Let’s play a “What if” game of 20 questions and also review price action of gold.
The following questions substitute “Biden” for Trump”. Answer honestly.
Twenty What If Questions
- What if Biden proposed a budget that increased the deficit, added trillions to debt, and handed out big favors to high tax blue states specifically, and gave additional breaks to favored groups?
- What if Biden cancelled security clearances and demanded millions of dollars of pro bono work from any law firm defending Trump?
- What if Biden threated to impeach judges who disagreed with him?
- What if Biden threatened to Suspend Habeas Corpus?
- What if Biden took a plane from Qatar while president and donated it to support his presidential library?
- What if Biden discussed deporting US citizens?
- What if Biden mistakenly fired 350 nuclear workers then had to rehire them?
- What if Biden unilaterally cancelled a treaty signed 99-1 by the Senate?
- What if Biden sought to impound money Congress allocated for defense spending or other Republican-sponsored ideas.
- What if Biden took extreme positions on the Constitution to silence political enemies?
- What if Biden said “We Don’t Do Much Business with Canada” when in fact Canada is our largest trading partner?
- What if Biden made a Memorial Day Statement that did nothing but rant about Republicans?
- What if Biden refused a direct court order by a Republican appointed Judge?
- What if Biden threatened to expel any student that rallied in favor Israel?[substituting Israel for Palestine].
- What if Biden attacked Walmart for setting prices too high and told automakers “Don’t Raise Prices“?
- What if Biden proposed “Tariffs are a tax cut for the American people“?
- What if in response to the question “Don’t you need to uphold the Constitution of the United States as president?” Biden answered : “I don’t know. I’m not – I’m not a lawyer.”
- What if Biden said, on a government expansion of a brand new program “The program will only cost $175 Billion and it will be done in three years“? Would you believe it? Think Golden Dome.
- What if Biden wanted a brand new program government new rural hospital fund?
- What if Biden created a meme coin with his image on it, and held a meme coin fundraiser whose primary beneficiary was Biden and his family?
For questions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 20, Republicans would not just be screaming, but screaming impeachment.
Biden did some similar things, notably flouting the Supreme Court on student debt, but he did nothing in total like the combined actions of Trump.
Nonetheless, we mostly have Republican praise. When there is no praise, it’s silence.
Bonus Question
How do you drain the swamp by acting just like the swamp and adding trillions trillion to the national debt in the process?
Neither the US dollar nor Gold seems to believe Trump will drain the swap. And I don’t either.
Filling the Swamp
Trump will not drain the swamp because he is the swap. Biden is also the swamp. We have a swamp on the Left and a swamp on the Right.
The Left-Right swamp interaction puts more swamp in front of us and behind us too. It’s swamp as far as the eye can see, and it’s constantly getting bigger.
You are delusional if you think someone filling the swamp will magically drain it.

between slim and none and slim just left the building.
NO.
Not this one, not the next few.
The swamp is massive, it’s in charge (democracy is an illusion for the plebs) and it fights back. No politician or political party can do anything significant about it. The people have to wake up and destroy it. Nothing else will work.
Elon Musk and DOGE did more than anyone ever to drain the swamp. Musk approached the deep state‘s means of support and experienced their ire. Then Trump hung Musk out to dry. Trump doesn’t have the moral fiber to withstand that level of enmity. Instead, Trump promotes Central Bank fiat and MMT crypto currency, the basis that funds the swamp.
No, Musk helped the swamp get reelected because he is the swamp too. Don’t believe me? Just wait for who he supports in the next elections. It will be either a Republican or a Democrat because besides Massie or Paul as far as I know, all the rest of the Uniparty are the swamp. Musk will support more deficit spenders, guaranteed!
We shall see. Don’t forget that Musk was *never* an official Federal employee, but *is* officially a director of a number of corporations with investors to whom he is obligated. So, what he says apparently depends on which hat he is wearing at that moment. I don’t envy him that conflict. He also appears to be naive about the unfortunate need to somewhat appease the corrupted to avoid being marginalized. Maybe he is learning as he goes in the political arena. I for one shall be very interested to see what his next steps are in that regard, assuming he doesn’t just give it up completely as the hopeless, rancid mess of a job that it arguably is. My bet would be that he has some surprises in store for us. I wouldn’t make a bet on whether or not I will regard those surprises as good ones…
Biden was a brain dead puppet. That list is ridiculous.
