Congratulations to Trump for Turning Texas Blue. No Mere Mortal Could.

I Congratulate President Trump for Major Victories Tonight

https://mishtalk.com/economics/i-congratulate-president-trump-for-major-victories-tonight/

Tonight was a major success for Trump. Let’s count the ways.

Trump’s Four Midterm Successes

  • Goal to get rid of Texas Senator Cornyn (primaried out): Success
  • Goal to get rid of Iowa Senator Joni Ernst (dropped out over feuds with Trump): Success
  • Goal to get rid of North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis (dropped out over feuds with Trump): Success
  • Gola to get rid of Maine Senator Sue Collins (frequent feuds): Success

I cheer MAGA and Trump for these four major successes, similar to the loss of four previous Senate seats (two in Georgia, one in Arizona, and one in Pennsylvania).

I encourage more MAGA successes to remove Senator Lisa Murkowski and Senator John Thune.

Primary them all. Go for it. Primary every Republican who has ever bucked the Lord Almighty Trump on anything.

I hope Scott Pressler and Mike Johnson lead the way. Go for it. Lead the way to blame Thune, not the Trump.

We must purge society of all non believers.

Trump Does the Impossible

Trump actually managed to turn Texas blue. No ordinary human being could accomplish that!

This is clear evidence Trump has supernatural 8 dimensional powers.

Since Trump is always right, turning Texas Blue must be right. There is no other logical conclusion.

Trump works in mysterious ways.

Congratulations are in order even if we do not fully understand the Mystery of Faith at the moment.

Praise be to Trump.

On the Serious Side

I am not cheering progressive wins.

Being anti-Trump is not the same as supporting socialism. While I cheer the ouster of anyone and everyone related to MAGA, I do not cheer socialist replacements.

Long term readers know I bash the party in power the hardest.

Hopefully, Republicans and Democrats learn something from this election. I have my doubts, but Democrats get a shot, not now, but possibly two years from now.

If Democrats turn full progressive lunatic, they will immediately get my ire. Meanwhile, we have two more years of Trump executive orders to deal with.

Election Calls

I am proud of how I called this election. I called Kansas and Texas for Democrats before most others.

Apologies for the miss on Iowa, but I did not see that Iowa poll by AtlasIntel before posting my final Senate call.

I have utmost respect for AtlasIntel. I posted my final results on the Senate, then that set of polls dropped.

Two Races Still Uncalled

There are two US Senate races remaining; Alaska and Mississippi.

They’ll decide whether Democrats have 54, 55, or 56 seats in the Senate.

I suspect these races may split. If so, not in the way I would have thought at the beginning of the night.

Anyway, here we are.

This campaign was a referendum on Trump just as I stated before any votes were counted.

For my live commentary, please see The Big Referendum on Trump’s Presidency Is Now Underway

We need credit those responsible for this compelling debacle. That’s precisely one person, President Trump.

Trump wanted the election to be a referendum on him.

Mission accomplished!

Addendum

I changed the title of this post. Here a Nice Tweet to reflect on.

Republican Party wiped out in Texas. The Zionist Mafia of Abbott, Paxton and dan Patrick wiped out. This carnage occurred throughout the Country. But Dems should be careful- Warmongers Biden, Harris, Hillary and others also served the Israeli lobby and their wars (not to mention the Gaza genocide) almost as faithfully as the Trump crowd. The Dems will blow it all if they continue their previous policies and allegiances. A Third party, or a newly constructed GOP lead by purged GOP leaders like Tucker Carlson, Thomas Massie, MTG, Candace and others can bring the GOP back if the Establishment Democrats betray the wishes of the Newly elected Democrat Party. No more wars, purge their own Epstein Democrats, end out of control immigration, ending extreme cancel culture, censorship and continuing to serve the interests of their own billionaire oligarchs over the people– If they go back to their old ways, they will give up their gains and lose in 2028. Of course if the GOP nominates Rubio or Vance or some other hack, then the Dems will get a free ride in 2028.

The newly elected Democrat Party is socialist. At this moment the mayor of L.A. is still undecided. KTLA web page currently has DSA Raman “edging ahead” of Bass.

The current Republican party is socialist also. Socialism for the rich. I was a Republican activist for 30 years in the Buchanan/Ron Paul mode. gave up on them 2 years into Trump’s first term. The establishment GOP supports crony capitalism. if you buy their rhetoric and propaganda and believe otherwise-you are a fool. Same for the democrats. Now the democrats have their chance to prove they are much better. I am not optimistic We’ll see.

