Endless wars don’t end by definition. So what about Iran?
The Iran War Is Over Writes Ken Klippenstein
Please consider The Iran War Is Over by Klippenstein the day after the election.
The Democratic tsunami isn’t just washing away living fossils like Susan Collins, but U.S. military contractor profits as well.
Shares plummeted today as investors anticipated a retreat from the Iran war. (This despite the fact that the Dow shot up by about 3 percent today — its best day since April.)
Then there’s Big Oil, which also sees the writing on the wall: the Strait of Hormuz will re-open, depriving them of their excuse for price gouging — the most overlooked scandal this year, as I’ve written.
[Mish: I disagree about price gouging but let’s continue]
Trump said:
“Well, we’re going to work with the Democrats to make sure things go well for our country. Very important. They’ve already called and they want to work with me.”
So you can expect the Trump-Mamdani bromance to expand and maybe even produce some concessions.
At the top of the concessions list will be Iran.
So not only is there not going to be a nuclear strike on Iran — a fiction propagated by Tucker Carlson this week (which Trump actually dismissed in the Politico interview) — but as I reported on Monday, it’s unlikely there will be any major strikes on Iran now.
Trump also gave Vance’s post criticizing the Iran war his blessing, saying: “I thought it was good.”
That does not mean it will be easy for Trump to extricate himself before a Democratic Congress is seated in January.
Just yesterday, Iranian armed forces chief of staff Maj. Gen. Ali Abdollahi laid out five conditions for Iran:
- Ending fighting on “all fronts,” including Lebanon and Gaza;
- Lift sanctions and release frozen Iranian funds;
- Pay reparations;
- Recognize Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz;
- Provide security guarantees against future attacks.
There is an immediate and possible negotiating package that Iran offered on Monday, but it represents a hardliner position that is a nonstarter for Washington. The U.S. “diplomatic” position is that Iran must give up its nuclear aspirations and capabilities first, something that Trump doesn’t really care about.
What he does care about is money and business, so some combination of ending the naval blockade, cancelling sanctions, freeing up money for Iran, and allowing Iranian oil sales to resume is most likely on the president’s mind.
And then there’s actually ending the Iran war, as in ceasing to see the Islamic Republic as an enemy of the United States and reversing 47 years of being stuck as the American Satan. But endless war never quite ends, that’s why it’s called endless war.
Remember that only Joe Biden actually “ended” a Middle East war, in Afghanistan. Except that it is now another character in the endless war game. Obama may have pretended to end the Iraq fighting, but some American forces stayed in Iraq and they built up in Syria to fight ISIS. In his second term, Donald Trump does seem to have withdrawn those forces, closing the largest U.S. base in Iraq at Erbil and closing the Syrian bases at Qasrak and al-Tanf.
That is, if American forces actually withdrew. If experience is any guide, U.S. fighting just continues if only in more secret form. Now, instead of “boots,” there’s covert operations, special operations, normal operations taking place in the shadows, and even loafers on the ground (that’s the very definition of “endless” war).
And for every Afghanistan or Iraq or Syria, something takes its place: there’s been a massive buildup in Jordan, forces stay in Kuwait, and there’s a new and growing American presence in Israel. “Over-the-horizon” operations against al Qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan continue from Qatar, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and the other Stans. There is never a real end, and certainly the military is not bugging out because it can say that it is leaving democracies behind, or even stability.
But who knows? Maybe someday there will be a Trump hotel in Tehran.
Energy Prices
- West Texas Intermediate WTIC Crude is down to 88.65 as I type.
- Brent is 96.05.
- AAA Diesel is 6.2564
- AAA Regular Gasoline is 4.1003
All of these prices are lower than a month ago but higher than a year ago.
If Trump goes after Iran, the prices will go back up,
So are we in an endless stalemate?
It would behoove Trump to work out a deal, but the price of a deal may have risen.
I don’t pretend to know what will happen. But I agree with Ken Klippenstein that it’s unlikely there will be any major strikes on Iran now.
The county is sick of the war and Trump. Perhaps even Trump realizes that, even if he won’t mention it.
