Dr. Fauci and Biden are Medical Hypocrites and a Political Disgrace

No Tests for Illegal Immigrants

On September 20, the White House Defends Not Requiring Negative COVID Tests From Illegal Migrants.

The rationale is an amazing political lie. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said the refugees are “not intending to stay here for a lengthy period of time.”

What?!!

Reporters pressed Psaki as to why there are so many steps pertaining to COVID-19 when flying into the country, such as providing vaccination proof or a negative COVID-19 test, but seemingly none for those who walk across the border.

The intention is for them to be quarantined. That is our process, they’re not intending to stay here for a lengthy period of time, I don’t think it’s the same thing. It’s not the same thing,” responded Psaki.

Mandatory Vaccinations or Tests for US Citizens

On November 4, the White House Fact Sheet announced Details of Two Major Vaccination Policies

First, the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is announcing the details of a requirement for employers with 100 or more employees to ensure each of their workers is fully vaccinated or tests for COVID-19 on at least a weekly basis. The OSHA rule will also require that these employers provide paid-time for employees to get vaccinated, and ensure all unvaccinated workers wear a face mask in the workplace. OSHA has a strong 50-year record of requiring employers to take common sense actions to prevent workers from getting sick or injured on the job. This rule will cover 84 million employees.

Second, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) at the Department of Health and Human Services is announcing the details of its requirement that health care workers at facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid are fully vaccinated. The rule applies to more than 17 million workers at approximately 76,000 health care facilities, including hospitals and long-term care facilities.

Three Point Synopsis

  1. There are no tests or vaccination requirements for illegal immigrants because “they’re not intending to stay here for a lengthy period of time.”
  2. 84 million US citizens must be fully vaccinated or have weekly tests for COVID-19.
  3. Point 2 is selective. It only applies to businesses of 100 or more people.

The 5th circuit appeals court blasted the policy for numerous reasons.

Summation of Key Terms Used by the Court

  • “Fatally flawed”
  • “One-size-fits-all sledgehammer”
  • The “one-size-fits-all Mandate” is simultaneously overinclusive and “underinclusive”
  • “Immense complexity”
  • “It regulates noneconomic inactivity that falls squarely within the States’ police power”
  • “True purpose is not to enhance workplace safety, but instead to ramp up vaccine uptake by any means necessary.”

Biden Doubles Down on Vaccine Mandate With Another Circuit Court

Did that stop Biden?

Of course not. Due to a number of state challenges to the policy the cases were consolidated and moved to the 6th circuit court of appeals.

Biden could have and should have backed down. Instead, Biden Doubles Down on Vaccine Mandate With Another Circuit Court.

Omicron Will Spread Anyway

Please note that when Asked about border COVID cases, Fauci says Omicron likely to spread anyway

Asked about concerns of Omicron spread amid a slew of COVID-19 cases among migrants at the southern border. Dr. Anthony Fauci said Friday that the variant was likely to spread in the country “no matter what.”

Fauci, President Biden’s chief medical adviser, was grilled by Fox News host Neil Cavuto about reports that said 18 percent of migrant families and 20 percent of unaccompanied minors tested positive for the coronavirus.

“I think given what we know about the transmissibility and a likely transmissibility advantage of Omicron … once it gets in there, it will likely, under the radar screen, be spreading no matter what you do to keep people out or not,” Fauci said during the rare appearance on the cable news channel.

Cavuto estimated that the percent of those infected could mean about 4,000 people infected in encampments if the overall number of migrants at the border crossing is about 20,000 people. If those numbers are the case, the host argued, wouldn’t that undo any efforts to curb the spread of the virus at US airports?

Fauci said he believed that would be a “moot point” as more cases are confirmed. There are now 13 states that have confirmed cases of the Omicron variant.

“You know, Neil, I don’t have an easy answer for that,” Fauci said. “I mean obviously Title 42 is still operable at the border, trying to keep people who should not come in into the country. There is testing that is done — I’m certain it’s not as extensive as we would like to see — but I have to admit, Neil, I don’t have an easy answer that’s a very difficult problem.”

Africa Travel Ban

Also note that Fauci says Biden travel ban on African countries should be rolled back ‘as quickly as possible’

“We did not know it was in other countries at the time of the ban. It looked like it was just in South Africa,” Fauci said. “But right now, you’re right, it is out there, so it’s going to spread no matter what. So that’s the reason why I would feel that, hopefully, we can pull back on that ban as quickly as possible.”

