Dear Border Czar Homan, Care to Explain Your Ice De-Escalation Lies?

It took just one day to see the truth.

Trump Continues to Defend Gestapo Tactics

ABC News reports Trump continues to defend Homan, Noem amid immigration enforcement backlash

President Donald Trump took to social media to show his support for two of his administration leaders amid the leadership shakeup following last week’s fatal shooting in Minneapolis.

The president praised the work of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who came under fire following the deaths of Minneapolis residents Alex Pretti and Renee Good at the hands of federal agents, and thanked Border Czar Tom Homan, who he sent to Minneapolis this week to smooth over boiling tensions.

Trump, who has backed Noem all of this week, lashed out at her critics in a social media post posted early Saturday.

“The Radical Left Lunatics, Insurrectionists, Agitators, and Thugs, are going after Kristi Noem, the Secretary of Homeland Security, because she is a woman, and has done a really GREAT JOB!,” he said.

That should tell you all you need to know. However, actions speak louder than words.

Shattered Skulls

Excuse me for asking Mr. Homan, but please explain fractured skulls.

Judge Orders Release of 5-Year-Old Boy

Excuse me for asking Mr. Homan, but please explain why this took a court order.

Mistakenly Kidnapped to Texas

Ooops. Our fault. You are free to go. In Texas. Without your papers that we stole. So, next time we arrest you you won’t have your papers.

Excuse me for asking Mr. Homan, but please explain that.

Excuse me for asking Mr. Homan, but please explain ice agents tackling a mother holding a 4-year-old child.

Another Rare Correct Opinion

Threat to Erase a Voice

Excuse me for asking Mr. Homan, but please justify this language.

Dear Mr. Homan. Where is your announcement on ending quotas? Where is the de-escalation?

Sign Language Is Resisting Arrest

ICE claims deaf man trying to communicate by sign language was “resisting arrest.”

That isn’t new, but it’s the first I have seen it.

The New Kinder, Gentler ICE

Identified

“The two federal immigration agents who fired on Minneapolis protester Alex Pretti are identified in government records as Border Patrol agent Jesus Ochoa and Customs and Border Protection officer Raymundo Gutierrez.

Hello Latinos …

Gestapo Goons Don’t Need Search Warrants

This is 100% without a doubt a violation of the constitution.

Dear Mr. Homan, until you address these issues and denounce Gestapo tactics you are a confirmed liar.

A Change In Tone?

I will concede there is a legitimate change in tone if and when Trump announces

1) No illegal searches
2) No racist profiling
3) Prosecution of ICE Murders
4) A change in plan to only look for those with criminal records
5) Three months from now points 1, 2,and 4 are still working

Otherwise, it’s just another lie.

Actions speak louder than words, as called in advance.

On January 26, 2026, I noted Trump Has “Good Call” with the Minnesota Governor; A Change in Tone?

Trump Will Consider Reducing Number of Federal Agents in Minnesota.

Trump said he is sending his border czar, Tom Homan, to Minnesota, signaling a potential change in immigration strategy.

Homan is a relative moderate compared to racists like Miller and Noem. But history shows that Trump always returns to Miller and Noem.

All the tumult could have been avoided if Biden hadn’t lied about congressional approval to halt illegal immigration. Holman has served multiple administrations. Holman has been very clear about his objective and will not TACO. He has stated his intention; peaceful protests are fine, but interference with arrests will not be tolerated. Protestors are free to choose deescalation in violence. Mish’s financial astuteness should have directed him to understand how the complex of NGO funded protestors influence opinions. Paid organized demonstrators, Antifa, and individuals with severe mental disorders manipulated for financial and political gain.

Right. Why do you think he lied? Nothing happens on accident, so what was the purpose?

Marjorie Taylor Greene is now saying Make America Great Again was all a big lie. One problem with a slogan like MAGA is that it all depends on whose version of a great America we are trying to return to.

Unfortunately it seems more and more likely America’s greatest days are in the rear-view mirror.

By 2030 when you have 80 million boomer socialists screaming and crying for more welfare socialism, you’ll be begging for illegal immigrants. Heck, watch the US government offer “relocation packages” that include a house, car, cell phone and cash to move.