Importantly, the warmongers like Hegseth (perhaps on his way out the door) certainly won’t be pushing it.
Final Comments
Trump says he’s glad he did it and would do it again.
He needs to explain to the world what he gained besides a total repudiation in the election and higher prices for everyone.
Trump’s Legacy: A stupid, arrogant man, started a stupid war. The result was one of the biggest political wipeouts in History.

Mish.
There is very important historical events are happening in Europe for days but you don’t mention at all.
Mass protests and youth-led demonstrations have spread across at least 18 European countries as part of the ongoing 2026 European unrest.
Missing in action?
Both warmongers, Trump and Netanyahu are on shaky and unstable grounds.
Israel is too arrogant for its military superiority which depend on US and American influence in ME.
Now Israel is in deep trouble. US is withdrawing its troops from Iraq, Syria, etc.
Majority of American people don’t accept Israel as its asset but liability and seems stop support financially or militarily.
Prof. Mearshimer always said power depend on wealth and population size. Israel is not particularly wealthy and small population. Actually weak, very weak.
Israel to survive for many more years is in doubt.
Israel has no strength to expand war around its neighbours.
Without peace Israel will be wiped out.
But Arabs are oppressed slaughtered for many years and very angry and want to revenge.
Israel has nuclear bombs but its very difficult to survive in the middle of 500 million
ME Muslim.
Even if Netanyahu were to go today, Israel would remain a genocidal warfare-addicted regime. Just that Eisenkot is slightly less vocal about it.
imagine being an adult in USA and not knowing we are Imperial war criminals for many decades. it astounds me how so many cannot handle the truth. count the casualties of dead and maimed at the wrong end of a spear or bomb by USA backed bombs……..for the past 75 years
It’s like your dad running the mafia and you pretend your family is rich because he owns a flower shop.
ha ha. yes. indeed. how did you know my dad ?

If you think the parties are the same in 2026, that’s because you’re ignorant or a useful fool for Putin.
All the bellyaching about what the Democrats will or won’t do now is a waste of time. We’ll find out in January and until then it all sounds stupid.
OK, Bircher.
lol, these democrat fuckers. congrats on suckung slightly less then the worst people alive.
your party won’t do shit. nobody believes shit you say.
you’re not Trump. thats your only redeeming factor.
See, now everything is different!
The government was transferred from AIPAC’s right pocket to AIPAC’s left pocket.
Cue up the Team D nuthangers who insist that this changes everything for the better, as well as the Team R cultists who assure us that this represents catastrophe.
Nah. They got outed.
They know they can only do this until their next election cycle. It takes 6 years to hit all the senators
Who is “they” and how were they “outed”?
AIPAC candidates lost at the primaries and general elections.
They did. but they still have money and power. See, e.g. Jeffries, Hakeem and Schumer, Chuck.
The Iran war will not end until Natanyahoo says it will. Bibi will restart the war soon. The idea that Trump and an AIPAC owned Congress will allow the US to sit on the sidelines is ludicrous.
AIPAC? Really? AIPAC is obsolete and too toxic.
People will not choose candidate backed by AIPAC.
Rather they will choose Jihadist, Abdul El-Sayed.
Prove Abdul is a jihadist or STFU
Trump’s clear path to appear, in one fell swoop, as the decisive ultimate tough guy, and to wriggle free of the sudden label of impotence, incompetence and decline wrapped around his neck, is to attack Iran.
And then two days later when Iran obliterates the Middle East that will be shown to have been retarded.
I understand your argument but that applies to only one facet of a very complex picture of incompetence and decline.
I’m merely suggesting this is Trump’s easiest path to make an image splash in his typical way. And that, to him, is in a sense, everything.
Interesting times. Paraguay’s central bank seized the major digital lender Ueno Bank on November 3, 2026, locking out roughly 3 million customers (about 60% of the country’s adult population) and plunging the nation into a severe financial and political crisis.
The Paraguayan president, a former head at Ueno and Trump aligned vassal, resigned.