Still, Fauci maintained that if a ban had not been instituted, people would have been upset and “crucified” the administration for its inaction.

In less than a week, Fauci was against the ban, promoted the ban, and is now against the ban, all for political, not medical reasons.

About Title 42

Bizarro Policy Problem

Fauci is now leaning on Title 42, but Biden vowed to kill that permanently. It’s in play because the Supreme court reinstated it over Biden’s wishes.

And despite the Supreme Court having the final say, Biden still proposes fighting the ruling.

For discussion, please consider Biden Restarts Trump’s Stay in Mexico Program Despite Calling it Dangerous and Inhumane

This conflicting hypocritical madness is on top of admitted Fauci lies where he flip flopped on the use of masks and travel bans.

Is it any wonder mistrust is high?

In a 2020 campaign pledge, Biden promised the nation he would get Covid-19 under control. Yet, despite a trillion in fiscal stimulus (creating an inflationary labor shortage in its wake), mask mandates, vaccine mandates and more restrictions with every surge, here we are.

Yes, Dr. Fauci it’s “a very difficult problem” compounded by lies, ineptitude, conflicting statements and “one-size-fits-all sledgehammer” Bizarro World policies some of which are unconstitutional.

Maybe if we didn’t have so many paranoid delusional anti-vaxxers we could have gotten this under control.  Is it Biden’s fault, or the fault of the 100 million dolts that refuse to protect themselves or anyone else from this disease?

Mish your claim that this is some kind of failure to communicate on the part of Fauci and Biden beg the question why 2/3 of the country is having no problem understanding the risk, and getting vaccinated.
We have an intransigent minority in this country that is either too politically blinkered or too scientifically ignorant (or some toxic combination) to do the common sense thing and get inoculated against the disease. Tiresome, reflexive anti-government rants do nothing to alter the course of  that basic driver of needless death in the USA. 300+ are dying monthly in your tiny state every month now from an easily preventable illness.  Your pandering here is offensive, frankly.

I think one of the points is they chose the authoritarian route which hardened peoples views against it.  “I would get a vaccine, but if Donald Trump says get the vaccine, I’m not getting the vaccine”.  Just substitute the name Joe Biden for Donald Trump.
And does you comment indicate you support forcing people to become vaccinated against their will?
If so, I would ask you a question.  If the vaccines are effective, what threat do unvaccinated people pose to vaccinated people?  If it is not effective, why is it being mandated?

Steve Kirsch: “Basically, the system is set up so that only proprietary drugs that can kill you are approved.

So I wasted a lot of time and millions of dollars on proving that
fluvoxamine works against COVID. I was right it does work. But Fauci is
only going to allow a big Pharma solution to be adopted. Doctors do not
follow the science. They follow what the NIH says. I should have known
better. All these scientists had promised me “once it is proven in Phase
3 trials, everyone will adopt it.” That was a big fat lie. I fell for
it. I won’t be so naïve the next time.

Note: I didn’t used to be so cynical, but there is simply no other
rational explanation for this. This isn’t about science. This isn’t
about saving lives. This is about profits and big pharma. Get it? I

Dr. Zelenko noted in his interview, that Remdesivir causes kidney damage in 15% and liver damage in 23%.
It failed on safety.
Molnupravir was approved by an FDA advisory panel on a 13 to 10 vote. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. It is a mutagenic, which some scientists have concern over. But the FDA did approve an Alzheimer’s drug, which 10 of 11 advisory committee members said, did not work. So Molnupravir will likely get the rubber stamp of approval. It is just a formality, with the advisory panel approval.

Also we should  admit that Fauci after almost two years of covid just hasn’t done a good job. He didn’t see it coming, his recommendations didn’t work or were unworkable to begin with and his messaging was inconsistent. The part that worked, the development of the vaccines, he and the organization that he heads had no role at all and were kept carefully apart. Why is he still there?