Technically, he was really only Terry Schiavo adjacent.
I would settle for a declaration of independence from Israel.
You cannot expect a senile orange alligator to drain the swamp.
trump needs the swamp to be larger and larger………for better grifting. the maga cult are morons. it’s quite entertaining. long live pax dumbfuckistan.
lol, Kamala’s licking her chops and on her knees ready for her next chance.
The public keeps voting these people in. But what should we expect when we elect people to work in a bribery environment? They all want to stay there because they will get rich from lobbying. That’s how the Clintons ended up with $500 million in their foundation years ago. How much is Obama worth, from his $400,000 job?
Same for both parties. Government is just there to manage us. But most people think their party is honest and trustworthy. Doesn’t look like we will ever catch on.
most amerikans are like baby seals. they practically beg to be clubbed
I’ve dealt with many American presidents, They come into office with ideas, but then men in dark suits and briefcases, wearing blue ties, show up and explain to them the world the way that it will be. And so you never hear of those ideas again…… Vladimir Putin.
The same applies to Putin. He’s a globalist puppet too.
You are correct….
Yes, America does have a big problem with that but theres also the idea of free and fair elections where opposition isnt suppressed or killed like Navalny, and free press where jounalists arent killed and stable currency that isnt devalued by double digit inflation due to debasement printing. US dollar has been debased also.
Sure. And Jeffry Epstein provably committed suicide because there is no existing videotape that shows otherwise.
Eventually (probably by 2026 or 2027) there will be an event in the bond market that doesn’t allow the US to roll over its debt anymore without significant penalties. That will drain the swamp. Trump is getting us there faster guys. Come on.
Not a chance.
Where is Epstein file?
Dragged into ME war.
This is going to sound a little weird but hear me out. Is it possible that AI Slop could wreck photo blackmail evidence and thereby change elite governance across the world? Suppose AI video/graphics get so perfect and widely abused that nobody can clearly say what’s real and what isn’t? Could this make things as Epstein and worse fade away into irrelevance? This could be useful
AI can definitely collect data about the anti Trump haters who compete with each
other, who ganged together on this blog, building an anti trump bubble, trying to shoot him down with words and with an uncontrol libertarian rage.
You are a moron if any .gov could fix things they would have done it years ago but that is not their agenda.
You’re funny!
Trump has no intention of draining the swamp. He is a pathological liar and doing more damage to our nations reputation, relationships and the concept of rule of law than any president in history.
But what should we expect from a seditionist and election result denier.
Trump is the WORST EVER!
One to twenty for the Pavlov Dogs.
And a convicted felon.
trump is buried in the so called swamp.
Cry baby dem cry: Biden’s cohesion, stability and harmony are gone.
You’re trapped in the false righ-left paradigm.
Exactly. The “left<>right” “GOP<>Democrat” paradigm in US politics is substantially illusory, a Punch and Judy show presented to keep the electorate ineffectually occupied. The only mystery to me is whether that is primarily attributable to active conspiracy or passive collusion (I’m convinced it is a mix, but cannot prove, or even accurately discern, the proportion at different levels).
In the last eight years the uniparty bureaucracy became more powerful than ever.
They tried to impeach Trump from day one. They stole an election and jailed the
people who were looking for Brutus for resurrection. They downloaded zombie Biden and ruled the US for four years.
Trump didn’t purge his enemies like Stalin. He didn’t cut his opponents to pieces
like Hitler. He didn’t decap their heads. He chose executive with dynamic thinking. Within six months he restored our national power and honor.
you are delusional and regurgitating msm propaganda.
So your bar for acceptable governance is he didn’t literally murder democrats?
For the benefit of your family and neighbors if not yourself, you should check into a rehab and try to get out of the cult. Your TDS II is breathtaking.

The dynamic between the competing parties, and its effects on their evolution, has created competing regimes in volatile 4-year chunks, each with critical incompetences, some matching, some distinctly and competitively value-destructive for the whole nation.
The parties should be each keeping the other honest. That is not the marketing I am seeing in a lurid media age. The masses apparently like the flashy meme story, or are distracted by it in blinding news cycles. Trump learned to exploit this by always feeding new content in.
