Iran Reiterates Peace Demands, Trump Caught Lying About Negotiations Again

Allies know nothing of Trump’s statements yesterday. Meanwhile, note bond yield breakout.

Garbage Proposal Revisited

Yesterday’s Lies Exposed

How Many Days Does Iran Have?

Who’s Begging for Deal?

Circular BS

Iran is not begging for a deal. Trump is, sort of. It’s circular BS for going on two months.

Trump keeps making demands without offering anything. And Iran has no reason to believe what the world’s biggest liar says anyway.

“Find out soon” has been Trump’s constant message for weeks.

The ceasefire between the United States and Iran h began on April 8. It has been extended indefinitely by President Trump. Originally a two-week agreement, it was extended to allow for continued negotiations, though it remains on “life support” due to ongoing violations and tensions in the region.

It’s been on life support for weeks, And yesterday Trump cited progress on a deal. He has cited progress for weeks.

There Are No Miracles

Iran is used to this bluff.

Trump is afraid of war actually. He’s also afraid of a deal that makes him look weak.

So Trump sits paralyzed as the price of oil and bond yields soar.

Paralysis in Trump’s words.

Trump cannot even make up his mind now (not that he was ever believable).

Wait a second. In a matter of hours, two or three days (or whatever) is now “soon” whatever the hell that means.

Is this strategic ambiguity or strategic stupidity?

In case you missed it, please see Lacy Hunt, a Bond Bull for 44 Years, Now Forecasts Higher Inflation

“I did not have this on my bingo card,” quipped John Mauldin.

Also note Trump Rages at the Media Because He Has No Solution for Iran

Credit Jim Bianco at Bianco Research for the best analysis of the day.

For good measure, please consider Ground Beef Soars to $6.90 per Pound. Trump Has No Winning Actions

Trump is boxed in on agriculture and the War in Iran.

But that’s OK because it’s a small price to pay to prevent Iran from getting what we already said we prevented.

This is not sustainable. Seeing as no one in the US has the balls to halt this nonsense, someone either jointly or severally, are going to have to step in and do something. China, Russia, et al.

Now that Massie has lost his primary, Trump’s belief that Republicans are behind him on Iran will be reinforced. He’ll listen even more closely to the neocons and Israel lobby and launch new attacks on Iran. More cowbell. $8 gas here we come.

Trump has no off ramp and save face. He has no options but leave W. Asia with the Eagle’s feathers pulled and its talons clipped.

He embarrassed the US in China. Xi said no to his beggar bowl entreaties.

Every 21st president has told BiBi no about directly attacking Iran including incurios George.

Iran has won

The US has lost.

Trump has no allies except genocidal Israel.

What Republican can tell the emperor he has no clothes? None to his face.

Despite the Roberts Court gutting the Voting Rights Act by ignoring the amended 1982 Sec 2 of said act , the GOP will lose the House and the Senate this fall. How? The same way the Dems lost in 2020 -INFLATION.

The GCC except the UAE has dumped Trump. Europe has dumped Trump.

How long before the US plutocrats do the same?

It’s seriously too late. November electrions are months away and then so what? It’ll be another two months until anthing happens. At the rate the crime family is pillaging the US treasury there may literally be 0 dollars left! (Don’t believe me? $i.7 billion gone in what 3 days?)I don’t know what it will take to wake people up but it is going to most likely be something catastrophic. Trump doesn’t really care about America, only enriching himself. I am guessing we pay a steep, steep price.

My bet is that Trump does nothing until either Israel or some other agent forces his hand. He knows he holds the losing hand and has no good moves left so he is effectively paralyzed until someone or something forces him to act. Israel would appear to be the most likely to force an outcome.

It amazes me that he is still in office. The daily lying from the supposedly most important individual on the planet. Meanwhile his self dealing and outright corruption is on display – stock trading, cronyism, scams (crypto, phones, bibles etc) and absolute disregard for the law or any institution should rule him unfit. But instead the American public laps it up and says it’s better than the brown woman with the annoying laugh.

