Trump Doubles Down, Appoints White Supremist Stephen Miller to Chief of Staff

Stephen Miller, the architect of Trump’s ICE Gestapo tactics, is the new Chief of Staff.

Trump Names Stephen Miller His New Chief of Staff

The Wall Street Journal reports Trump Names Stephen Miller His New Chief of Staff.

President Trump said on Friday that longtime adviser Stephen Miller would become his chief of staff, replacing Susie Wiles after Republicans suffered far-reaching losses in this week’s midterm election.

In a Truth Social post, Trump called Miller one of his most trusted advisers and said he would be starting in the new role on Monday. Wiles, who has served as chief of staff since the beginning of his second term, will move to the president’s political operation, Trump said.

Trump Doubles Down

The New York Times reports Stephen Miller to Replace Susie Wiles as Trump’s Chief of Staff

Stephen Miller, a deputy chief of staff, has been the architect of some of the most radical domestic policies in Trump’s second term, particularly on immigration. He has also served as a fiery surrogate for the president’s most divisive moves. Earlier this year, as Trump publicly toyed with the idea of invading Greenland, Miller laid out a vision of American imperialism in which the United States could freely overthrow national governments and take foreign territory and resources so long as it was deemed in the national interest.

Miller has also echoed Trump’s effort to undermine the legitimacy of the federal judiciary. When judges blocked the president’s tariffs last year, Miller attacked the decision as a “judicial coup” on social media. He has also attacked other judges scrutinizing Trump administration policies as Marxists and “crazy” communists.

Bill Pulte, the administration’s finance housing chairman who Wiles allies believed was undermining her with the president, was quick to praise Miller as the new choice. “Congratulations to my dear friend and colleague, Stephen Miller, on your promotion to Chief of Staff,” Pullte wrote on social media. “I can’t wait to work with you!”

One of the disconnects right now is that the Republican midterm losses were a decisive rebuke of the president and his actions in office. But Trump has two years left of the term, and putting in Miller — who is deeply ideological and also the most powerful policy staffer in the modern history of the presidency — is doubling down on Trump’s agenda, not switching course.

Expect a Backlash

Trump just handed the policy reins to a white supremacist.

But expect a backlash at the state level.

Democrats have the Governorships of Texas, Kansas, Ohio, and Iowa. There will be huge pushbacks.

I will have much more to say on this in a bit, in a post already written for this weekend.

Some Stephen Miller (“SM”) color.
I heard a story about his early selfrighteous selfserving ways in college. Other kids didn’t like him b/e he did things like throw waded up paper on the floor, instead of tossing it in the trash.
He said “We hire janitors, thats what their for”.

Great, we got an erogant racist nerd prick as Chief of Staff. Trump’s ignorant arrogance likely going to the next level.

We can only hope th old adidge holds “give them enough rope and they’ll hang themself”. Take all the rope you need Trump. Leave enough slack that it can be tossed over a high branch.

It was once a bigger, more convivial tent. Marjorie Taylor Green, Lauren Boebert, Tucker Carlson, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem …, this whole menagerie. Now they are hanging the capitulators, and closing the blast doors. I’ll bet the vibe will be really fun in there.

As a representative of the white race, Stephen Miller is sorely lacking. He’s basically an incell in a $5000 suit.

Having been crucial in helping Trump destroy his own presidency, Swampy Susie Wiles will continue her work elsewhere – her work being to maneuver Marco Rubio into getting the 2028 GOP nomination. It’s doubtful any GOP candidate will be able to win the presidency in 2028, but Rubio has zero chance – on account of being a bought & paid-for Israel and Deep State shill and neocon warmongering POS.

The one area where ex-2024 Trump voters still approve of Trump is on the border and even most of the deportation efforts (although they would like the killing kept down to a bare minimum). In that respect, Miller would be OK with those voters. His allegiance to Israel is problematic, though. Also, apparently some people do not find him endearing.

Given the sheer ineffectiveness of Stephen Miller’s ICE gestapo strategy, expect more stupidity and ineffectiveness over the next 2 years.

I expect a bunch of rats to jump off the Trumptanic over the next few months though, at least the smartest of the dumb rats on the ship. The really dumb ones will drown with cap’n crunch.

Can’t say I’m shocked. All Trump seems capable of is finding new rakes to step on. At this rate I wouldn’t even be shocked if there had to be a truth and reconciliation commission just to unwind all of the crime and corruption.

Oh, and we know he’ll go down swinging like an idiot. Because really, why not double down some more? Double down into a civil war? The sky’s the limit when your name is double down Donald, so why not have some fun before it crumbles!

In the next 2-3 elections cycles, there will be no more moderates (aka pragmatics/practical) running for office. Trump and DSA will have vaporized them all from holding office. Our politics have been taken over by “all or none” extremists. These extremist are the exact same, just on the opposite side of the coin…tails we lose…heads we lose.

democracy works. the nazi like empire has Goebbels doppleganger in charge of the high command office. amerika has been on a worldwide rampage much worse than old adolph lasted. he was a flash in the pan compared to the amerikan voters.

The world repudiated this point of view (in its more extreme versions), and now much more of the USA has. (This does not erase a sizable and serious public concern about border and immigration enforcement: let’s not go overboard the other way.)

But Trump is flailing and hurling more venom and blame. This will be interestingly ludicrous. Reichsmarschall Miller at the bunker door, the new Trump whisperer all day!

As a white Christian citizen, I resent the implication that he considers my class as supreme or privileged. I don’t think he even considers the remaining white MAGA fools as a privileged group-even the dumb, misguided evangelical “Christian” Zionists. He represents a very small group of elitists. He may claim to speak for white people, but I reject any such claim. Is he a racist? Most likely. He is a despicable human being. Clearly Trump, by this appointment, has not learned his lesson from his devastating defeat and rejection by the American people-including principled Republicans, most of whom abandoned him.

He’s definitely a skin-head. Probably wears jackboots with a swastika tattooed on his neck. Member of the Aryan Brotherhood?

As the advocates for continuing to use Ukrainian conscripts to fight Russia say of Zelenskyy “but he can’t be a NAZI … he’s Jewish!”

I’m no expert on Stephen Miller, though I have on occasion found some intelligence in his words–though strongly disagreeing with his Neocon bent. But when you slander someone as “a white supremist”, it is incumbent on you to provide some evidence to support it.

Name calling to render someone a non-person without specifying their sin… is that really what you want to do?

TDS and White Supremist name calling may be related to emotion rather than reason
Where has Stephen Miller been a White Supremacist—perhaps in calling out illegal immigration by undesirable gang members and criminals?

There is plenty of evidence of Stephen Miller’s racism out there…if you want to look for it, you will find it. He is like George Wallace and Bull Connor rolled into one, only Republican.

Possibly, but you need to give credit where credit is due. Since January-2025, S&P is up 22% and the DJIA is up 17%

I called South Carolina flipping early this year so I’m feeling confident enough say that I don’t see him leaving office under normal circumstances. He likely keeps screwing up until what’s left of his party throws him under a bus. Either that or he tries to declare martial law in a drugged out fit and the military has to drag him out of office.