Trump brought the.global digital money laundering system into our financial system, which was previously the most sophisticated ever formed. His family has stakes in that process. North Korea and hosts of international criminal syndicates are benefiting as we speak. It is easier than ever before to turn any kind of digital trash, used for any kinds of nefarious uses, into and out of US dollars now. Whether this could induce a crisis in our system and the dollar remains to be seen, but it is a serious kind of breach and leakage.
Remember the story of the frog & the scorpion?
The US will go back to bombing, because that is what America does.
Prices of stocks and oil
No. The points summarize succinctly the deal Trump already signed in Versailles.
LOL What a hoot. The US interferes in democracies wherever it pops up; it tends to leave authoritarian regimes alone. The US want countries that bend to its will and are therefore by definition not democratic. There is no country in the world where the US does not (covertly) interfere with elections and pressure in otherways.
talked to my iranian friends today and they are happy with the election, talked about Vance attributing the electoral loss to the war, but still think Iran will be bombed.
what they hear from the iranian leadership is that they assume the bombing will restart, which will lead to retaliation. the Iranians will accept the Islamabad deal but only if everything is implemented all at once.no extra demands.
no international flights, inflation is crazy but still no shortages.
The AIPAC democrats need to make good on AIPAC’s investments. The democrats hope it winds up before the end of the year. That means either an all out assault or cut and run. If its an all out assault, the democrats will whine but hide behind “the troops”. If its cut and run, they will take credit and use it against republicans.
Any democrat investigation of the Iran war would be headed by Adam Smith who has received substantial AIPAC contributions and has a strong pro-Israel voting record. Smith did vote for Massie’s bill to stop funding for the war but AIPAC knew it had the votes to stop that so he was likely given a waiver from his AIPAC contract.
The fix is in.
Since this is likely a desperate Israel’s last good chance to have the US permanently remove Iran as a threat, I would not rule out an all out effort.
Unfortunately for the Israeli view, the US has no ability to permanently remove Iran as a threat.
You’re not going to see any boys on the ground.
Cut & run is the only option unless someone thinks bombing works (see vietnam)
I really don’t think there’s as much influence from aipac. People are watching way to closely.
Democrats have already forgotten about the people who voted for them. All they see is big wads of cash from Israel. Boots on ground or nuclear strike are very real options.
“unless someone thinks bombing works (see vietnam)”
There is one important “someone” who thinks so. Donald Trump, in Iowa, Nov. 1:
“I could have won the Vietnam War in a week, you know, …. Agent Orange, they drop it in the forest for years and years and years, instead of going after Ho Chi Minh City and the different places …. I would have won that war in one week.”
(Never mind that Ho Chi Minh City is Saigon.)
And Donnie’s dementia is demonstrably deepening.
Aipac starting up another pac. Ugh
“United Democracy Project (UDP) is an organization comprised of American citizens—Democrats, Republicans and Independents—united in the belief that America’s partnership with our democratic ally Israel benefits both countries. United Democracy Project works to help elect candidates that share our vision and will be strong supporters of the U.S.-Israel relationship in Congress”
heard about that recently. will fool tens of millions. let’s face it, amerikans don’t give a fuck about killing innocent humans in nam or in ukraine or in iraq……..amerikans care about the price of shit they buy stateside. they are nihilist cunts. that is a technical term. democracy works.
Israel Launches Heavy Strikes On Southern Lebanon For First Time In Weeks (Wed).
The US Treasury Department on Wednesday announced new sanctions on Iran, escalating the economic war against the Islamic Republic one day after Republicans were crushed in the midterms in an election seen as a referendum on the Iran war.
“As we have said many times, under Operation Economic Outcast, you are either with us or against us,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said in a post on X. “We know where you are, and we will sanction those who continue supporting the Iranian regime, whether by land, sea, or air.”
He is intrinsically disordered.

Nope, the democrats are going to nuclear on russia, and trump will back them up, because it will distract from the epstein files, and the fact that corporate democrats will have to start eating the poor in the form of soylent green.