They’ll never invoke the 25th, Democrats are useless and won’t impeach and if they do the Senate won’t convict. Republicans are totally corrupt and are on their knees. That leaves an American super patriot or group who will reach the end of their patience and save the USA…..maybe. I have said it before and it is worth stating again and again, Donald Trump has always gaslighted the press, his vendors, his employees, his banks, and of course his wives. Those who put him in office had to know that this is just who he is and that given the most powerful office in the world, he will gaslight voters, citizens, judges, politicians, diplomats, allies, and foes. He is unable to go toe to toe with anyone and play by the normal rules of negotiation. He only knows how to gaslight, threaten, and blackmail in order to get the person on the other side to capitulate. There is no such thing as win/win or even lose/lose, there is only win/lose and he will do anything to be seen as the winner, even if he has to recreate history in his mind and gaslight anyone who will listen to him to cast himself as the winner, in spite of actually being the loser.

He keep doing this and even become more brazen about it as long as he feels that he can get away with it. He has no conscious or moral compass to reign in his natural impulses.

It is inconceivable to me that a person, who has been given life on a silver platter is so self absorbed, thin skinned and vindictive from the beginning and these qualities only get more extreme as he matures. Worse is that the entire world must cope with this endless abuse that this man puts us all through.

Is ENERGY the Silver or GOLD?

In the original text, the silver slippers (representing the free coinage of silver) paired with the Yellow Brick Road (the gold standard) created a bimetallic monetary system. Theorists argue the story reflects the clash between agrarian populists and industrial capitalists:

  • The Silver Shoes: Symbolize the silver standard and economic relief for farmers.
  • The Yellow Brick Road: Represents the rigid gold standard favored by Eastern elites.
  • The Emerald City: An illusion representing the deceptive nature of paper money and the greenback.
  • The Wizard: Represents politicians or the U.S. government, exposed as ordinary men pulling the strings of an illusion.

The Wizard of Oz Is Actually About MONEY?! #shorts

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=youtube+wizard+of+oz+silver#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:e0683a0d,vid:ekBuzkvB9sc,st:0

In 1893, the use of silver in addition to gold as currency was the defining economic and political crisis of the era. The United States was shifting away from a bimetallic standard to a strict gold standard, triggering the Panic of 1893
The struggle between pro-silver and pro-gold factions in 1893 fundamentally shaped American monetary policy:

  • The Backdrop (Bimetallism): The U.S. previously operated on a bimetallic system, valuing silver and gold at a legal ratio of 16 to 1.https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=youtube+wizard+of+oz+silver#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:e0683a0d,vid:ekBuzkvB9sc,st:0
  • Sherman Silver Purchase Act (1890): This law required the U.S. Treasury to buy 4.5 million ounces of silver every month, paying with paper notes that could be redeemed for either gold or silver.
  • The Panic of 1893: Because silver plummeted in global value, people quickly traded in their paper notes for gold. This drained Treasury gold reserves and triggered a severe economic depression.
  • The 1893 Repeal: President Grover Cleveland called an emergency session of Congress to repeal the Sherman Silver Purchase Act, stopping the government from buying silver in an attempt to save the gold standard.
  • Aftermath: Farmers and Western miners were outraged by the repeal, leading to the famous “Free Silver” movement, which became the main focus of the 1896 Presidential election

Trump is afraid of war actually. He’s also afraid of a deal that makes him look weak.

TACO painted himself into a corner in a classic catch-22. A war will likely turn into a Vietnam with 50k+ US soldiers killed and Iran blowing up their neighbors oil production and this all ending Afghanistan style with nothing changing in the end.

Iran has a population of 92 million, even if only 10% fought for their country, that’s 9.2 million soldiers, young and more fit. Meanwhile, the US raises the draft age to 42 and most of those people are obese.

Two more weeks and the howls will be heard on the moons of Jupiter….two weeks. The bond yields and oil prices are the choir.

Oh so if Europe falls the US will be totally insulated? Lol. It don’t work that way bud. For all the talk about de-coupling from China for the past 20 years, there’s hardly been any change.

Sure China now routes their stuff through Vietnam, Mexico or wherever so it looks like things have changed but it hasn’t. Just look at BYD taking over the world and largely in part because of the orange clown accelerating the ascension.

In 2 weeks serious oil shortages will cause problems EVERYWHERE. Price will soar, the global economy will tank. Don’t be surprised if store shelves start going empty.