Democrats should build a giant golden statute of Trump and place it front of the DNC headquarters- As I stated last week, Trump is the great destroyer of the republican Party. Trump now go home back to his roots- as a Democrat. That will obviously not be accepted by the Dems- but the truth is that Trump shrewdly orchestrated this GOP carnage. If the republicans do not learn from their mistakes and quickly purge the Party of Trump, Laura Loomer, Ben Shapiro, Mark Levine and others– it will only get worse for the GOP in 2028. I can’t wait to hear the analysis of this defeat from Tucker Carlson and Thomas Massie.

One of the centrist outgoing Republicans. They need a better and broader negotiable coalition. Thune, Massie are both names, certainly the types who could run a sustainable competitive party. Reality is somewhere in the middle – it is NOT always genuflection more to a party’s extreme on new issues and decisions.

They haven’t been living in the real world. IMHO. And working in the real world means having some aspects, policies that can serve the Majority of the People. The Populace you serve.

It’s their own fault for thinking all solutions should be laid at The Lie’n King’s feet. In doing so they acquiesced their Elected Fiduciary Duty to Their Constituents. Could have been workable perhaps longer if they weren’t worshipping what is really an idiot nut job.

Democrats campaigned on more government spending and more taxes. While there is still significant impedance to getting that accomplished on the federal level with the filibuster and veto, not so in many states. This will lead to even more fiscal imprudence and be potentially good for tangible assets. A head wind however will be bond vigilantes wanting compensation for potential loss of purchasing power on their capital invested in debt resulting in markets pushing up rates. The fed will likely follow. While I have believed for some time that a recession was coming, this election may accelerate its arrival.

Potentially the state that will see the most change is Texas. It has been very encouraging of data centers and business in general to include the wealthy. That will likely change significantly and Musk companies SpaceX, Tesla, and Neuralink, I believe in hindsight, may have concentrated to heavily in Texas.

Just fodder for some thought.

K1-12 public education, clean water, public health, old age insurance, old age medical care are all socialistic, promoting society over naked capitalism. Some other democracies for the benefit of society, their citizens, have health care for all, eliminating 3rd party insurance capitalist’s 20% profits and the gouging by big pharma capitalists. Without FDR’s socialism, building Grand Coulee Dam, and its electricity generation, B-29 aluminum production in the scale required, would have been nearly impossible. Without LBJ contributions, American society would be split further apart today. Without wars in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Iran driven in a large part by capitalists’ special interests in the war industry, oil industry, and in the 1917 arbitrary made-up Balfour state, the US would likely be deficit-less, have a positive cash flow, and have its current wartime powder very dry.

People are hurting, because politicians cater more to the capitalists’ election money (and probably Swiss bank account money) than the needs of the ordinary citizens. During recessions, a little socialism is exactly the remedy to prevent societal dissolution.

K-12 is now Marxist indoctrination, not education. Socialists aren’t interested in a little socialism. Klaus Schwab said to imagine it is 2030 and you own nothing. He had a bust of Lenin in his office. The wishful thinking on empires, is just that, wishful thinking. Empires rule. Empires clash.

As Coolidge said, the business of America is business. The DSA mayor of Seattle recently responded, “bye,” to businesses leaving Seattle. Apparently, some 24,000 jobs have been lost. Those people will be hurting. With an anti business climate, California has had the highest unemployment rate in the country. Hollywood is mostly a Democrat community, but the Democrat producers find it cheaper to produce TV and movies elsewhere these days.

Let’s get this straight now, everyone: THIS WAS PLANNED by “The Congressonal Leadership” AND TRUMPCO. This is as planned as the Brain-Dead Biden Presidency was – – with his handlers making decisions while we witnessed a CLEARLY DEMENTED BIDEN overseas – – Losing Focus – – and yet they even presented a BRAINED FOGGED CACKLING FOOL (Kamala) to their constituencies.

There is NO WAY this was not planned. This is what they WANT. THEY WANT US TO BELIEVE that they MEAN what they say when of course they do NOT.

NO ONE CAN BELIEVE that TRUMP lied his way through these two years and then have US believe that he is on an ISLAND OUT OF CONTROL and that NO ONE would do anything clearly to stop his BS (WAR IS ON/OFF with the resulting Trades flowing with the SEC saying that they cannot trace those bulk Futures shorts and longs).