That’s the difference between the Red and Blue teams of the Beltway Party: one nukes Iran, the other, Russia. Why does it have to suck so badly to be a Usonian?
One side wants war with a country they pretend has nukes, while the other side wants war with a country with thousands of nukes. They’re both bad, but one is insane. Slava Ukraini /s
Nice!
When it comes to war with Russia, we shouldn’t use the word “nuclear” rhetorically. Only literally.
I meant it literally.
14 CIA bases in Ukraine
Only?
The petrol dollar genie supporting US equities has left the magic lantern, likely never to return. The favored US geopolitics and bases in the gulf state region have been changed by one advisor-less president’s actions. Will the president go through with further destruction of Iranian civilian infrastructure, providing an impeachable offense? Who knows. The petroleum and by-product reserves are now so depleted, even if Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab opened today, a supply and demand mismatch will pressure the markets for many months. (Today is what the beginning of an equity crash looks like.)
The petro dollar hasn’t been a thing since Reagan squashed oil prices in the mid 1980s to starve the Soviets of oil export earnings.
Oil trades priced in US dollars is a thing.
Not the only thing, now, but a thing.
What percent of dollar demand is involved in oil sales?
“Did the Endless War Just End?”
Well, the AI bubble just ended. You can’t sell chips if no one will allow you to build data centers. Kudos to everyone who saw from day one what a scam the whole AI thing was. Now we see if Trump will attack Iran in the next week.
See the market still piling into retail stocks hoping the Democrats will bump up welfare payments. I’m expecting spx to plunge below 7000 as people realize that you can’t float all that AI money into Target and Walmart.
Most of US GDP growth coming from AI means a bigger crash. Hold onto your gold as the government will print print print to save the day.
AI isn’t a scam but China had already won the war when everyone started using deepseek over super expensive Claude and ChatGPT. But yeah, a meltdown was going to happen.
The markets and people are bringing a needed correction to the mania that said dice-roll the entire economy and environment at ruinous competition for moonshot AI. Yes, the ripples effects will be big waves, swamping some.
Some people with leveraged longs in that area are very quiet today. Or screaming as their portfolios incinerate.

How are the Democrats in Congress reacting to the Midterm elections?
It certainly looks like they are assuming that Americans love them. Dems in Congress are practically breaking their arms patting themselves on the back for their success. Undoubtedly the Democrats in Congress will elect Chuck Schumer as Majority Leader of the Senate and Hakeem Jefferies as Speaker of the House, because they believe America has re-affirmed their desire to have more of the same from Democrats.
Trouble is, when your only campaign slogan is “We’re Not Trump!” it means that the election was a referendum on Trump, not an endorsement of Democrats. Dems will likely spend the next two years opposing and attacking Trump, in order to try to curry favor with the electorate for 2028. They can’t see that the electorate wants an end to corruption, big money out of politics, the US to decouple from Israel, massive healthcare reform, affordable housing, and the US to stop waging and supporting wars everywhere.
Team D knows full well what Americans want. They aren’t going to give them any of that, however.
Schumer is not being re-elected.
Maybe they will elect Fetterman to be Majority Leader
I think one of the most controversial elections was in Michigan and that started with the incumbent getting primaried out because she’s an Israeli asset and slightly crazy.
There are no Israeli sympathetic Democrats in Congress who feel that it’s all business as usual and chill.
Remember, only one third of the Senate can be removed at a time and I am under the impression that the anti-israel genocide movement is not going to go away before a number of election cycles.
The jig is up
It would be interesting to see an updating of the shares of congress owned by AIPAC weighted by power/influence of those shares.
More a referendum on the Republican party in general not following and supporting their leader as a party. They controlled the House & The Senate and squandered it. Could have passed good legislation that would have benefited the USA Trump would not veto. Could have defunded the Iran war if they really wanted to since they control the funding but hey AIPAC. Sometimes people get so upset they cut off their nose to spite their face. Major voting bloc of young men getting dumped on by everyone cost them the election because they couldn’t point out any of the good things they did for them so they stayed home or voted their wallets as a protest vote.