Just wait and watch. 2030 is only 4 years away.

By 2030, the first year of the ‘boomer socialists’, born in 1946, will be 84 years old.
That generation of social security recipients will be dying off and relieving strain on the system.
Leadership leaving the border wide open will still be guilty of treason.
Biden, Harris, and their criminal friends should have been put on trial long before now.

yes, that’s the oldest ones, what about the youngest ones and all those in between? GenX is right behind those boomers too and the oldest millennials are now in their 40s.

None of this would be a problem if the younger generations were having kids but they’re not and they don’t want any. This is the core issue.

There will be an exponential human labor deficit. Maybe those magical robots and AI will do all the work in which case no worries but I doubt that happens in 4 to 8 years.

Without the labor to do the work, inflation will explode making today’s inflation look like a joke and “good times” when prices only went up 4% a year instead of 10% +

According to A.I., the average lifespan is only 78.6 years. The Social Security problem will, at least in part, be offset by old folks dying off in large numbers.
The problem of government promises and overspending is a separate one.
It would be nice to see a deficit hawk come to the White House.
But, of course, it’s much more likely, we will, as you say, live through some high inflation

So long as people are defending Trump’s most obvious crimes, our country will continue to slide towards the bottom of the barrel. The DOJ accidentally posted images in the Epstein dump last week that include references to how Trump would use his fingers to measure girls’ vulvas before auctioning them off for sex.

And MAGA voters are fine with this information being released, and Trump not being prosecuted. The DOJ removed those files 20 minutes later and now Trump will call them a left wing hoax and his stooge voters will think he owned the libs again. Because that’s apparently the important agenda for the USA.

There’s so much dishonesty about ICE and this whole issue. Immigration is racial, of course its solution will involve race.

Most complaints about the nature of illegal immigration enforcement by ICE or otherwise amount to nothing more that a covert demand that all immigration enforcement be stopped. Yeah no.

That is the problem. Maybe if the people complaining about ICE had been concerned about the PROBLEM 40 years ago, there wouldn’t be the issue now. But nope, they weren’t concerned. At all. That is the point.

The ‘left’ always demands ethics from those its hates, but never expects those ethics to be apply to themselves. At least you make Saul Alinsky proud. If that’s your thing.

Uh, no, it’s not dishonest to ask ICE to respect the Constitution. That isn’t a ‘covert demand that all immigration enforcement be stopped.’

It isn’t dishonest to ask law enforcement to NOT shoot people after they’ve been disarmed.

People HAVE been concerned about the problem. Many common-sense approaches have been proposed. I remember a year-and-a-half ago when even the Democrats joined with Republicans to pass a reasonable law — which Trump opposed, because he wanted it as an election issue!

You’ve been expertly manipulated by a TV conman, and you’re accusing people who aren’t liberals in any way of being wrong.

Republicans in general and Trump in particular will be punished severely in November.

You’ll see, but I predict you’ll still blame the wrong source due to your TWS.

Even George HW Bush admitted over 40 years ago that immigrants are a net positive. The GOP cares not to remember that inconvenient truth. But anyone who wants to know the truth can go back to GOP presidential debates and learn their party used to believe in many commonplace things the GOP now calls “communism and socialism”

I agree with nothing has been done in 40 years. But not who you blame. Congress has not passed any reform since regan tried to win votes in ca. congress sets laws. There have been times when dems been in charge times when rep been in charge and compromise at any point. Even now trump could ask congress to pass reform but they wont touch it.
I think most people are upset because laws are being broken in enforcement and its a slippery slope till its you or me.

No immigration is at its core not racial. Immigrants can be from the same racial and similar cultural background to the local population. I’m white, fit quite harmoniously with ‘white’ culture in the United States. But I have no legal immigration status in the US.

Though I won’t ignore an element of truth in your statement. Many immigrants are from different racial or cultural backgrounds. That was the case when the United states was forming 300-400 years ago. Not significantly different now.

I believe that high and unregulated immigration can often detrimental to the cultural harmony. Canada and Australia are good example of where extreme levels of high migration have had significant negative repercussion on the living standards of locals.