Come on, now, folks. This is TOO extreme to NOT be planned.

To defeat the SS Gestapo bastards and win the entire country, they hatch a plan to send a Sherman tank column up the Alcan Highway to join up with the Airborne troops they’re going to drop into the NorthWest territory to take the final state: Alaska. Only, because they’re extremely smart liberal progressives, it all works. They brag, only braindead idiots thought it was A State Too Far. Lunatic rant. Trump/MAGA was too extreme. Killing citizens to deport a few illegal, going to war with a country that had never attacked us, implementing idiotic tariffs, weaponizing the entire government, massive graft and corruption, I can go on.

The country is about 1/3rd Republicans, 1/3 Democrats and 1/3 independents. In order to stay in power you have to build a moderate coalition with the independents. MAGA/Trump refused to do that. A choice that must end in massive defeat.

The reliance on individual bundling and independent expenditure arms has become the central focus again. In October 2026, AIPAC announced it would cease endorsing candidates and making direct PAC contributions, opting to pivot its strategy away from direct PAC engagement back toward mobilizing individual donors and steering funding exclusively through independent expenditure vehicles like the UDP

The United Democracy Project (UDP) is a super PAC affiliated with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Purpose: Founded in late 2021 by AIPAC, the UDP is an independent expenditure-only super PAC that raises and spends unlimited funds to support or oppose political candidates in U.S. elections—particularly focusing on congressional primaries.

Connection to AIPAC: While AIPAC historically operated without a super PAC, it created the UDP to help elect pro-Israel candidates from both the Democratic and Republican parties and to defeat critics of the U.S.–Israel alliance.

These ‘new’ democrats that you mention are unrecognizable as democrats by any historical measure. The founding fathers are now very worried about what is to become of their grand design.

As for Trump, he lost the election for his ticket when he told the Iranian patriots, “Help is on the way!” and then didn’t follow through. 50,000+ Iranian patriots were arrested and executed for wanting to get out from under the thumb of the regime and Trump just talked. Trump dodged Vietnam and it shows what he is made of. Had he followed through and removed the regime, he would be getting the Nobel Peace Prize for restoring Iran to its people. Time for age limits on the presidency- must be younger than 65 when you take office. Trump is now a very lame duck.

Whatever you read and watch, stop reading and watching it. That’s 100% bullshit. January was another CIA-attempted color revolution (after Bessent targeted their currency for collapse in December). The “protesters” were armed by the US and led by Mossad plants. Both of those facts were publicly proclaimed by former CIA Director Mike Pompeo – who always says the quiet part out loud. Around 300 police officers were shot dead by those “protesters” (US and Israel-sponsored agitators).

As for “removing the regime”, did you miss the tens of millions who came out in >100F heat for the funerals held for the Supreme Leader and his granddaughter who we murdered? Everything you think is wrong.

America could move a long way toward socialism and still be no where near socialist. Removing the parasites from healthcare (insurance companies, collections, billing, ect) would make healthcare more efficient. Taxing the top 1% at a progressive rate would not hurt anyone not even the 1% be taxed. Losing corporate welfare and limiting or eliminating lobbyist influence so the actual people are represented does not seem that bad does it really?

Its always worth taking a look (both sides need to police the other when they take power to at least keep the worst corruption under control).

The danger is spending too much time and money on witch hunts that don’t really benefit the general public but instead just make a bunch of lawyers rich at public expense.

In the case of Trump himself it’s probably essentially pointless and they know it since he can’t run again and will pull a Biden (both pardoning everyone and going the dementia route). But some of the others in power are definitely worth investigating.

The difference is that for 99.9% of the last 10000 years the ability to move to another area depended entirely on your ability to walk (or maybe ride if you could afford an animal) there. If you even knew how to get there or whether that new area was worth walking to.

In the last 100 years (0.1%) the ability to get somewhere else has been measured in hours, you no longer walked there and you knew whether or not it was worth going.

Trump should also be congratulated for saving Social Security – for all those here that love and want it so much.

By causing the Big Blue Wave, Trump brought in 1/3 of the current Senate (this year’s elected) as strongly Democrat. Those Senators will be there for six years when the Social Security Trust Fund is depleted. They will work to save that program.

Lukashenko also said that Trump should get the Nobel Peace Prize “even just for keeping Europeans from triggering a nuclear conflict.”

Democrats warned the Trump admin to brace for investigations. Robert Garcia, in line to lead the House Oversight Committee, issued a two-word statement: “Lawyer up.”