Fauci is precisely the wrong person at the wrong time.  He is a prime example of the worst aspects of western medicine.  Reductionist, linear thinking.  A one-trick pony (vaccine, vaccine, vaccine).  Magic bullet thinking.  When of course the correct approach in a pandemic where hundreds of thousands are dying is an ALL OF THE ABOVE approach.  Instead he has actively PREVENTED outpatient treatment with potentially useful existing drugs that are extremely safe (so possible upside, and no downside).  It is the convention for doctors to be able to prescribe approved drugs for off-label use.  But Fausi has led the medical establishment to actually PREVENT that for COVID.  How many lives would have been saved?  Who knows.  My own opinion is about half of all those who died would be alive but for Fauci.
There is of course a legislative reason for this problem.  21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 – Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies.  Which explicitly states that EUA cannot be done if there are existing effective drugs.  Of course that threatens the $300 billion payday for Pfizer and Moderna and J&J.  Fauci could have asked Congress to pass a law lifting that prohibition for the duration of the current pandemic.  Has he ever done so?  No he has not.  It is about the money.  Which makes it a Crime Against Humanity.  Fauci is essentially a mass murderer.

There are
too many strange things going on with Fauci for me to have confidence in him
and what he says. First he is 80+ years old and I wonder why at that age is he
still working there? He spends most of his time on TV interviews leaving him
very little time for real work. His switching gain-of-function research to
China in order to escape Obama’s moratorium on that type of research is very
troubling. He is past his expiration date yet he still hangs on as if his life
depends on it and that well might be the case. Certainly a younger more vigorous
person would be a better choice than Fauci for this very important position.

The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health (Children’s Health Defense)
by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
4.9 out of 5 stars    1,549 ratings
Amazon Charts #1 this week
#1 on AMAZON, and a NEW YORK TIMES, WALL STREET JOURNAL, and USA TODAY NATIONAL BESTSELLER
Pharma-funded mainstream media has convinced millions of Americans that Dr. Anthony Fauci is a hero. He is anything but.
As director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Dr. Anthony Fauci dispenses $6.1 billion in annual taxpayer-provided funding for scientific research, allowing him to dictate the subject, content, and outcome of scientific health research across the globe. Fauci uses the financial clout at his disposal to wield extraordinary influence over hospitals, universities, journals, and thousands of influential doctors and scientists—whose careers and institutions he has the power to ruin, advance, or reward.
During more than a year of painstaking and meticulous research, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. unearthed a shocking story that obliterates media spin on Dr. Fauci . . . and that will alarm every American—Democrat or Republican—who cares about democracy, our Constitution, and the future of our children’s health.
The Real Anthony Fauci reveals how “America’s Doctor” launched his career during the early AIDS crisis by partnering with pharmaceutical companies to sabotage safe and effective off-patent therapeutic treatments for AIDS. Fauci orchestrated fraudulent studies, and then pressured US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulators into approving a deadly chemotherapy treatment he had good reason to know was worthless against AIDS. Fauci repeatedly violated federal laws to allow his Pharma partners to use impoverished and dark-skinned children as lab rats in deadly experiments with toxic AIDS and cancer chemotherapies.
In early 2000, Fauci shook hands with Bill Gates in the library of Gates’ $147 million Seattle mansion, cementing a partnership that would aim to control an increasingly profitable $60 billion global vaccine enterprise with unlimited growth potential. Through funding leverage and carefully cultivated personal relationships with heads of state and leading media and social media institutions, the Pharma-Fauci-Gates alliance exercises dominion over global health policy.
The Real Anthony Fauci details how Fauci, Gates, and their cohorts use their control of media outlets, scientific journals, key government and quasi-governmental agencies, global intelligence agencies, and influential scientists and physicians to flood the public with fearful propaganda about COVID-19 virulence and pathogenesis, and to muzzle debate and ruthlessly censor dissent.

Within a month the whole world will test positive for covid because the Robot Action Figure strain is so contagious that everyone will get it. It will be hard to differentiate from all other strains with simple testing. All testing will be considered moot because everyone will test positive. The charade is over. The concern for the disease will magically disappear, but the damage done to the economy and society will linger for years. Speculative gains will be tested, and the lack of real economic growth will become apparent.

Interesting that it took less than a fortnight to go from it’s in 1 country to shrugging shoulders and saying it’s pretty much everywhere or will be soon.
Look back to the autumn of 2019 (consensus for the start of all this) and the lockdowns in 2020, some 6+ months later, should be clearly seen as moves that could never meet their stated objectives and were/are quite plainly authoritarian actions to condition the populations.  Too many people won’t question the historical narrative of this episode and won’t think twice when told to do it again.

The border infiltration versus flying into the states is highlighting one of the major problems facing the USA. We are punishing all the law abiding citizens and fail to realize that the criminals are going to break the law anyway. So all of us regular Joes are starting to get pretty tired of all the hoops we have to jump through, all the rights we loose and really does not improve anything noticeably.

