liars. That puts Trump on the outside of the qualifications, but inside the proverbial prison cell.

The question that the bobbleheads in mainstream media seem too stupidly ignorant to ask: “The Party that won the House, the Senate and the Presidency said that the elections were rigged?”

When a Political Party allows one man to take a nation of 330 million plus people to war without the vote of the peoples’s representatives, we are not talking about the actions of a Democracy, nor are we talking about the actions of a Democratic-Republic for which our founding fathers risked their very lives to establish — we are basically talking about the actions of Fascists, for only in a Fascist State would such an action ever be allowed.

Makes sense: the earlier the voting or voting by mail, the lower the diesel prices and transportation cost and the higher the residual approval ratings at the time of voting.

By the time of the midterms, with the current crude and refined products global short supplies, with harvest coming, with old man winter coming, and with the targeting of some of the global 8-900 refineries continuing, the cost of diesel and gas may drive the presidential job approval ratings to near 30%.

Let me put out a point here on Mail-In Voting as it connects with the ACTUAL voters who might vote for TrumpCO: OLD FOLKS who are not ABLE to walk, are crippled or too old to drive. That number COULD be substantial.

I am guessing that the typical MAGA type is OLD and cannot think straight any longer. My 87 year old dad is in that category. He lives rurally.

He also cannot think straight on Trump. He falls for that bullshit….hook/line/sinker. Swallows it up on the Nightly news….he is OLD SCHOOL.

How do the voters choose their president?

The candidate must have some criteria such as

  • More promise, more sugar ( bribe the voters )
  • Never admit your fault
  • Put blame on others
  • Scaremongering
  • You don’t need merit but find faults of others
  • Accept bribes from billionaires, lobbyists to campaign
  • Repeatedly say you’re the greatest and no other can match
  • Repeatedly lie loudly till voters believe

Donald Trump is the first Republican presidential candidate to win the popular vote in 20 years.

Outcome: 312 electoral votes was Trumps total.

I don’t care what he may or may not have broken for records, although he probably does. The fact of the matter, is that Trump won, and by a lot of votes.

The donor class makes sure that no matter who wins, it is THEY who ultimately win. They would be fine with either of the two.

What they would NOT want are forces that are based on working class solidarity that would pose a clear threat to the dominance of the donor class.

The way I saw it was that when the Democrats realized that they couldn’t win with Joe Biden, they were stuck with Kamala Harris. It is more or less usual in America for the Vice-President to a retiring President to be allowed a shot at the top job, and if they hadn’t let her be the candidate, the feminists and colored voters would never have forgiven them. So they had to write off the election. As “whirlaway” says below, the donor class (which included corporates as I understand it) always wins.

Of course he did. Trump has only predation or parasitism toward any principle, rule or institution. He can only gnaw away at what others create. He has never created anything substantially original or value-generating (with a few relatively tiny exceptions, real estate developments, mostly in 1970s-1980s New York City). It is overwhelmingly the opposite, though done opulently (garishly).

> Not exactly as you suggest however. He has been forced to use all means necessary, and unfortunately “Mail In” ballots have been (imo unwisely) one of those approved methods of Voting.

>> While I agree with Trump on this, and also “One Day” Voting should be mandatory as well imo. They both are not, so you must play the cards you are dealt. He wisely now must agree with what’s Law, and Everyone now needs to use these tools to elect your candidate.
Absolutely nothing has changed in his view or stance, other than he must now push means of voting that he disagrees with, but were changed, and he is helpless to change it back. Can’t blame Trump for doing what he must within the boundaries of the approved method of voting.

This “rally” was local to me here in OH.

Trump is not wise. He is a flaming narcissist; that is why his skin is so orange. He has acted like a jackass for years, and, while initially it was great to hear someone willing to boldly say (some) things that others were too afraid to say, we now know it came out of Trump’s own vanity and narcissism rather than out of some principled person who was willing to take a stand on their principles and consequences be damned. He isn’t standing on principle, but rather exhibiting what the medical literature euphemistically calls a narcissist’s “low sense if self-awareness.”

My ex-sister-in-law is a narcissist as well as bi-polar, manic-depressive, with ADHD. Having read lots of her messages sent to my quadriplegic war-vet brother through OFW, Trump sounds just like her. He isn’t playing 5-D chess, rattling the cages of insane leftists just to get them to reveal their true selves while always staying one step ahead of them strategically while he works to “take our country back.” He is creating conflict as narcissists do in order to control and dominate relationships.

To sit there as a POTUS and talk about “shoving it up” your opponent’s ass…. It’s great if as a Libertarian you want to see the undermining of people’s respect for government. That is one thing Trump has done that no other president has: removed the velvet glove covering the steel hand and laid bare for all to see that Washington was right: government is not Reason, it is not Eloquent, it is FORCE. And like fire, it is both a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

R’s are NOT polling well here. People everywhere are sick of continually seeing their cost of living go up, having to give up more and more or, as is more the case with most Americans these days, take on more debt.

Rama-lama-dingdong is a carpetbagging Tech Bro. Never heard of him before 2024, and it is clear that having lost the 2024 race for the presidential nomination, he just wants to get some governorship stink on him before he tries again. People around here don’t take kindly to people like ‘Swamy who are debate champions (probably also did spelling bees) who are fast talkers in a debate but who clearly want to turn Ohio into some version of the Indian caste system. A data center on every corner as long as it isn’t near ‘Swamy’s corner. His desperation is showing. He is running commercials with old white blue collar retirees telling us Vivek will “look out” for him and running negative attack ads against his D opponent claiming she is a wine-o who mixes alcohol with prescription meds and was having nervous breakdowns during COVID because she couldn’t handle the stress.

Husted is a nice guy. He has worked at the state level for years. But like in 2006 when his boss Dewine got voted out of office in place of Sherrod Brown, this isn’t a good time to have an R after your name. Sherrod Brown is a total douchebag. Has never held a job that wasn’t some political office. Got caught with drugs in his car back in the day and blamed it on his aide. But people are mad enough right now that Brown’s chances are looking good.

He has shortened his own leash I would agree, but still has to work within what he has left.

You have a lot of preposterous notions in here. The idea of one day voting being mandatory is bullshit unless you are going to give every single person in the country a guaranteed day of vacation no matter what their fucking boss says.

Which means everything is grounded and closed up tighter than a pandemic. No restaurants, hospitals, public transit, police, or fire.

But I’m pretty sure you don’t want to give anybody a day off work.