Something I wrote elsewhere:
Vance = Captain Obvious. The problem is thet he did not point out the obvious eight months ago.
Team R is calling him disloyal, which is a sure sign that he is pointing out an inconvenient and blindingly obvious truth.
And they are surprised? Before he was nominated, Vance thought Trumpstien was the antichrist.
Vance is a weathervane.
A male prostitute who wears guyliner.
Pimped out to everyone’s couches.
Vance is a sack of shit acting like it is human.
The midterms are a sunk cost. He’s not suddenly going to start working with Democrats. I think more war is likely than not.
He can easily trade whatever progressive agenda they want for more military funding to continue the war.
The incoming Dems just have to spin it to their voters as ‘we had to continue the war in order to get X’ (X being some progressive agenda on healthcare or whatever).
Most likely. Remember, Trump stole his program from Pat Buchanan (minus the anti-Israel stuff) after calling Buchanan a bigot. Trump’s core conviction is Trump.
Why would continuing the war not be “working with congress”? Just get it over with a conclusion satisfactory to AIPAC by the end of the year so the democrats don’t have to make any uncomfortable votes and still get their Shekels.
Just do that, huh? Sounds so easy.
There is reality and then there are the perceptions and beliefs of the decision makers.
Not sure about that. The lower his popularity goes, the greater his chance of removal. The more it recovers and rises into the 40’s, the easier it’ll go on his and his crooked family.
I think Klippenstein is wrong about Trump not attacking Iran again.
Today the NYT is reporting the US and Israeli militaries have drawn up plans to resume major combat operations against Iran. Targets are said to include Iran’s energy infrastructure, nuclear facilities, and missile and drone arsenal.
The real reason Trump waited until after the election to do these strikes? They won’t end the war, they will have exactly the opposite result, dragging the US deeper into the conflict. If he thought these forthcoming military strikes would have ended the war, obviously he would have done them before the election.
Yeah there is almost no downside now for the lame ducks who are still in control for the next couple of months.
I will not be surprised in the least to see another US attack on Iran.
Israel’s leading outlets reacted with alarm on Wednesday after the Democratic Party captured both the US House of Representatives and the Senate in the midterm elections, warning that lawmakers opposed to US military aid to Israel are heading to Congress in growing numbers.
At least 11 Democrats who have backed Palestinian rights and opposed US military support for Israel won seats across both chambers, swelling the ranks of Tel Aviv’s critics in the US legislature.
Those 11 democrats will not get any powerful assignments.
Distinct possibility for an attack before year’s end.

Don’t kid yourself.
Team D is already cuing up a repeat of 2006. You may recall that in 2006, Team D was swept into Congress on a wave of antiwar sentiment. Before the election, Pelosi was promising impeachment to start within 100 days.
Once elected, impeachment was dropped like a turd. Not only did Team D cheerfully fund Bush’s wars, Pelosi threatened to replace the Chair of the Ho-use Appropriations Committee if he held funding up.
Notice that Harris, Ossoff and others already are saying an impeachment would be “divisive”.

Whether or not you disagree or agree with either of these two former Trump supporters, this analysis of the election results is worth a watch: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q50ORL8ptz8&pp=0gcJCSkMAYcqIYzv&ra=m. Robert Barnes gives 33% chance to each of these outcomes with Iran:
1) Trump stays crazy and re-attacks Iran 2) he just walks away and lets Iran do what they want including charging tolls for passage and 3) Trump actually starts honoring the terms of the MOU he signed in June – including coughing up frozen monies.
Those aren’t the odds I’d give. I think #3 is really unlikely. That video is 75 minutes but goes by quickly because Barnes is opinionated.
Israel sees its window of opportunity closing, and Israel still has The Files.
If the democrats get them released, that card burns.
That word “if” is doing a lot of work for you.
Israel would never allow it and the DNC is a well-trained dog.
When?
Probably after they take office in January.
Won’t happen.