The marketing is like rocket fuel on a daily basis. The human instinct to attack and defend, versus think critically, is fed every day in a competitive news cycle. Attention is power, attention is revenue. The teams now chant fantasies on each side: “you’re gonna be a rich big shot player!” (this from people with dynasty trusts and other network features assuring their kids vacuum up all best opportunities) versus “free stuff for all!” and “soak the rich!” The system is holding for now: there are worse examples all through history.

Well.. if the USA withdraws its navy fleet from international waters (which will mean the end or severe restriction of global trade), you’ll see a lot of tacos all over the world.
The Hooties tried to sink our fleet with anti ship missiles and drones, but
failed. After Saddam launched Scud missiles to Tehran Israel knew that they
are next. Reagan’s general Abrahamson and Israel developed the first Arrow
missiles in 1985. Arrow #4 will replace #2 and Arrow #5 will replace #3. Both were very successful against the Hooties, Hezbollah and Iran. Trump wants to build a similar shield and a laser that can shoot missile from a large distance, with a minimal cost.
Did you enjoy Reagans massive deficit creating failure on that fantasy “Star Wars” laser? Basic physics shows that lasers diffuse quickly in the atmosphere. Trumps “Golden Deficit Dome” is nothing but a way to line the pockets of his mega defense corporate donors (think General Dynamics and Boeing).
I was stupid enough to vote for Reagan but after Iran ~ Contra my romance with the republican party was over.
I am one of the hundreds of millions of Americans stuck in the middle ~ without representation.
I was part of the first laser missile battery communication test in a secret air base in Israel.
I didn’t vote for Reagan. I didn’t like him. I liked Sara Palin legs but I didn’t vote for McC. The first time I voted R was in 2012. I didn’t like Obama. I knew Romney is a loser and had no chance in NYS. I voted for Trump, bc I was allergic to Hillary. I am glad Trump beat Hillary and Kamala. Compare ==>

Trump isn’t the swamp, he’s an overflowing septic tank.
“Draining the swamp” is misleading term in my opinion. What we are seeing is one elite group replacing another. The “uniparty” structure broke apart under Obama. Many of Trump’s cabinet and advisors are former moderate Democrats that no longer see themselves as Democrats anymore. They were joined by Republicans disappointed in their own party as well and not into the Romney/Cheney outlook. Basically it is a group that saw that the uniparty’s policies were killing the goose that lays the golden egg and want to do something to stop it. Since the lower and middle classes were seeing the same thing Trump was able to pull them all together but frankly if it hadn’t been Trump it would have been someone else because it is societal movement and not a one-man-show. That’s why I believe it is durable.
No, it would not have been someone else.
The cult will only follow Trump.
That’s the Great Democrat Hope. They will be devastated when they realize that it was not just another election. What happened to the 10 million voters who voted for Biden but not for Kamila?
Trump IS THE SWAMP!
And now the quicksand is trying to snatch my waders!

Thought provoking questions and the message is clear. The problem is that our nation is deeply divided and respond reflexively to dog whistles from politicians. I cannot read most of the media any more with the number of snide comments inserted by authors or editors. Frankly, anyone looking to Trump as a saviour is a non thinking moron. Didn’t he ‘drain the swamp’ in 2017 when he stacked the cabinet with billionaires? What we have is politics with gimmick policies that always fail in implementation. Do you want to know what will happen to Trump’s bill? Spending will exceed forecasts and massive deficits will force a massive increase in the national debt, growth will not increase noticeably. At some point investors will shy away from US debt when they realise that the debt cannot even be inflated away, and bankruptcy will be the only option. We need a balanced budget law, and we need to expel the spenders from both houses of congress (sic…they are too stupid to deserve a capital).
They already are shying away from U.S. debt. Foreign central banks are buying gold. That is driving the gold price increase alongside the continued deterioration in the dollar purchasing power the Fed has been engineering since 1913. And given Basel 3, the trend will only continue.
Instead of holding your breath for a balanced budget amendment and sane spenders, neither of which will ever happen this side of a major economic crash and a breakup of the federal government, why don’t you go buy yourself some gold and hold it in your possession? That is something practical you can do right now to help yourself when this train leaves the tracks.
<<our nation is deeply divided and respond reflexively to dog whistles from politicians>>
When I was 17, I asked a local politician why politicians look so stupid compared to scientists or top artists. He responded, more or less, “as a politician you have to appear a little more stupid than the people you want to govern, to make them feel better about themselves – otherwise they won’t vote for you“.
hmmm Rome AD 14? Meanwhile, while the public is distracted by their wanting to make cuts to Social Security and Medicaid, Trump appointees like his HUD Secretary Scott Turner, who is remodeling the new HUD headquarters into basically a luxury apartment, personal gym, personal elevator, and reserved parking for him and his family, all at the taxpayer’s expense.