Concerning the testing, PCR isn’t a diagnostic technique in the first place and infected (and uninfected) individuals aren’t being properly identified to this day.  No matter how many times someone writes that it is the ‘gold standard’, it isn’t.  It was a technique to multiply a segment of genetic material, not an entire genome.  The cycle threshold is an important variable that has been misused in many parts of the world, like in the U.S. where it is rarely given with the results.  How differently would things be if there were a widely-available diagnostic test?

Protection lessens after 6 months, it doesn’t end. That’s why ICU’s are overwhelmingly populated by the unvaccinated now. And infection also offers waning protection after 6 months, but carries a risk of death something like 1,000,000 times greater than getting vaccinated.

As far as the Covid-19 vaccines are concerned, we don’t know jack about them. All we know is the propaganda campaign which surrounds them. Trust us, they are safe and effective. People receiving the Covax are not given informed consent. They don’t want people to make an informed decision. Submission to authority- the Milgram experiment.
Pfizer withheld the fact that Maddie De Garay was paralyzed just after her second shot. The FDA wants to slow walk the over 300,000 pages of Pfizer data at a rate of 500 pages a month. The CDC stopped accumulating breakthrough infection data after April, 2020. OSHA said employers don’t have to report work related vaccine injuries. Move along, there is nothing to see here and pay no attention to VAERS.
“12/03/21: Of the 8,986 U.S. deaths reported as of Nov. 26, 20% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 26% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 61% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.”

“In less than a week, Fauci was against the ban, promoted the ban, and is now against the ban, all for political, not medical reasons.”
It has been political/financial reasons all along. I was watching an interview of Dr. Zelenko yesterday. He noted the fake meta study that was published in Lancet, as well as the sabotaged Oxford Study, where participants were given a toxic dose of HCQ.
Zelenko said he treated 1,000 high risk Covid-19 patients and only 3 died. He said he had an 84% reduction in hospitalization and death.
HCQ/zinc/Zpac had efficacy against Covid-19. It didn’t even need an EUA. HCQ was an FDA approved drug. The EUA was placed on it in order to block from being used as an early treatment therapy, when it was most effective.
Hundreds of thousands of people in the U.S. died because they were obstructed from early intervention, not simply because they had Covid-19. Covid-19 was largely treatable by April, 2020.

Fauci then recommended 2 masks. Pretty sure the masks only work if air flows through them. Wearing 2 masks doesn’t double the effectiveness. Rather it creates a virus nozzle because the air shoots around the masks at high speed instead of going through the mask.

It depends. Some medical schools have an MD-PhD program where at the end of med school you do a lightweight Master’s thesis that gets you the PhD part of the degree. Takes a year to 18 months, as opposed to the seven years a real PhD does. This kind of BS actually does real harm. I’ve done a lot of medical research (PhD in Physics) and most MDs in research think the PhD part of the MD is the equivalent to a real PhD. This is a real problem in research since your cogent argument for the validity or direction of research projects, which frankly, MDs know nothing about, counts for less than nothing. It’s a real schizoid thing aside from the bogus PhD tag. All the MDs tell you sophomore physics was the hardest class they ever had. So, they know you’re smarter than they are. Of course, since they’re MDs they know by definition they have to be smarter than you are. It’s entertaining to see the doublethink churning.
I wil say, the best MDs in practice and in research are not a problem, even if they do have the MD-PhD. They don’t require the ego trip and respect the knowledge of the people they work with. It’s the second rate types which are a pain and a hazard.
Of course, a few MDs do have real PhDs. If you want to hear some very blunt opinions on Hallmark Holiday types of degrees just get a few beers in them and bring the MD PhD nonsense up.

I’d say med schools aren’t really academia, which takes the PhD degree extremely seriously.

OT: If I had a physics question, is there a forum to ask?

Physics Stack Exchange is rather technical. Physicsforum might be good. Usually, if you google a physics questions you’ll often get some reasonable answers. That would probably be more productive than searching through any of the online discussion groups. If you’re OK with posting your question here I can look around and see what I turn up.

I do not understand at all this willingness to allow injection of foreign matter into the body.  But people blindly line up for the flu shot each year and now for this Blood Clot Shot.  Such blind trust in a big government that, in the immortal words of George Carlin, doesn’t give a fvck about you.