The only who might realistically do any releasing based on their actions to date over the last decade or so is Trump. Personally I believe he is using that leverage rather poorly. He defers to the courts and blatant judicial activism hampering his political agenda and goals. If his enemies give him a hard enough time he might just go scorched earth and release the Epstein files taking his pardons on the way out. IMO while there may be rare exceptions of the odd non-compromised high office holder. Few normally rise to that level of power without some kind of detrimental leverage check. Part of the price for the power and influence. Most of the good ones like Carter were very ineffective. I believe Trump’s skeletons may not be in the Epstein files. Court cases open up discovery. Twist of irony reviled for over a decade by his enemies and MSM to exonerate that aspect of his reputation.
Billionaire Leon Black filed a federal defamation suit Wednesday against Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA), the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, accusing him of lying about Black’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein. The complaint, filed in the Southern District of New York, seeks $7.25 million in compensatory and punitive damages and a jury trial, and alleges Garcia “has knowingly and willfully lied about Leon Black and defamed him,” NBC News reported.
A very important issue that needs to be addressed immediately and a top priority.
The recent buildup of forces assumed the blue wave would not happen so decisively. The big picture shifted in a day.
Suddenly the whole strategic landscape for Trump (thus, for us) grows more fractious. This is true despite its being foreseeable (to a reasonable president): a war with no public consent at all, primed this whole mess. It is the ultimate Trump reversal on a promise. I foresaw here, he would continue to scale up whatever misbehavior he was doing, until he found a wall he could not bull through, that would stand while he splattered against it. Fortunately it wasn’t nuclear war, world depression or some such. Yet.
It is wrenching, like driving on the freeway, shifting into reverse and suddenly letting the clutch out. He had no real plan other than quick easy victory in Iran. He has even less of a plan now. He’s just blowing hot air out his backside, in a worsened situation. At least maybe we have a path left back toward sanity. but again, my word for this whole landscape ahead is fractious. Hopefully it doesn’t go utterly fractal, while we try to patch something together.
For me, this shows the extreme arrogance of Trump as well as anything. Every President launches attacks against other countries who have done nothing to us. One of the many things that makes Trump so different is that he made no real attempt to sell the war to the American people. Bush/Cheney spent months selling the war on Iraq before going in, based solely on lies, but Trump didn’t even bother trying with Iran!
For weeks after Trump started the war, he gave no clear objectives of what he was trying to achieve. Finally, after months, when all the initial things he mentioned as important (regime change, stopping Iran’s support of the three Hs, eliminating their ability to attack other countries with ballistic missiles, turning over their enriched uranium, helping the ‘freedom fighters’ within Iran, etc) proved to be unachievable, he went with the narrative, repeated endlessly since, that “Iran must never be allowed to have a nuclear weapon”. Now, of course, they are far more likely to become a nuclear power than they ever were before.
This war cements Trump’s place as the dumbest and worst President in the history of the US, and that is really saying something.
Two more years…
Iran was foolish not to have gotten The Bomb when it could have.
The Americans and their buttbois and catamites respect only force.
The Obamas who make a deal cannot guarantee they won’t be superseded in 4 years by the Trumps who won’t, or who will undo any deal made. So the party in charge in the USA doesn’t matter to the outer world, because the belligerent rednecks will always come back.
What makes you think the democrats don’t want the war? They just want it done by the end of the year before they have to vote on it. Any democrat led investigation of the war will be headed by fully AIPAC sponsored Adam Smith.
As far as IRAN, which choice will the Saudis prefer – particularly Mohammed bin Salman, who was, according to the New York Times, “pushing Trump to continue war with Iran”.
How would lower oil prices affect their preferences and vice-versa?
And what do we get at the pump, including the effect on production/transportation cost, given the ongoing destruction of refineries in the Ukraine-Russia drone war?

Of the five talking points I think the first two are obvious to everyone at the table. I have no idea how you would establish number five. But the remaining items, three and four, are never going to see the light of day.
I think we have lost the option to prevent them from establishing nuclear weapons because we did lose this war and something must be conceited. I would accept Trump resigning
Trump resigning would be a reversal of his entire history. It would sure solve a lot of problems, even with a JD pardon. But I think he will bunker down to the last.