The best way to drain the swamp is to accelerate its collapse. Trump and Congress are on track towards that goal.
Forget it. The swamp owns the world.
Sorry but I think the whole concept of “the swamp”, as normally defined is sheer intellectual nonsense. It just sounds like some grand conspiracy (that some magician such as Trump said he could make disappear). Its just nonsense. You have two layers one could define as the swamp: first, the bureaucratic layer of (largely) civil service workers who make the system run, the military, and those, generally higher educated, who do the research and development that are considered desirable or necessary; and second, you have the elected pols themselves.
Despite the few hits on wasteful programs under the USAID, the “savings” achieved by Musk and Doge are few and have almost no impact on the overall level of spending. Mish had a previous posting on this, by the way. (Getting rid of the IRS appointees alone would negate a good portion of the “savings”. Really, it was more of Trump’s desire to get rid of Fed employees who, overall , being better educated, did not support him that provided the impetus for cutting monies for the poor and politically weak.
Second, while Biden’s attempt to counteract the supposed risk to economy from Covid by infusing money in the economy was incredibly stupid, it was counteracted once the inflation from this hit. So, I know we aren’t supposed to count motive, but I would argue his motive was overall positive, even if stupid in its outcome. Trump’s motive is simply making money and gaining power for his donor base and cult followers.
[Note: sorry, wife calling. Will have to finish/expand later.)
good points. reality is the people elect representatives that deliver exactly what they want. why it’s called representative democracy/republic. some countries the people want peace and prosperity……some places like pax dumbfuckistan the people want to give billions to israel for warfare. don trump and chuck schumer…. are amerikans. perfect reflections in fact. people cannot handle this simple truth.
Truer words were never spoken. The real problem is that all factions of the swamp have been bought — lock, stock and barrel — by Israel. This can’t be allow to continue.
The actions of Trump — which include threatening to take over Greenland from its rightful sovereign Denmark and assorted trade feints designed to “rake in big bucks” from overseas, all of which demand a suspicious look — cannot simply be the result of rational calculation, but are the product of an ego that is too large for its britches.
Trump’s ego is large, swollen and maliciously black. He gloated as Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau flew down to Florida to bend the knee to him. He sneered as the NATO leader and his ministers called him “Daddy!” in a rapturous tone, as if banal flattery could ever long tame the beast.
Trump is not going to go away for 4 years so we have to learn to live with him. The problem is, can Trump learn to live with the world?

Wake up call : Trump is just a puppet. He will be replaced by another puppet selected by the owners of the system. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
Trump IS the swamp.
OOPS! I said the same thing before I read this… We agree!
If only people would hold their politicians accountable like they do the opposition. We would all be better off.
Imo the average government employee is probably not the swamp. The swamp is the most elected of the officials profiting of their positions/ lobbyist/ big campaign donors who expect something in return. Loose government contracts.
But our representatives are good at pointing fingers.
If anything trump is the swamp at its greatest.
i cannot fathom how naive one would have had to believe, that Donald J. Trump would cut spending and be prudent with us citizens, us treasury. anyone with half a brain knew Donald was a liar and conman when he showed up in summer of 2015 to run for potus. i was lucky enough to see him pitch the freedom fest in vegas in july 2015. i was just shaking my head at how stupid so called libertarians truly are. almost like special needs and a petting zoo farm animal cross. at least trump is hysterical and his grift is fun to watch. i love the audience participation of morons. idiocracy was a documentary. trump is president comacho.
He was supposed to lose either to Jeb! (Please Applaud) and Its Her Turn in 2016, He was supposed to be dead on July 13 2024 and a few weeks later at his golf course.
What explains the 11,000,000 vote swing between Biden and Kamila?
What’s the subsequent hypothetical path if, say Kasich would have been elected in 2016? I’ll pass out the blue books and pencils, use as much of the 90 minutes you need.
ha ha ha. the real answer democracy works perfectly. just like the republic of plato warned. assholes elect assholes. amerikans are assholes. doesn’t matter whether they were red or blue panties and pom poms.
Stupid people demand stupid representation.