And then we’re heading into hurricane season too on top of all that, oh boy. The panic will be YUGE! The profits will be amazing!

The circularity of all this seems to suggest Trump is either (1) stupid or waiting for something to happen: (1) Iran to cave, (2) allies cave and join, (3) that non-allies convince Iran to fold, or (4) waiting on his military to come up with a plan he can sign off on.

I don’t believe Trump is so stupid as not to understand how his actions are hurting the world thus I believe Trump is waiting on something. What? I’m not too sure, but it has now gotten to the point that even markets aren’t responding to his BS.

It’s clear at this point that Iran isn’t gonna bow to Trump so if Trump doesn’t intend to attack he shouldn’t keep on threatening Iran. The problem with what he is doing (threatening) is that he’ll have to go through with attacking Iran even if he doesn’t want to just to gain credibility. And that’s a very sad situation to be in, and a very sad situation for the world including Americans.

I did read reports that China accepted to take the nuclear material, but Iran refused. I also read that Iran has dug out all its missiles that were buried by The US and moved them to different parts of the country; and I have also read that Iran has gained the ability to now track air threats which means they can easily shoot down planes.

I’ll be shocked if Trump actually attacks this month (I was really expecting June or July), but given how the Eastern world is dictating the terms of this situation and aiding Iran (Russia and China) he just might thinking he’d send the East a message. And in the end, should he be thinking this, he’ll still fail in taking down Iran and meeting the objectives of why he did this in the first place (unless he uses the nuclear option).

A musical ode to Trump and his verbal diarrhea: https://youtu.be/HmrGnOe-LVs

Note I’m not advocating anything bad to happen it’s more exhaustion from it all and the whiplash of his constant 180 turns.

Sitting in an echo chamber suggests cognitive dissonance, perhaps delusional tendencies, or maybe even willful ignorance.

Everyone of these require that they be chosen as a way to respond to things one refuses to believe. Thus because it’s a choice it doesn’t fall under the title of stupidity IMO.

But how can one square choices made which are bad, and thus refered to as being stupid? These are CHOICES which mimic stupidity, and thus don’t reflect the definition of a diminished cognitive capacity, again IMO.

The most interesting thing about the data centers, ai, and the coming digital enslavement is: how is this to work when nukes start dropping or an emp goes off?

That’s the thing about chaos – no one is in control of what happens. So IMO the idea that a single group of humans will be able to control the outcome is looney toons.

That said I do believe such groups exist, that is groups who think they can control the outcomes of chaos. But they’ve failed at every injection point since ww2: North Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan to name a few. Given those examples it seems they have to keep injecting chaos to control the chaos as the chaos spreads wider and deeper just to inject chaos?

It’s an example of failure, not control, and Iran is the biggest proof of this fact.

Those in power see the world differently from those with no power. They literally can say (and do) things that are untrue or void from reality and people will support their claims. So much so historians end up writing fiction and not the truth.

You look at Trump stating that he doesn’t think about the financial situation of Americans, much less the world, is in due to the situation in Iran. “Not even a little bit,” Trump said. And he said this proudly as he redirected the focus on not allowing Iran to obtain nukes.

Trump can say things like this, and engage in war with another country and not feel anything because he’s never lived a life without power, money or influence. Therefore, I doubt Trump would feel any humiliation if he started to bomb Iran again. In fact he’d revel in the fact that he’s doing god’s work, and I’m sure there will be historians that will push this narrative.

The world hasn’t fully realigned yet, but it is indeed in that process. Knowing this should instill fear in everyone who can see it coming. Why? Because we are sitting at the greatest unknowns to come in modern history. A time when the world is the most fragile it’s been in recorded history (environmentally, economically, and politically).

The future of the unknows is dictated by the structural collapse of the current world order. It’s collpase means a world without order, and thus will need a transition period to a new structural world order. The phase leading up to the final fall (which we are in right now) and the transition period is often seen as a time of chaos.

Beliefs, traditions, social institutions, wealth, and whole societies can all be wiped away in a blink of an eye during the years of chaos. And it is for this reason and this reason alone that should instill fear in anyone who see that this is coming.

One may find new opportunities during this time, but those are the exception not the rule, especially when is on the losing team (aka the West this time around).