Absolutely. I never said resignation was likely but it’s probably a good path. Like the Ferengi say, “but there’s no profit in it.”
If Trump resigns, Miriam Adelson will sue for breach of contract!
Trump has already signed !
Just know this: If a Muslim follows the Quran fully he is a terrorist as Islam is a political cult that wants world domination much like the Nazies. They use religion as a cover for brainwashing and propaganda. History of West vs. Islam has facts as it’s basis.
If you oppose communists, natzies, dictatorships You will oppose Islam as well.
Most religions are cults, including yours.
No one ever had a problem with Islam to this extent until the Catholic Church made it one for the crusades. We’ve never recovered.
Tell that to the poor souls who had to jump from the World Trade Center due to the Islamist terrorists
Missing the point entirely.
Maybe mention it to the Israeli’s that undoubtedly at least knew about it. But what would be the point?
Zionists were dancing they were getting their Greater Isn’tReal Project going. Let’s all try to connect the dots.
History is not your strong point
Go back to the 14th century instead of just relying on the last 47 years. You might have picked up that I was referring to the crusades.
The Mid East and Jerusalem was a Christian area until the Muslim horde conquered it. The Crusades were an attempt to return it to Christian hands
Actually they were Roman pagans when the Muslim horde conquered it. You really don’t know anything about history
I’m totally irreligious and hostile to the very idea of religion as it is purely an instrument of control. But didn’t islam start this by conquering “christian” lands? Islam didn’t spread by leaving copies of the Koran in nightstands of inns or going door to door.
Islam arose from the fallout of the Roman empire and Mongols which were pagan. Christianity did too, that we all know.
The Christians also took over the French druids which we also consider pagans.
Basically all the bigger religions today don’t consider pagans to be in the same class so it’s okay. Yep, a little sarcasm there.
Nobody gets to cast the first stone.
funny how the muslims protected the jews from the crusaders. history is one big fuckaroo. my favorite subject after philosophy and anthropology.
The American people DISAGREE with your assessment voting in many Muslims across America and there’s nothing you can do about it, absolutely nothing.

I have worked with Muslim college students for 4+ decades, and never had a problem with any of them. The incidence of things like cheating or disruptiveness did not differ from other groups.
I think it is correct that minorities tend to be better-behaved when they have not reached a critical mass. To be fair, any minority might grow more loud and assertive past a certain concentration in, say, a classroom or community. I saw this with Chinese (PRC) students in the classroom. So yeah, there is some more abstract argument about immigration and birth rates. but that is a different argument from treating them individually everywhere as pariahs.
America’s founding concept was a more open society. I know, we are imperialistic white guys. But still, we added more tolerance. That has risks, yes, But it is very costly to give that up.
YOU were working with Muslim who do not practice their Quran teachings
You can’t spell “Nazis” but you’ve read the entire Quran? As in you’ve actually read it, with your eyes, not an AI summary or regurgitation from someone.
One could make the same argument about the Bible or the Talmud, the Bhagavat Gita or any one of a number of texts
It was bad enough with the Protestants and the Catholics and they have the same book. Watch out for those Episcopalians and Lutherans.
Religious persecution is so insanely stupid. It is only for the most fearful and uneducated.
How many Christians do you know who follow every rule in the old testament? Give it a rest, you sound like a moron and it’s embarrassing. Every religion has extremists and the senator elect from Michigan is not among them. In fact he’s far more religiously moderate than many of the Christian fundamentalists that maga has been vomiting up 🤮 lately.
Nobody follows the Old testament. There are bits and pieces that are Cherry picked but how can that in any way be considered the teachings of Christ when he doesn’t show up until the sequel?
This screed coming from someone who cannot spell “Nazi” correctly (twice, and both different misspellings I might add) is pretty much the perfect summary of how retarded you have to be to keep riding the Trump train.
It’s probably Bidens fault he can’t spell.
Or maybe the guy with the tan suit
Then something does not square with Mayorkas and Garland waiving them in like third base coaches.