You probably aren’t an as-hole for pointing out the obvious. I can stand almost any behavior problem except chronic hypocrisy. When politics is the subject hypocrisy overflows.
The thing that astonishes me is that the Democrats managed to pick candidates that he could beat, twice. It’s almost impressive.
The second time there was no primary she “picked” by the democrat’s elite. Stupid elite I might add.
86/47
The problem with Trump voters is that they aren’t even self-aware enough to recognize how bad they got played. Their ego shouts down any feeble attempts at intellectual honesty, because successful introspection would mean admitting fault for this great American disaster. The empty cans rattle the loudest.
23) Is Biden a hero, after imposing “cohesion, harmony and stability” from DC.
Trump is Santa Biden inverse. He is chaotic. A moron. He cut the sclerotic bureaucrats in the Dept of Health, the DOJ, the criminals DA and the secret court which led to his impeachments.
Trump being chaotic I will grant. Chaotic Good, Chaotic Neutral, or Chaotic Evil is the question.
All the above. Santa Biden was perfect. A great Daddy. The dems miss him so much, they
can’t stop crying.
That so many democrats continued to support Biden/Harris and so many republicans continue to support Trump-shows that we are truly screwed as a nation. I can’t believe I live among so many stupid, ignorant, immoral sheeple.
i figured out amerikans are dumb assholes in the 70s when i was a teen. wasn’t hard to do, even between bong hits, lax and keg parties……..
The question that needs to be asked is, do both political parties as part of “elites”, ignore the wishes and needs of average electorate? If the answer is yes, then the populus is looking for a savior who at least speak their language, often directly and rudely.
The elites have it long coming.
What exactly is an “elite?” In my day, young Americans were aspirational. We looked up to successful people, studied their choices, and tried to learn the best paths to success. We wanted to be educated, articulate, and wealthy. That is not to say that we looked down on people who chose alternative paths, but we are aspirational and admired “the elite.” Why would anyone want to be led by an “average” non-articulate person?
When we talk about elites, we imagine financial, banking, academic, media, and think tanks.
They came for the blue collar workers, and they did nothing if not cheered.
Then, they came for the white collar workers, and they did nothing, and partied on.
Now those unwashed cheer for the champion of reshoring.
“They came for,” what does that mean? I recall when I was a child, my grandfather, a former dairy farmer, complained about how the family farm was being ruined. I don’t remember who he was blaming for this, but no matter who he thought should be blamed, it was likely way off base. Technological advancements and other developments within economies in a capitalist system regularly result in “creative destruction.” This dynamism that is inherent within capitalism is what has made the U.S. economy the largest, fastest-growing, and most innovative in the free world. This is not a conspiracy by the “elites,” this is just the way capitalism works.
If true, the stupid assholes picked an insane person as leader. What does that say about 72M Americans? What does that say about 90M who were eligible to vote but didn’t?
86/47
trump literally brought the swamp and put them front and center at his inauguration. my lord how stupid the red team base can be. almost like there is no difference with the blue team base. the oligarchs like peter thiel and tech bro billionaires will fleece everything not nailed down. makes the wall street crowd look downright quaint.
The Grifter in Chief is the SWAMP!
Why is anyone surprised by Trump’s actions? He doesn’t give a flying f*ck about anything unless it puts him in the spotlight and allows his supporters to worship him; Or if he can personally profit from it; Or if he can screw those he does not like. He will gladly destroy the people who voted for him, because they are just a bunch of dumb f*cks who got sucked into his cult. Use them. Abuse them. Then toss them away. Who cares. Certainly not Trump. He has been doing this for 50 years.
I can only laugh at those here who still support him. The dumbest of the dumb.
Not that the Dems are much better. Is it any wonder why I never bother to vote? Why vote for someone who will screw you over the first chance they get?
Forget politics. Focus on improving your own life. Get so rich you can laugh at all this. No politician will make your life better.
agree with 90% of that sentiment.
22) What if Gold slumps to the 2,600/2,700 area, or below. Are central bankers idiots
I submit (as you’d detailed) the question is flawed: he will not, he has no intention and has had no intention of doing so. He is the Apex Swamp Creature.