– I am proud of how I called this election. > You damn well should be! Nicely done, great foresight and Your sentence I liked best was this one: “If Democrats turn full progressive lunatic, they will immediately get my ire. You stand true to your word.

> I am shocked at Texas and Michigan specifically. I never thought Texas would go back in my lifetime, and the candidate to win Michigan is going to be very bad imo, for Michigan, if he gets his way. That will create more ire…

Thankfully Trump is now out of Politics for future offices, so we won’t have to deal with this fiasco again!!!

You shouldn’t be shocked; you should have listened to the people who told you what was happening. Instead you were dumb as a rock and incapable of learning. You were delusional enough to completely ignore the copious poll data that anyone could see. You’re dumb about the new senator from Michigan now and you will continue to not learn anything and be surprised as the world ignores your uninformed mental model.

“If Democrats turn full progressive lunatic, they will immediately get my ire. Meanwhile, we have two more years of Trump executive orders to deal with.”

Now that the drunken honeymoon orgy is over, it’s time to face reality. Dems, despite owning Congress and owning the repubs aren’t going to fix much of anything. I don’t think it’s a question of “if democrats turn full lunatic” it’s a question of when.

As I stated earlier, America voted for change last night but we’ll still likely get more money and warmongering for Israel above everything else. I await Oscar winning performances on feigning outrage, pretending to do something about anything and getting nothing done.

Lastly to MAGA: “Look at me, look at me, Libs are the captain now!”

Lol.

Without 60 Democratic Senators in the Senate to override a filibuster, the Democrats can’t change anything. The filibuster is what keeps America from making change, keeps the US a vassal of Israel, and ensures that no one in Congress can be held accountable.

Before all the bashing on both sides, lets celebrate that there was a free election and inspite of Trump’s efforts to suggest otherwise. Voters went to the polls. A lot of them. A big day for American democracy. And maybe each side will tone it down realizing that the public is a little tired of the culture wars, bombing wars and simply want lower prices and affordable healthcare. But it will last but a a day.

Fair point. And let’s look at the flip side – in 2024, we were duly and repeatedly assured that “democracy is on the ballot”, that if Harris were not elected, there would be no elections, or they would be a mere rubber stamp.

That clearly was not the case.

You buck the trend and call out things for what they are Mish. Hats off to you.
As for Trump, he is a self centred person. He will only look forward to being liked. He has no elections to win going forward. So he will play nice with the new congress and the senate. Pass the dreamers path to citizenship bill and other agendas democrats will demand as long as they keep him and his family free from prosecution.
As for the war mongers of the world, we have to wait and watch how many senators from Democrats will do a Joe Lieberman and switch sides.

Hopefully the Republicans won’t try to ram through the US-Israel Defense Technology Cooperative Initiative during the lame duck session. I’m sure Mike Johnson would if he could, I doubt Thune would. I would think those GOP House members who barely survived reelection would be reluctant vote for it.

The Nazis certainly were not the original ones, nor socialist. The original socialist parties wanted to create a worker’s paradise and then unify all countries into that. They abhorred nationalism as a tool for capitalists to keep the people from starting a class war.

Hitler’s twist was to combine socialist economical policies with a radical nationalist agenda (hence his party’s name, the National Socialist German Workers Party). “Nazi” is the shortened version by using the two first syllables only. Their main competitors in Weimar Republic were the Communists – essentially socialists but communists believed a revolution was needed to achieve the worker’s state. Socialists believe this can be achieved through democratic means.

Interestingly, Trump stole quite a few socialist ideas from the democrats, and combined them with a loud nationalistic approach to win in 2016. Quite like the original Nazi party did.

Hitler did not institute socialist policies in Germany. He forced private companies to work in the interests of the NAZI party however. He told companies they had to produce military equipment for example as well as hire more employees. On the upside, he also negotiated prices to keep them very profitable. By 1936, The German economy was completely free of the Great Depression and the their was full employment. The NAZIs put “socialism” in their name just to be cool. They were really state capitalist. More like modern China than Sweden.

LOL – No one is releasing the files. Dems could have released them anytime under Biden when they also held both houses during the first 2 years of his term but they didn’t.

We all know the reason why, lots of connected people in both parties are in there and even if they didn’t actually do anything, they don’t want the embarrassment.

As for him: ride the personality-cult and fake-sales-pitches roller coaster up, ride it down.