You better review the history of your precious jews’ cooperation with Islam during the muslim conquest. It’s only after Israel was created that they discovered the need for christian soldiers.

Oh man, that statement made my day.
Yup, we’ve entered a whole new world of stock volatility. If the new sheriff in Texas starts chopping data centers then it’s over for the AI bubble too. It’s time to buy back those oil calls I sold. Then sell again when those Israel owned democrats approve more war funding. Rinse & repeat.
3-Star Mishelin award granted.
I wonder just how many data centers she ultimately chops.
Easy to talk tough on the campaign trail but once in office and the Tech Bros come visit with suitcases full of money it’s another thing entirely. One thing we know for sure, anything AI related is loaded up with trillions of dollars so whether they needed to give Abbot 10 million to look the other way or Hinojosa 20 million its just a rounding error.
Whenever you see the look of joy on the face of someone newly elected (state, federal etc) you know it’s because they know the just won the lottery and are about to be the recipient of LOTS of money.
Our country doesn’t know how to extricate itself from war. No president wants to be on the losing side, therefore continue until the next guy gets in office. Wash, rinse, repeat….
Trump will do it very quietly
Jesus, wake up. IT IS NOT ABOUT “WINNING” but only about MONEY. ALL of the narratives, such as “We do not want Iran to be a nuclear threat” is just a cover story. IRAN has no such intentions.
American Presidents feed their big suppliers of funny money: THE MIC!
YOU are Mistaken or a cultist
Given the massive military buildup in the middle east, it’s hard for me to buy that there will not be military action. I favor a complete withdrawal, that won’t happen either.
No one has to use the weapons. They have the choice to take them back home and put them back in storage
Where’s the money in that? Next you’ll be arguing for peace!
US is moving Combat SAR and Special Operators to Israel as we speak. Stirkes are imminient.
Sounds like a ground operation.
good be search and rescue teams for extractions.
idk the size of the forces.
Not so sure about this . . . Democrats are the Party of WAR . . . just look at History . . Maybe the IRANIAN Conflict ends but the UKRAINE Conflict is now being driven by EUROPE because without UKRAINE Europe is DEAD ! EUROPE badly needs UKRAINE’S Energy Resources and Agriculture. Its EUROPE’S future Bread Basket !
The democrats were the party of war in the 20th century, now both parties have blood on their hands. It must be a real thrill to send some poor kid to go die for his country.
CORRECTED:
“It must be VERY LUCRATIVE to send SPEND MONEY for ENDLESS WARS.”
Irak, Afghanistand, Iran – the three true wars America fought this century and all were started by Republican presidents. Ukraine was invaded by Russia, not by an American president of either side.
Let’s keep the facts straight.
Huh? The donorCRATs continued the war on Iraq and Afghanistan. 0-bama even bombed a fellow Nobel Prize winner in Afghanistan. He also aided the Saudis’ attack on Yemen.
Also, the donorCRATs destroyed Libya and turned it into a failed state with open slave markets. AND they engineered the 2014 coup in Ukraine that eventually led to the attack by Russia.
To pretend that either of these two parties is against war and for peace, is to choose to be obtuse.
Joe Biden withdraw from Afghanistan and took a lot of heat for it. If you can’t tell the difference between the parties in 2026, that’s a you problem.
Withdrew leaving to many expensive weapons behind.
He withdrew in such a chaos that he left the non-combat personnel exposed.
But he can be “excused” for that mistake, because the bastard was in a hurry to start the proxy war in Ukraine.
Cherry picking what fits into your argument does not help anything. But if your objective is to stay biased then you are fine, in your own black and white world of simplicity.
THE UNIPARTY IS THE PARTY OF WARS. COME ON, you are not that misinformed, right?
Ukraine is not a treasure trove of untapped resources. When I lived there, I worked with people who tried to line up interest in this.
No takers, and that before the war trashed infrastructure.
“Democrats are the Party of WAR . . . just look at History .”
So, Dubya was a democrat? Do tell.
The wars and empire are a bipartisan affair.
Dubya held that book upside down for plausible deniability, that is, he is in fact an innocent imbecile.