51 ex democratic alphabet agency heads signed a letter stating the Hunter lap top was Russian disinformation , The gavernment agencies tried to frame Trump for Russia collusion using leaks and their media disinformation arm to spread the false info like the steel dossier ect an attempeted coup by the swamp . I could go on with a list that would make Mishes list look small by comparison bought to you by the swamp for the swamp . Many people know what the dems are going through because they went through 4 years of torture under the people who were running the Biden administration . My advice is to suck it up you only have 3.7 more years and we will get another president .
America will never make it 3.7 years at this rate. Trump has to go asap certainly just after the 2026 election if not sooner. Where the f are the protectors of our country in congress. Today’s congress is a perfect example of why we need term limits. One term and out off the public tit, no retirement, no benefits past the one term. Please don’t vote for any sitting elected official in another election ever.

Filling the Swamp:
– You are delusional if you think someone filling the swamp will magically drain it. > See 4. Above. (Context is Extremely Important). >> How do You know there is not money already pegged for most of this, or it isn’t even a concern, but within negotiations… way too many unanswered questions to make a firm and informed decision IMO.
“Never put off till tomorrow what may be done day after tomorrow just as well.”
― Mark Twain
i lived a very wonderful life so far, by putting off little bs things and enjoying today. it’s funny, when you slow down, life gets better and seems longer.
I believe you. you haven’t even typed in all caps today. you are the Hallmark for peace and serenity.
me too, but you should see my garage….lol
More information becomes clearer, as the cases work themselves through legal parameters that may or may not exist.
Add in the unknown Tariff effects, whether positive or negative, we still don’t know. A rather major piece of this here pie…
I’m comfortable awaiting further information, that is much more concrete, than what we have today.
What if you had TDS II
I don’t even have TDS1, do you? I have common sense though. I know without the proper, detailed and factual information, I can’t condemn one’s actions. I can read and make opinions on bits and pieces, but will not fight that fight, as you have one eye closed, and your not prepared to fight yet…
took me two days (not steady reading)

And a friend of mine, a long time Democratic consultant, when arriving back in the Sates from a European vacation, was detained for a hour by homeland security. For what? Being a Democrat he surmises. He had a Obama T-shirt in his luggage visible on top of his clothes in his suitcase. He’s a pretty conservative Democrat, he ran the campaign to bring Walmart to Inglewood, quite a battle in its day. Meanwhile the millennials are thinking the Democratic Socialists will save them. They are gaining power. Not taking corporate money and embracing free medical care for all is a strong platform. We have 4 on the LA City council with two or more that are not in name only plus Mejia will probably be mayor Karen Bass’s strongest challenger in the next mayoral campaign.
Need to know a lot more about your friends trip to get an idea of why he was detained for an hour.
Like how long was he gone and how many countries did he visit? If he’s an actual registered political consultant it makes sense to take a closer look at his trip to see if it was for covert political reasons or to launder money etc.
It was a vacation to Turks and Caicos Islands
Turks and Caicos are in Europe, even though they are British Oversees Territory? This is the key: main industry tourism, and offshore financial center. Potential for money laundering.
I am not a blindly loyal supporter of Trump. When I see brown-skinned citizen friends of mine get detained due to the color of their skin and a friend getting detained coming back to the U.S. from a vacation to Europe due to his political alignment and work the current administration has lost my support. The X post noted below seems to have been deleted. There is a LA Times article and quite a bit of So Cal news coverage of the incident.
Is that this story?

Yes
European vacation? No, it was a Caribbean vacation so the plane certainly had more than one brown-skinned person on board. Also I didn’t know that the X-ray machine for luggage could see a T-shirt and see who was on it. That is impressive! He was pulled out for something else but it makes a good story for the gullible and those that exploit them. I have been pulled out a couple of times too over the years and my skin is white. Once was because I had some French hard sausage in my luggage and apparently that is illegal.
The Swamp functions with many Non-elected people who have existed before Trump even arrived. Many of these Long Term Strategists will probably still be managing the Swamp when Trump finishes his term. The Swamp will protect itself from being vulnerable to the whims of any particular President. The Swamp is just to powerful Now— for any President to significantly drain. Most large Countries probably have a similar SWAMP that does not change much even as their Political leaders come and go. An example is NATO that seems to be the big European Swamp.
We need more DOGE and Musk to win the battle on gov spending.
Dems and Republicans are the senior and junior marketing departments for the ruling class. The Republicans allow a few Freedom Caucus types in the party just to placate that constituency (but always keep them far away from the Congressional leadership). They are fully united in their purpose of stealing from the taxpayer.