But in many cases that ship has sailed in the US. Grabbing people off the streets who have built their lives here, have families, friends and jobs isn’t a good response.

this s untrue. you are ignoring the article you are commenting on. The issue isn’t immigration enforcement, it’s violating the 4th amendment, it’s harassing US citizens based on skin color which is illegal, it’s tossing pepper balls into a car for no reason, and all the other things that are on VIDEO.

we can’t fix what happened over 40 years in one year. closing the border, and correctly enforcing immigration laws for the ones here would have significantly reduced the issue.
as usual Trump just makes enemies on issues he doesn’t have to. most Americans were not happy with the migrant caravan, migrants being put in hotels and wanted something done.

“Most complaints about the nature of illegal immigration enforcement by ICE or otherwise amount to nothing more that a covert demand that all immigration enforcement be stopped. Yeah no.”

This is the crux of the problem. It’s not even a political problem in the D vs R sense. It’s that there are mentally deranged people attacking LEOs.

The inconsistency in applying immigration law is fundamental to why we are here.

“Immigrants are obliged to respect with gratitude the material and spiritual heritage of the country that receives them, to obey its laws and to assist in carrying civic burdens.”

St Thomas Aquinas the Great Doctor of the Church and the foremost authority on immigration wrote in his masterpiece Summa Theologica that immigration should be looked at through the lens of prudence charity and the common good. Strangers should be treated with hospitality and nations have a right to regulate immigration to protect their citizens. He also noted that nations may restrict entry to maintain security and orderly assimilation. He distinguished between peaceful temporary travelers and those seeking permanent citizenship. The key is the common good.

There is a lot to unpack here from an amazing Saint.. I don’t claim to have the answers but this this is a pretty good guide.

Nowhere else to post this:

Melania Trump’s 75 million dollar “documentary” vanity project brought in 7 million this weekend at the box office. Of course, these bigly numbers were reported by Amazon studios to Boxofficemojo, which is owned by IMDb, which is owned by Amazon, which is owned by Jeff Bezos who paid 75 million for this, so there’s no reason to trust any of it.

ICE Buys Warehouse Network To Support Ramped Up Deportation Operations

The Trump administration is moving ahead with plans to convert 23 e-commerce warehouses across the country, primarily in the eastern U.S., into a large-scale network of immigration detention centers aimed at expanding capacity to fulfill the mandate the American people gave President Trump to deport more than one million illegal aliens per year and restore national security. This comes after the Biden-Harris globalist regime collapsed borders and allowed a nation-killing invasion of ten million or more third-worlders.

Bloomberg reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s rapid move to build out a network of warehouses is being fueled by $45 billion from the signature “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.” This includes the most recent purchases of a warehouse in Hagerstown, Maryland, and another in Surprise, Arizona, totaling $172 million. A third in El Paso, Texas, will be one of the largest of its kind, with 8,500 beds.

If it’s pay to play apparently no one ponying up except to fund agitators & obstructionist legal observers.

Reports indicate that in September 2024, Tom Homan, currently a top border official in the Trump administration, was involved in a federal investigation where he allegedly accepted \(\$50,000\) in cash from undercover FBI agents. The sting involved agents posing as business executives seeking to secure government contracts. Homan has denied wrongdoing, and the case was later closed by the Trump administration.

Key details regarding the allegations include: The Sting Operation: FBI agents recorded Homan receiving the cash in a restaurant takeout bag in September 2024, prior to his formal appointment in the second Trump administration.Allegations of Influence: The undercover agents claimed Homan offered to help steer immigration-related government contracts to their oompanies.

Defense and Denials: Homan and White House officials have denied the allegations, with spokesperson Karoline Leavitt claiming Homan “did absolutely nothing wrong” and characterizing the operation as an entrapment attempt. Homan has stated he did not take the money.

Investigation Closure: The investigation was closed in early 2025 by the Trump-Vance administration, with officials citing insufficient evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

Political Controversy: Following reports in September 2025, House Judiciary Democrats have demanded that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI release recordings and documents related to the case.
